Can't withdraw on rocketpot.io after their 'airdrop'

I have not played over rocketpot.io and in your case it was a normal airdrop and you received your funds but they have condition setup for withdrawal as mentioned by you.

To make a withdrawal, you’ll have to bet your deposited amount three times. The site’s terms say that Rockepot.io will process your withdrawal request within 24 hours, but you may have to wait up to seven days after the KYC (Know Your Client) process finishes.

This terms has nothing to do with the case by OP imho. It is a general terms for any players who make deposit on the site and they need to wager the deposited amount while OP did not make any deposits as he got a free balance through the airdrop. So basically he will never be able to complete the rule "wager 3x the deposited amount" as he did not make any deposits. There should be a different specific T&C for the airdrop just like the other bonuses on other casino.
@OP: Do you get any information on how many percent is roulette game counted towards wagering requirement? Usually table games has low percentage or even does not count towards wagering requirement. My suggestion, play/wager $300 on slot games as it is usually counted 100% towards wagering requirement then try to withdraw. If the same error still exist means that there is other requirement to be completed but we do not know what is it since you said that you get no T&C attached on the email.

Why I cannot find any information about rocketpot.io airdrop? Or is it a welcome bonus?
But you know, with that high amount of the airdrop reward, it seems that this is impossible that there is no T&C.
I read on their FAQ:

If the airdrop is also a type of bonus (and I think it can be interpreted this way), then there's a rollover requirement. Unfortunately, I cannot read the terms to determine what's the requirement (how many times one has to wager the bonus) because I'm being geoblocked by the website, but you should look into this. If you didn't wager it, no wonder you cannot withdraw it. It's sad that they didn't explain it right away when the op contacted support, and their official representative has been offline for 5 days. Hopefully, the representative will return and clarify things. Always remember to make sure you get the rules, and keep in mind that almost every casino has a wagering requirement for bonuses like this.

It is still impossible to withdraw (message "you did not play 3x the deposit amount").

I've checked their representative here and their official thread and there's no activity the representative's last login was five days ago and the last update on their official thread was almost a month ago, I don't know if you're going to get your answer here unless you point them here and let them know that you have an accusation thread here, you can decide to move this thread in the scam section to alert gamblers issues about their airdrop.

Wait, but that may be exactly what the website wants.
They prevented OP from leaving them with airdrop, so he’d continue playing and get involved with them again. They probably didn’t expect him to win that much, so they’re not responding on purpose, and probably waiting for him to play all that money in their casino. With slots, he can just lose $300, which is fairly earned and is present in his account right now.

I suggest OP knock on those doors and try to get more information on what exactly does he have to do to be able to withdraw. Maybe it’ll take a while, but at least the money will still be there.

I felt that frustrations you had right now my friend, and I wonder how it really been so disappointing while waiting for their response without any feedback or just a little comments about your concerns.
Airdrop is a good opportunity to enjoy rewards after all, they shouldn't take you for granted, everybody deserves to withdraw that free money.

I reckon let it go. If they are not willing to pay out the bonus then they can employ a myriad of ways in order to make sure that your bets are null and void.

In the future, just forget about these airdrops. Most of them aren't even worth your time playing to get the wagering requirements for.

This is why reputation of the casino you play on is so important. T&Cs alone won't cut it since everyone, if they had the intention, can claim that you violated the T&Cs.

Well, I think depositing an amount would be mandatory before making any withdrawals.
I would recommend you to wait for their response for 2 days more and if there is still no response then contact them again and raise your query.
Check for their term and condition as well. Also please share your next experience on this platform as well.
