If it's not a bubble then we'll keep seeing those prices to blow up our minds and artworks that have sold at a very huge price. But once we start to see it go down.

Prices will drop and everyone will speculate the same thing about the bubble.

It's same as ICOs few years ago. The concept is legit, but most of the offers are scam.

Just use the good old common sense. Paying money for just a jpg that you can just screenshot or save is stupid, unless you want to donate money to the artist.... or you are also the seller and do smth not-so-legit 🙃

The advancement of NFT is legitimate but the same as the ICO and other type of crowdfunding, this made them to take advantage and scam people.

NFTs are extremely secure, and safe.
They can be programmed, stored on transferred on exchange or wallet that is based on ERC-721 or ERC-1155 which is the platform that Ethereum is also based on the blockchain technology.

Well, right now, they are nothing more serious just a trend and that is what is causing them to make so much money. But they have a good idea. They can be really useful in real estate and some other fields like games where u can have distinguished heroes, and may be for space, planets, galaxy, and other space related stuff. As a single star can't be same to another star. This field can really benefit from NFTs but right now, the stupid kind of cartoons are not worthy to be invested in.

It all depends solely on what the project is.
There are a lot of scammers, for sure, but there are also a lot of decent projects.

Many are decent but many are also deceptive.

For those that are not really investing with NFTs, there is nothing to worry about but for those who have been hooked with it. You always have to be careful with NFTs too.
