Such a list is a bit embarrassing. Looking at your data analysis, I think you and DdmrDdmr are side by side, you can compare them.
Although you said that, I think it’s too bad for KingsDen to face, but what you said I can’t find any problems. It's sweet. KingsDen has strong learning ability and is relatively strong in new hands. I hope that in the future, we can see more of her dedicated posts, which can also allow us to learn.

Rest if you are interested in learning then best choice is to read Mastering Bitcoin by Andreas Antonopoulos that can give you enough of bitcoin knowledge that is required at most cases.

It is really good to see that you have searched for beginners topics that are beneficial and come under must read category and same is reflected in your post as it is nicely written and it seems you are good learner and given you merit for your contribution.The more you try to explore the forum the more knowledge doors will be opened for you and whenever you get time do the same and also have personal time with your family.One more suggestions which i would like to give you is to link the topics you have mentioned to the original post in your table which will look more attractive and you can simply click on it to read that post instead of searching it on the forum on post history of that member.To do the same you simply need to write it in the following manner:

Please, what are the basic steps I will take, what are the basic skills I need now that are not that financial intensive. Because I am still under the trauma and/or defeat of fraud/scam before I joined this forum.

I really need to be a positive energy in this forum in the future. I therefore have to create this thread to get started. I have enough time, apart from being here I don't have things that will take my time offline.

There's no LATE when learning something. I, too, got scammed before and that doesn't stop me from learning new things ( i'm learning the hard way lol) . For the financial stuff, i can't give you advice since i'm still learning myself. So, Goodluck !

To be honest, this is a big task for me, and I achieved this goal with the help of Excel. Fortunately, I successfully completed it.But I found a problem. I used some colors to make them more eye-catching in the headlines of some key articles of kingsden.These colors will become invalid after the hyperlink.

You have to understand this inorder to improve yourself on the forum. You have gotten quite a number of merit in the shortest time of you been active and I have just contributed only 12  (that's poor from my end as your posts most have been of quality to get such amount of merits).

Differentiate the advice from the envy, take the advice and work on them, truly the forum is more than just merits but that doesn't mean you should go engaging yourself in board you don't have much knowledge on. I understand why many hangout here, excluding the merit hurting game, the board is open to all sorts of discussion (atleast that's what the board has been turned to) which makes it very easy to engage in conversation and for the sake of it been a hangout point to noobs, your post quality won't be judged as much as other advance board.

Having said all that, to learn some forum skills, you can reach out to those that already have such skills. Hhampuz can testify to how many times I reach out to him for guidance because I always wanted to be a manager. My post back then revolved around having the best signature experience on the forum while learning and still been a productive users. No harm in reaching out, do so now <wink>.

You can quote the post and see the format pastorNick used. Copy and paste somewhere on a note, then you can make changes to fit your own table. Also these threads will help, you should learn to use the search button

It only shows to me that my threads are of interest to many users, I have to put more effort to be effective, and also keep learning and making learners mistake to give room to my critics.

This is actually the way to go, the advice is loudable and surpasses envy. I actually got nothing for anyone to envy. I believe my best days are far ahead in this forum. This is just my learning stage.

No Sirs, address everyone by their username, you might be surprised you're actually more accomplished or my senior in real life or not still, don't consider the ranks you see to mean much, they are just visual representation of how much we have spent on the forum and merit recieved. There isn't much to say about rules guiding PM's (can't find a thread to link you to) but just avoid sending unnecessary PM's like referrals and all that because if reported can get you temporary banned. Obviously you don't have to send malicious PM's as that's a permanent ban crime.

Including the merit you send. I think you have a thread that says You want to help newbies. But I took a look at the merits you recently posted. They are all for heroes or legends, although they are indeed worthy of merit.

Pretty sure everyone is allowed to have changed of mind (assuming that's what happened to the OP). The newbies you speak off, are they willing to be helped or they just want to earn form the forum. We have alot of people already helping newbies so him not sending merits to them is no big deal provided he isn't abusing the merits which from your words he isn't.

The higher rank members too needs to be merited so if someone is doing that without any second intentions so be it. Every post worth merits should be given some without considering the ranks. Merits is a reward for quality contributions and not a means of helping juniors rank up. If they want to do so, they should earn it, it's very simple to earn. OP don't concentrate on specific ranks, merit worthy posts that's just it.

I deliberately kept blind eyes at this post. The forum is a double edge sword, sharp at both edges. I have decided to do what is right that does not battle with the forum rules.

It will be nice if you can click the thread I opened to ensure eligible newbies earn their first (only 1) merit by answering questions. The kind of attacks that came to me, I was forced to read my post again if I have posted something different from my intent. I had to lock the thread. As you rightly pointed out merit is not a rank basis system. And I attest that it's quite rare to stumble on a newbies post worthy of merit. So, I merit only merit worthy posts in order not to flaw the purpose of merit system.

I understand that having expertise in technical knowledge is not the same as having excellent digital/drawing skills. However, I believe that even if these two fields are unrelated, they both have something to do with investing a significant amount of time in order to improve.

I am a digital and traditional artist who has won numerous competitions both inside and outside of the forum, but this does not imply that I began as an expert. I've previously failed numerous contests, been chastised for drawing an ugly face, and experienced frustrations that resulted in unproductive days. However, here I am. So proud that, for the very first time in my life, the expectations have become a reality.

If you're learning something, keep in mind that your efforts are compounding. This means that even if you only learn a few things, it will help you in the long run. Remember that committing to lifelong learning can be transformative!

I'm currently studying Computer Engineering, which is the polar opposite of my hobbies, but I'm looking for a new challenge. In fact, I am studying CPE because the technicalities of bitcoin fascinate me, and I believe that learning programming in my current undergrad course will be beneficial in some ways.

On the matter of the so called technical skills, in general terms, things should not be rushed. If one wants to embark on technical matters, the foundations often take years to be built, and it’s not something that can be done in a blink of an eye. One thing is to have a solid base and move from one technical area to another (or programming language to another), but it’s a different matter and pace if the basis have yet to be built.

It is not all of those names mentioned, especially Ddmr Ddmr and cryptoprenurbrainboss, that immediately started giving that skills from the conversation I have had with them, and about other with that skills, this is a passion to them, and that why when the arrange such it comes out very appreciated, I think yes like everyone is saying you can start now, but if I may, don't start any skill because you one to go ahead fast to earn merits, you can set member as an example to emulate but everyone has what they do an do well, find yours.

I'm not technically inclined. Im not really knowledgeable in crypto in general but I managed to stay here for the opportunity to learn at the same time joining in several art contest.
I might seem not interested in crypto coz when you look at my past activities here, it's all about roobet's contest lol.


But I've been lurking around and read discussions here. Maybe someday I will have the courage to engage myself in some threads here, of course, with the techny person.


And if you're asking if you are too early or too late, as long as you decided to continue on your crypto journey, it's not bad to be early nor late.

For the few months I have been in this forum, I discovered without being told that one really need some digital skills to remain effective and relevant here on the long run. Though, only the knowledge of cryptocurrencies is enough. But someone like me, I am not well knowledgeable about cryptocurrencies, which I know this forum will educate me and has been doing.

When I looked at the service thread, I saw people offering different services of avatar design, signature design, software design etc.

Apart from that, I saw CryptopreneurBrainboss and others managing campaigns and also have own services. I saw DdmrDdmr, LoyceV, Ratimov, Fillippone and others always posting data like number of merits earned, newbies first post, most merit awards, they talk about whitepaper and lots more. I keep wondering how they generate these information. I often wish to join the discussions, but they appear high technical to me . I like being successful in anything I do. Yes, I know success needs commitment and perseverance. Even the aforementioned names have been here for years, hence there enviable knowledge.

As to what you've mentioned, you're just new here so I think you should not put a lot of pressure on yourself about giving technical contributions. Just savor your time learning first and don't stop taking in new knowledge each day. Soon you will find where you feel more comfortable whether it is with regards to offering technical services or giving out advices that could be helpful for newbies and other investors. It is never too late for you to earn here in crypto, just make sure you are not wasting your time and your chance because not everyone is blessed with the idea of knowing crypto.
