Camomilie Tea and Drink it or Rinse it if it is an Wound. It works as an antibiotic and decreases inflamation.

I lived in a neighborhood where we usually use applying ice on those parts of the body where inflammation happens.

Inflammation can have many negative affects on the body.

It depends how severe it is. If it is really bad you should definitely go to a doctor. If it is only mild I would just rest and drink a lot of tea. And if it's in between I would only go to the pharmacy and get some pills.

Stay hydrated, stay relatively active, try something like yoga. I like to drink tea with honey, it’s supposed to be good for inflammation. If you can try to alkalise your body by having a good diet. A glass of red wine every day is good for you too, only one though.

do you mean whole body inflammation? or like on the arm or leg? if its whole body get a diet , either way visit a doc it wont hurt to have a proffesional take a look
