I've read that this is the 'secret' for winning the lotto. Betting the same number over and over again until you get lucky and hit the jackpot. And surely did it happen to this man. But as far as the patience go, Lol, not sure if I can do it though. Day in, day out going to lotto outlets bet on the same number for the last 20 years.

However if he ever ends up winning, which we all know won't happen, then we are talking about millions of dollars of win and that is a very big deal, people would go crazy when they get something like that, who wouldn't want something like that? Which is why I honestly believe that we should definitely be looking to do something that ends up the same way, same numbers, 40+ years, if you never win that is a small amount, if you ever win that is a huge amount.

This is dedication! Every week for 30 years to bet on the same numbers! It's something I saw in the movies, or read in some news, but I don't know anyone who is doing that... playing the same number every week! And this guy was doing this for 30 years! Just amazing!

I think I am not that type of person! I would last a month or maybe a little more... I am sure I would miss one week, and that would be the end of my cycle! Not something to brag about, but not all of us have that kind of character that can last for years, unchanged!

Odds is way too small on where you do need all the luck in the world before you could hit up the right combinations or simply winning the jackpot.It is really just amazing on where
there are people who could really stay up that consistent towards their numbers for a very long time.

Only a few could able to manage that but for sure there are people who do able to play the same behavior but it is much lesser or below 30 years.

Regardless of his patience and consistence over the last 30 years. It was still chance or luck that he won the lottery. If someone repeated the same strategy, there is a big chance, they wouldn't win that much in the lifetime. We just got to know about what he did in the last 30 years because he just won $18M. I have faith in numbers and math but not so much with lottery numbers. The dude deserves winning that prize, and it certainly paid off. Although I must say if he didn't, betting on the lottery alone for 20 years every week will certainly set him back a couple thousand dollars. Still, congrats to the guy for sticking with the numbers that he picked. Not everyone has the capacity nor the willpower to stay true to their numbers for that long.
