Its really good to have choice like this but the question is does they can able to take up the high fees by using bitcoin? sometimes that one is need to be consider as companies are losing money for paying such huge fees if the network is congested, Also stuck transaction due to low set fees is a concern to so maybe this bitcoin option to pay to your employees will get a problem knowing we can get stuck for many days for it and its stressful for the employee to encounter this issues.

Regarding the high costs of using Bitcoin for payroll, maybe the fee is passed on to employees who choose Bitcoin for their salary payments.
Because it is impossible for the company to bear such large costs, therefore if employees want to receive salaries in Bitcoin must be willing
to be deducted by transaction fees. If they are not willing to choose fiat for salary payments, the company concludes that they give
employees a choice. Because from the start the company did not force employees to receive salaries in Bitcoin.

Well that's a huge lose for employee's imagine they will shoulder the high transaction fees if this really meant to happen. Instead of they can use the amount to buy goods but they used it for fees for this incident for sure many employees would not like to receive bitcoin that's why this things need to consider first that's why I can say that this bitcoin plan payment is kinda not happening for now as there are many flaws regarding to this plans.

It’s not a bad idea, you can go ahead with it. Though I have not seen people that are making use of lightening network for this project, but that might be a good thing to go for. Other companies that I have seen accepting bitcoin are not saying anything about lightening and I have also not seen major wallets allowing lightening network on their platform. So, I’d say before you go ahead with it, try to understand it very well, and know everything about the lightening and how it’s going to impact your business and all that, and also know whether it’s necessary, although I do know that for a fact you have to make your transaction faster.

the most important thing is that your programmer is trusted, i'm just worried if your programmer manages your plan and he has your access to bitcoin it's dangerous. I think you have to understand about the software or application you are making. because bitcoin is volatile and very risky, you should really think about it. but if your plan is ready I appreciate your step because you are an entrepreneur who uses bitcoin

It's just useless worry when the secret keys for wallet access cannot be given to a programmer, even if he asks for access, you still need to work directly with the programmer, and even if he does get access, we still have a contract of employment and know in advance about this employee's reputation, you cannot hire someone whose documents can't be referenced. I think general adoption of Bitcoin will take some time to come by due to factor that limits its acceptance as a legal tender factor-like decentralization and anonymous and the rest. Avoid posting like this. This is a thread about a platform that accept bitcoin as payment. This is only possible in countries where bitcoin is not banned. There may be people from other countries that still use bitcoin but in hiding or in secret as a way not to be put in jail because of it. Casinos have this one where they accept bitcoin so you can gamble and they also pay bitcoin for cash out or other cryptocurrencies.

it is a really big step for crypto when a lot of companies and industries accept bitcoin as a payment method, I think we all heard the news about Amazon probably would accept bitcoin, but it turned out to be fake news, but if they did and they only accepted bitcoin I won't use it to buy small price things, fees will take a lot from everyone, accepting other cryptocurrencies is the best way to go, but maybe bitcoin will be just the first step.

We're not yet certain that every industry will adopt bitcoin as a form of payment, it will be a good time though that bitcoin is going to be used by a lot of businesses but there's always the looming volatility that they have to worry about which isn't good for any business.

When LN is already official or havent any bugs then i could really say that it would really be good on having that integrated on common businesses or merchants but on the current state on where

it does still have that scability issues then this is one of the reasons on why it isnt really still globally considered or adopted yet by most companies or merchants out there because it is just normal

Definitely this will expand your sales to more people as you are adding BTC as one of your payment info.
Moreover you can go with the lightening network software to integrate, else there is also many payment getaways present that accepts BTC in one of their payment method. So if possible you can add that too.

i think it is more crypto users prefer Altcoin to use as payments than bitcoin mate because crypto users tend to keep hold of their bitcoin while wanna spend altcoin because of having lower transaction fee and also faster delivery .

But of course if i have to choose? i will gladly spend my bitcoin to help circulating than totally holding those fore volatility purposes .
