I developed a high interest in Bitcoin lately want to accept Bitcoin for my sales and servicing company, am already working with a programmer to develop software or an application that will aid my transactions using the Bitcoin lightning network.

The ops have taken the right step I can still remember last year when a coffee shop around my area started accepting bitcoin but where using only lightening network to carry out the transaction. It a significant move in the right direction.

This is a good move for your business. There are really lots of crypto users these days who prefer Bitcoin payment so it will surely benefit your business. More people will be interested in Bitcoin because of your initiative. That will be beneficial to Bitcoin and your business because we need more adoptions these days.

i think it is more crypto users prefer Altcoin to use as payments than bitcoin mate because crypto users tend to keep hold of their bitcoin while wanna spend altcoin because of having lower transaction fee and also faster delivery .

But of course if i have to choose? i will gladly spend my bitcoin to help circulating than totally holding those fore volatility purposes .

Using the Lightening network is much effecient than all the altcoins. It costs almost nothing.
However, i agree with you that someoene new to the bitcoin ecosystem and want to integrate it as a paiement method without enough knowledge background, has the option to use one of the paiment gates available in the market. I may suggest suggest btcPay which is free to use and open-source, although find some other choices like BitPay and CoinPaiements .

I am interested in your story, but can I know where is your company located? When you want to accept payment with Bitcoin, you must know first whether it is legal or not there. Not in all countries, Bitcoin is legal for payment purposes, for example in my country. In my country, we only can use Bitcoin for investment, not for payment purposes. For payment purposes, only Rupiah (our national currency), is legal. So, here, to consider accepting crypto payments is not a good idea for now.

Bitcoin will be difficult to accept by the state because the state does not want to be bothered by complaints from crypto holders, if the state legalizes bitcoin then they will form a special team or ministry to handle bitcoin so that it can make the state budget increase, besides that the state does not benefit from using bitcoin so it is better only allow fiat currency.

Firstly, congratulations on starting to accept bitcoin payments. It's a very good initiative which can lead to good profits.
May be if your product is shippable to other countries then you can make your sales worldwide and get the payment in bitcoin.
Ofcourse you will have to pay the taxes for exporting the product but you will be able to do the sales globally.
This can lead to more orders and hence more profits. Also, by accepting bitcoin payments you are contributing to the bitcoin network in promoting wider adoption.
