First of all, I am not from any programming background. I am just wanna create a site like coingecko or coinmarketcap. But don't know to start and where to start?
Do I need any blockchain developer to hire or any web developer can create it? Can anyone explain how to develop or manag a site like coingecko or coinmarketcap?

- Learn web development or find a web dev willing to design the site for you.

- Hook up to an API source such as https://www.coinapi.io/ to fetch data about coins and just sort the coins by market capitalization (requires backend skills)

No, you won't need to hire a blockchain developer if you fetch your coin data from an API.
