I would go ahead and say a yes and no.
Yes, NFT has been the most performing new niche in crypto as far back as early this year(March and April, if I'm not mistaken) and it has drawn a lot of mainstream individuals and corporations like Shaquille O'Neal, Snoop Dogg, MacDonald etc. And more are being drawn in
Now I would say no. Why? With all these interests, its obvious malicious characters would ply their trade in it. For example there are NFT thefts and scams. And outright fakes! So people out there have some NFTs that won't be worth a dime
So in all, be very careful

that's right. projects must continue to grow and adapt to market demands. NFT can't always be a trend for the long term. it's even possible that it will soon recede from demand.
now we can see more NFT projects with many variations. gaming and art are probably what we see more of. at the moment. some platforms are already running and we can see it on the market cap. but for the long term, I think we should choose a better asset.

But there are NFTs projects that not only made increase the price, just like the NFT project pioneer in the play to earn games and that is Axie infinity which is very hot as of now. So I think it depends on the concept they had and probably long last in the future. The number one factor before we go, you can simply manage the risk so that you will be able to survive in trading no matter what happens in the market because you have a goal and you must stick to it.

In fact I am pretty sure that the end is is already happening but the difference is that in the case of icos due to the fact all the coins are fungible you can clearly see the market crashing since everyone is free to exchange their coins, but in the case of NFTs as each one is different and non-fungible then this means that even if a crash is underway the crash is silent, I would not be surprised that we see something similar to the Tulip mania in which once some Tulips failed to sell the whole market got in panic and crashed almost overnight.

You should do your diligent research if this is the kind of project that is worth holding even after two or three years, NFT are fad or hype you can make short term profit but I doubt if this is still the project worth investing in two to three years, I still believe platform-based tokens are worth investing like Ethereum, Binance Polkadot, they bring something to the community in a long term.

If you want to sell NFT, you can currently sell on Bakeryswap for the BSC network, or on Opensea for the ETH network. To register, you only need to connect your wallet using Metamask. Also make sure that you have BNB or ETH for the NFT mint you are going to sell. If I'm not mistaken, Polygon also has a service to sell NFT, but I don't really know platform to sell NFT on this network.

But as time goes on, the law of diminishing returns would set in and the worth of those NFTs would drop due to mass disinterest or better technology would have eclipsed it. This would be around 10 to 20 years from now when crypto world would have matured or come of age

Early investors of NFT tokens have made huge profits and are still making good profits by selling their old investments, I guess if we have the right timing while entering the NFT market then good return can be made over investment as this market is based on the hype and these days the tokens are in demand as well, so why not bank on the hype instead of sitting by and watching others make profit.
