How to understand the market in advance

There’s no direct scheme how to understand market. Every trader does that by his/her unique way. In general, traders make analysis of graphics; are constantly monitoring crypto news, launch of futures and even twitter page of Elon Mask. All that give some info about what can probably happen with crypto. This info helps trader to make assumptions and to put orders. And, of course, key to success depends on emotional state of the trader (panic can ruin everything). But again, traders make only assumptions, try to predict and such predictions are not always successful.

When you say traders wait on twitter pages of popular influencers like Elon musk to make their traded well that's not what trading is all about. We have gambler's, speculators those that have zero or no idea of what they're doing but just trying their lucks with hopes of coming out successful.

• You don't have to know or understand the TA or FA. I don't say such analyses are useless but you can get profit by another approach

  • You can compare the Fear & Greed Index chart with chart of Bitcoin, and see the above saying is correct or wrong

I aren't fully agree with you.Because he is a newcomer in crypto.So Its very important to gather experience and to learn about Technical analysis and about Project details.
In crypto fear and greed index doesn't work properly when markets are being manipulated by whales.
So Crypto Manipulation can be the worst experience for a new comer. So its very important to have patience and to have knowledge about Project and Technical Analysis properly.

Most Traders often try to predict the market where as the markets cannot be predicted. The best way to make money from the market is to understand market structure and follow the structure from the higher time frame that is the daily or 4 hour to the M15 or M5. Use the knowledge of what price is doing on the higher time frame to frame trades or setups on the lower timeframe.

We have all kinds of different people in the trading world, that is the emphasis. We have very very brand new noobs that end up trading whatever people tell them to do, there are a bit older noobs who trade based on what influencers and Elon Musk says but they are doing the same thing as the brand new one does, they just do it on limited amount of people instead of anyone, we have mediocre traders like me who end up trading based on their own TA research that sometimes wins or loses, we have experts who trade with experience and talent, and we have those crazy people with 10 monitors and all charts with 5 minute candles and pips and leverages and all that.

The correct statement indeed. They should be used as "indicators" because they indicate a movement, they do not predict it.

Those selfish people you mention are not traders, they are manipulators who attempt to use the unregulated nature and chaos in the market to fuel their own needs and fill up or empty their own bags on unsuspecting naive traders.

However, people will not learn from these mistakes. There will some fools who will again fall for the next manipulation move and end up in a loss. The diligent ones will attempt to join the same side of the manipulators, in order to dump when they say buy and buy when they say dump. One can try using this strategy too in future.

What you said are true. There is no clearer way on how to understand the market in advance because its purely unpredictable. Even how profitable you are in trading, you cannot still predict the market with 100% accuracy because if we all do, the whole community will be trading for sure and there will be lot of millionaires i guess. But price changes from time to time because the market is easily affected by some fuds or any news from social media. Although technical and fundamental analysis may help, but you can't expect that they will be 100% reliable.

for your concern  , there are methods that we are using to predict the market but this method might not work 100 percent because we are not superhuman that can accurately detect if what the future will be .
 the methods are looking and anlyzing the charts , listening or watching the news ,  and reading the speculations in the forum .

This is something that cant be known but somewhat with due experience you could really able to have at least have the idea on what are the things you should gonna do rather than have no idea at all.

Understanding the market isnt really that hard when you are already aware on how it works and how it moves and this isnt something that could be able to handle it out.

Knowing things in advance isnt possible even just with simple decisions in life thats why its never been good to have these kind of presumptions.

Something that you need to understand is that technical analysis can be used to give predictions about what the market is most likely to do at the moment, but that is all what they are, predictions, for example have you ever seen the weather report say that there is going to be a lot of rain during that particular day and the next ones and then nothing happens, the days are beautiful and sunny and you wonder what happened? And the answer to that is simple, the conditions changed and now their prediction is useless and the same happens with technical analysis.

No one can predict the incoming dip of rising of the coins price, if we can predict it then we can earn millions but it is not easy. Crypto market is high on volatility and that's a normal thing because no one can control it it is decentralized. only the market volume or the good news or new development of the coins can give us a clue,example is the news about China's banning of crypto mining. I am sure that it can make the price dip because this news is a bearish news and some small investors will surely do panic selling.

I think it is very important for you to understand how the market works and so, you can say that it was impossible to get such information in advance. I gonna tell you that here in crypto it is full of surprises, you can never know what will be the next trend even though you are in the market since from the start. As in the nature of being volatile, that is somehow it really knows. So I just tell you that stop thinking that way because you only got disappointed but instead to embrace what really it is, otherwise.

No one can accurately know the movement of crypto prices, we can only do analysis to predict where the market will move. Even that does not
guarantee 100% accuracy, especially since crypto price movements are very volatile, so it is much more difficult to predict. However, with the analysis
we do, we become aware of what steps we should take, so we don't make decisions randomly. As you said it's no different than predicting
the future weather, it's not 100% accurate, but we can at least get an idea of what will happen. So always be careful in every decision we make
in the crypto world.

Only speculations can be reliable for this time, because we aren't sure how long the bear market would probably push us towards resistance. Most of the time when price took time to move upward, there it goes downturn would drastically put us all down, yet it caused more possible panic selling for weak handed traders. Our emotions was really a huge factor once price saturates so bad.

There is no way you can "understand" the market in advance. All those analysis will just give you a hint about what "might" happen to the market next. Whatever result you get from your analysis might happen or might not. Based on those analysis people take a risk and invest. The other way is to keep yourself updated with current events. Lets say a coin that has been in development will launch something new or add a new feature. This might cause the price to go up since people will start investing hoping for a bull run. Like look at cardano. The price went up a lot in last few months right before the Alonzo upgrade which added smart contract feature to the network.
