You should add the screenshot of you using their site because what you presented as evidence isn't enough because they might've deleted that thread for a different reason. You need to also talk it out with Coinex so they can deal with it.

I see that you reported them using trustpilot^[1], in general if you read the previous comments, some members reported problems with them and some comments describe them as scammers.

Unfortunately, I also have this problem. They stole about 3.5 ethereum from me and they do not allow me to withdraw, even though I have a balance.
They do not give any answer. Please help us how we can follow up on this issue

If you look at your image:



You see that you have a $0 limit to withdraw per 24H.
This is usually caused by giving them false info when setting up the account or not verifying something they asked you to.
Or not setting up 2FA
Or if you are using a VPN / connecting from a banned location.

Even base verification gives you $10k USD.


Where are you located? Did you setup 2FA? Did you *ever* connect with a VPN?

OP, there are several accusations I saw on this forum about CoinEx exchange, which they accused of being a scam, I don't know if CoinEx side, refunded their money/coins after the accusation thread was made.

what is means?

they want to know where you got the token or if you got it legally or not(or something like that). anyway, you should contact their support to further discuss the issue or you can contact their forum representative here regarding the issue. but looking at their ANN thread it looks like their representative rarely visits the forum.

In 2 July create a ccount on coinex and start trading but after 1 month when request withdraw for tether they not allow me (Show me Balance 0)
I send a ticket but they tell me your account is suspected of fraud and no further response.
Every time I send a ticket, I receive a message
 "Your ticket (440465) has been updated. Feel free to reply to this email with any questions.
