I don't think they're trying to scam or playing tricks on you. 24 hours delay isn't that long to claim that you have been scammed. Maybe they ran into some issues like what happened to the case mentioned by @harizen.

If you check on their ANN thread, there were some players complaining about long waited withdrawal. I guess your case is the same, means that you need to wait a bit longer for your withdrawal. The last issue was experienced by user "psycodad", he need to wait for 19 days for his withdrawal.

I am very relieved to report that I have now received all pending withdrawals after 19days.

The only thing you can do is waiting and I hope you'll get it faster.

I know that 1 Bitcoin is a big amount it's only 24 hours you should settle your issue on their support first or their announcement thread and do not create a dedicated thread for your issue, yours is not an isolated case, there was a case that takes a week to resolve, although this is not good, you should first take their side.
Bitvest is not a new gambling site, they are one of the oldest gambling sites here with the longest campaign, it's ok to worry but complain should be on the right venue.

there is almost the same scenario recently when a regular gambler of their  site needs withdrawal and it took him i think more than 2 weeks before finally get what they owned him

Today I received another smaller part of my investment (the LTC part, in full), though my DOGE wd is still pending since 12th August, even so I have tipped (bribed) one of their mods with 658 DOGE of change to speed things up slightly. What they paid out in these last 18days is <30% of my total investment that I want to withdraw.

They have time until end of month to honor my still pending DOGE withdrawal request, I have made them aware of that via the tipped mod as I still have no means to communicate with the owners/people with the moneys directly.

Like I said above, the same case happened to one of their users but got settled. We can conclude the delay of withdrawal is a general issue and not an isolated one (I hope so).

The site's reputation is at stake but not currently a scam. Maybe we can call it unprofessional. They are one of the longest-running casinos here that successfully built their reputation from scratch and efforts.

For now, be calm as you can. I understand the frustration. Try to send them a ticket. A moderator can't really do something about it but just to forward your concern at the top. Bump also their ANN thread.

i think the case is different from Him and the other user mate, because the last claims does not receive any response at all since he tried to reach the team and owner , though yeah his funds got back after weeks.
This one has answer and the response is negative about nothing they can do so Bitvest need to explain this issue directly here though i doubt that answers will come from their end here in forum because never that they answer any issue this past .

Some people above just not focus on the main thing and getting confused about why I promoting for bitvest but I open this threat, well. First of all, I am not promoting for bitvest. That's because couple week ago while I started to learn about signature on my profile then I put them there just for fun. But if I really work for bitvest then why I cannot open this threat if the company or business having a problem and I was tried all my best to personal contact them but getting none answer. It's because the mod job is to just moderate the chatbox and they don't really have control over withdrawals. I honestly don't trust them to raise concerns at the right staff so it's better to have direct contact to support.

I hope after CryptopreneurBrainboss gives Lightlord a heads up, they will act quickly. Sometimes, they are aware of the problem but not quick enough to solve it maybe due to busy time plus the time they will spend on the investigation.

It's not 100% about resolving withdrawal issues, an established casino shall have automatic payment system and for any specific "big" amount which is higher than a specific mark, they should notify users (i.e: an email saying so to let the player know / estimate when will payment happen). For this case: the casino play the game and the player fall into it exactly the way they want (delay and keep silent is the best strategy to beat player mood), and as a player his anger ruined his day.

Also, the use of "forum" is nonsense regarding to this matter, and it's not an excuse that the casino owner is more active on public forum than staying with his casino and monitor it to support customers in a timely manner, rather than let the customer bring the issue to a public forum (so that he need to act to protect his casino reputation).

1. Did you message them personally?
2. Were you able to take evidence, SC and put all of them in a folder and sharing it with them ?
3. You should probably move it to the scam accusations.
4. If they do reply- good, if they don't make sure to contact the site as well, their email or anything. Leave your message always.
5. Check if you were using things like VPN etc... Might have to help make your case stronger.

No, he is not frustrated that he has lost 1 BTC. That was his fate and he did not complain about it. Later he won  more than a bitcoin and now he is unable to withdraw. At present, it seems that the OP is right but we never know until we hear the opinion of light lord on this case.
I am sure, he must have a reason for not processing the withdraw. Lets wait and see the conclusion.

Says the guy who was a shill for Luckygames and Betking which were identified as scam sites in the past. Many gamblers would have complained about withdrawal issues related to Bitvest if this was a major issue, but that is clearly not the issue.

I withdrew once myself 2 months back and didn't face any issues. Honestly, I am pretty sure op's issue will get resolved quickly once @lightlord gets in touch with him.

That's a lot and with the average bankroll that they show on their website, it's more than enough to pay you.

You have to wait until any of the admin or owner goes to you and allows you with your withdrawal. They'll fill the hot wallet or process your withdrawal manually.

Despite how scummy or bad the tactic, we can't do something about that. Maybe it's still acceptable for a site has run out their hot wallet for a while, but we don't know when they will refill it.

never that i delivered a Bad words , i was just expressing what i think is appropriate because we knew that in Online world we cannot always have what we wanted , so try to calm a little as this is not helping to resolve the case by just complaining every other hour.
also it has been mentioned over and over that there are some issues in Bitvest withdrawal so accept it or not but that is what it is.
and also look at Him keeping playing even if he had thrown bad words against the site even calling Bitvest a SCAM yet continuously playing?

Lightlord rarely responds on such thread like this as the case is common, and could be resolve after several days (idk the exact reason though), even on some scam accusation threads he rarely responds as well. But the good thing is most of this reports/cases/problems regarding withdrawals/payments are resolved, but on much longer time.
