this is what their mod said when I was complain in the live chat and she contacted me to solve the problem but nothing she can do

It's because the mod job is to just moderate the chatbox and they don't really have control over withdrawals. I honestly don't trust them to raise concerns at the right staff so it's better to have direct contact to support.

I hope after CryptopreneurBrainboss gives Lightlord a heads up, they will act quickly. Sometimes, they are aware of the problem but not quick enough to solve it maybe due to busy time plus the time they will spend on the investigation.

Good luck with your case and I believe Bitvest will be able to solve it.

If you check on their ANN thread, there were some players complaining about long waited withdrawal. I guess your case is the same, means that you need to wait a bit longer for your withdrawal. The last issue was experienced by user "psycodad", he need to wait for 19 days for his withdrawal.

There were cases(not with the same casino) where the gambler have to wait longer. But yeah, it is frustrating especially if the casino has made no effort to contact the gambler regarding his issue. you can complain all you want but in the end all you can do is wait.

Lightlord was last active on 11 September, so 2 days before you created this thread. Let's assume that he is away on business/holiday/sick, he couldn't have seen your issue yet. I remember that there were delays with signature payments that lightlord paid out several times in the past. It's not the ideal situation, but wait it out and wait for his return. I have tried everything I can even a mod were contacted me and she said that she cannot do anything about it? Do we have to mark this casino as scammed? I wonder why Bitcoinstalk accept promo or advertiment for a scammed casino like this? Literally they don't pay our winning and it is not a fair game to risk out money for a place like this. Right now I know that the owner hoping I will keep playing and lost it back, lol what a nice place or nice idea to just steal other people money
