I need zodiac or lightlord to come here explain why you guys not process my winning?
I have play at this casino couple times, I have lost a lot and there is even day that I lost 1 btc. But when its come to get it back, they delayed it over 24 hours and the trash thing come once they only process the 0.1 btc withdraw and leave my 1 btc withdraw like they don't even see it?
Are this site is broke? or owner just not wanted to pay our winning?? I have waited over 24 hours already, this place is suck. When I lost they just take my money but when I won this is happened

There's a case just around over a week that someone now finally claimed all withdrawals after pending for 19 days. Maybe there are ongoing issues about how Bitvest is processing and handling its withdrawals currently.

I don't think they're trying to scam or playing tricks on you. 24 hours delay isn't that long to claim that you have been scammed. Maybe they ran into some issues like what happened to the case mentioned by @harizen.

Try to message them again on their support email, or website chat with a calm manner, messaging them with cranky tone will only make it worse.

If you check on their ANN thread, there were some players complaining about long waited withdrawal. I guess your case is the same, means that you need to wait a bit longer for your withdrawal. The last issue was experienced by user "psycodad", he need to wait for 19 days for his withdrawal.

I am very relieved to report that I have now received all pending withdrawals after 19days.

The only thing you can do is waiting and I hope you'll get it faster.

I think you should wait a little more though this is really a pain when you have a big withdrawal pending. lightlord is here for a quite long time with bitvest and 777coin. He is one of the respected members here, have barely seen any issue regarding both of these sites. Maybe you will get your coin eventually but with a little delay.
lightlord isn't active for the last two days and this happens with him quite often. So, please wait if you are expecting an explanation from him before a conclusion, till he is active.

I know that 1 Bitcoin is a big amount it's only 24 hours you should settle your issue on their support first or their announcement thread and do not create a dedicated thread for your issue, yours is not an isolated case, there was a case that takes a week to resolve, although this is not good, you should first take their side.
Bitvest is not a new gambling site, they are one of the oldest gambling sites here with the longest campaign, it's ok to worry but complain should be on the right venue.

there is almost the same scenario recently when a regular gambler of their  site needs withdrawal and it took him i think more than 2 weeks before finally get what they owned him

Today I received another smaller part of my investment (the LTC part, in full), though my DOGE wd is still pending since 12th August, even so I have tipped (bribed) one of their mods with 658 DOGE of change to speed things up slightly. What they paid out in these last 18days is <30% of my total investment that I want to withdraw.

They have time until end of month to honor my still pending DOGE withdrawal request, I have made them aware of that via the tipped mod as I still have no means to communicate with the owners/people with the moneys directly.

This has brought major distress into my life and my marriage, but I am ready to let it go biting my tongue with a put on smile and with a simple, short post here confirming that I received everything, if they actually process my DOGE withdrawal within the next 48 hrs.

don't blame bitcointalk for your own choice of gambling site, you are wearing Bitvest name on your banner what does it mean? you are freely advertising ? and now claiming that they are scam? i am not here to depend the site eventhough i am wearing their signature but just don't question the integrity of this forum just because you have issue in the site.

Like I said above, the same case happened to one of their users but got settled. We can conclude the delay of withdrawal is a general issue and not an isolated one (I hope so).

The site's reputation is at stake but not currently a scam. Maybe we can call it unprofessional. They are one of the longest-running casinos here that successfully built their reputation from scratch and efforts.

For now, be calm as you can. I understand the frustration. Try to send them a ticket. A moderator can't really do something about it but just to forward your concern at the top. Bump also their ANN thread.

i think the case is different from Him and the other user mate, because the last claims does not receive any response at all since he tried to reach the team and owner , though yeah his funds got back after weeks.
This one has answer and the response is negative about nothing they can do so Bitvest need to explain this issue directly here though i doubt that answers will come from their end here in forum because never that they answer any issue this past .

My solution:
1. If you have contacted @lightlord, just wait for the next response, I hope to respond to your thread as soon as possible.
2. The next step, try to ask for help to: @CryptopreneurBrainboss, As far as I know he is currently being trusted by the Bitvest team for their campaign, maybe by asking @CryptopreneurBrainboss for help, at least the Bitvest team will respond faster to your case.

You have to wait OP, as @CryptopreneurBrainboss has said, the forum is the only way to contact  @lightlord because he's a busy man, I can vouch for the delay, just wait it out and it's solved once it has come to their attention. Our pays get delayed too but we don't worry too much because when it arrives, the bonuses will always be present.

Some people above just not focus on the main thing and getting confused about why I promoting for bitvest but I open this threat, well. First of all, I am not promoting for bitvest. That's because couple week ago while I started to learn about signature on my profile then I put them there just for fun. But if I really work for bitvest then why I cannot open this threat if the company or business having a problem and I was tried all my best to personal contact them but getting none answer. This threat was to getting other people related to the company or business like CrytopreneurBrainboss so he could help me resolve the problem. Thank you for your help again! I appreciated it.
