Am not sure if the x10 can be reached sooner but best to risk in XRPsince you are willing to Keep holding , there are many speculative that after the case from SEC ripple may reach 10$ in value so that would be a x10 for you.

If we invest a large amount, I think BNB is the right coin, because the rate of change in price is higher compared to others. Every time a new coin launchpad on Binance it will affect the BNB price. You can also make a profit from the bonus holder while the launchpad is running.

If you have 30k usd and you don't know where to invest it, then relax and take a break. First learn how to invest in crypto. If you ask here then everyone will suggest coin of there own choice and you will get confused, chances are that in this confusion your investment may get struck.
It's also advisable not to invest all your money in one coin rather build a diversified portfolio.  30k is huge money you can buy few solid alt coin in good quantity in this capital.

Polkadot is the best altcoin as for now I think.It will be a trend in the nearest future because of parachains' auctions. I predict that its price will be around 60$ in the nearest future. Positive situation in the crypto market increases demand and interest in DOT, taking into account a huge number of partners and investors and projects that want to have a place in the blockchain auction.

Well Bitcoin and Ethereum are ideal coins to invest in large amounts if only one coin is what you want, stick with it for the long term as the value is sure to increase continuously.
Actually there are still many coins that must be invested or at least the OP can share a few percent with other coins, if only one coin is targeted I think bitcoin is more important, there is no word it is high if the investment is done early while you can and wait in the future.
