Bnb and dogecoin looks good for the long run but xrp doesn't look it to that IMO. The xrp is stable and slowing growing but hardly has had a bull pass $3 despite the hype. I know this is a boring answer but I would say BTC-ETH-BNB trio has never failed me and I doubt I would ever consider something else as well. It is just by far too great to ignore and would probably be as great as it gets when it comes to selecting a coin. Sure there could be other coins that could make more money, look at top 10 right now, so many of them are new, most of them were not in there or even if they were they were at 10th or 9th and went higher, but many of them are brand new in top 10. Despite not being a fan of XRP or TRX, since the former remains in it's downtrend against BTC, while TRX price is "stuck" against BTC, I agree they are coins that have been around for some time now, since 2013 and 2017 respectively. But I still wouldn't compare them to the likes of Ethereum, given it's currently the no.1 altcoin and has been around since 2015 with a lot of money invested long-term in this project.

Actually i thought he's gonna say some shitcoins for do or die coin investment but it little suprised me that XRP and ETH is on the do or die list.
Those coins won't have gain much profits because the fundamental is strong, it will make much profits if hold it for a long time more over with ETH which has many upcoming projects and the biggest is ETH 2.0

It only needs common sense. Why would you stretch your money too much on different types of coins when your money is too small? How many coins are you going to get if you insist on it? You are only going to pay more for the fees upon buying or selling them and I'm not sure if you can even sell them because selling does also have a minimum. For a limited fund, investing in 1 to 2 types of coins is already fine but if you have more, maybe 3 to 5 won't hurt that much. You don't need to grab each coin on the top 20 or top 100 because that is ridiculous. There is no guarantee that they will all pump once the market recovers.
