It seems that giving up is not yet in their vocabulary. This is nice only if they didn't do something wrong. I say this because there are bad feedbacks that I read on this thread. The op's account also received a negative trust from one of the respected members in this forum.
I guess this is enough to distance ourselves from this casino at least for a while until they resolve all those issues they are facing. Let's gave them some chance to change. This betting site's main features must be their dividends but we can also experience that on some gambling sites like betfury, fairspin and owlgames. Only to name a few. I am not affiliated to them but I think they have a better reputation than in bitgame.

They have most likely written the word END in their brief adventure in crypto gambling business: I have just tried to login into my account and found out their site is inaccessible; then went to their official telegram channel and guess what, they have also deactivated the possibility of writing in it.
Even if I liked them, nice design and huge variety of games either in house made and by other providers, generally speaking seems they never gained much traction in the gambling market and this seems to be the natural consequence of things.
I just had peanuts in my account so not a big deal for me, hope other players didn't get burned by their closure.
