Is it possible that this forum will support lottiefiles / .JSON animation for ads slot, thread asset, avatar and signature?

As we know, .JSON animation is more more better than gif and file size is more smaller..

Lottie animations are not a standard animation format like .GIF and .WEBP are, so it'll be very difficult to find a parser for the JSON, and I have no idea how you'd manage to output this in a web format anyway (that is, without exporting to another format, but it would defeat the purpose of your proposal).

And that's assuming a modern tech stack - I highly doubt such a modification is possible on SMF, which runs on PHP, so can't draw the vectors inside the JSON on the screen anyway.

Animated GIF avatars have been disabled a long time ago, and since 2019 theymos detects and rejects (new) animated APNGs too.
The agressive animations used by some signature campaigns make the forum annoying to read. That's why I don't think the forum will add more animations any time soon.
