Most probably they are saying the truth and not just to make a scene, medical condition is something that needs to address properly and if its true I’m doubting for a match between Casimer and Inoue. 10 days is actually long wait just for the medical proof. Because if this is indeed is true, and it was said that Casimero was hospitalized, then, submitting docs would not be a problem.

I hope that he get well soon as I still want to see him fight, and I guess he would not be strip with the title since the reason for no-show is valid, it's justs that it killed our excitement to see him fight again.

^ He has an excuse now he can't fight with Butler, it seems Casimero has karma right away on his trash talk.
If he cants able have a fast recovery, Casimero has to pull out their fight against Butler and the replacement could be Joseph Agbeko. Probably that is the reason don't have yet an odds because there is an emergency that happened to Casimero.
