Agree with this opinion. I think the support from the entertainment figures will reduce the application of the benefits of the altcoin it brings. Celebrities who support and hold altcoins (even in large numbers) only become speculators and always dump them in the spot market. This factor makes it difficult for cryptocurrency to be implemented by the public and consider crypto to be just a speculative asset.

I have seen the explosion of interest in cryptocurrencies, sports clubs should still be aware of the risks this new technology brings. The value of crypto assets continues to fluctuate, and despite the phenomenal growth, the legal and regulatory landscape remains uncertain. The lack of stability in this sector will require sports businesses to adopt hedging agreements to save money in the event of price fluctuations. However, the rise of crypto assets brings opportunity and excitement to the sports world.

I think this is a good thing and very good for the development of crypto, especially when world-class sports players are starting to look at and like cryptocurrencies, but can this be proven, bro? Or is this just for hype!
Involvement of those stars in cryptocurrencies would enable cryptos to become more popular whether by advertisement or investment, more sportsmen or women might take a cue by getting involved as well, that is a gradual adoption of cryptos, recently some music stars are also getting involved too stars like Akon, Snoop Dogg etc had bought the idea, I believed the culminative effect of the adoption by these stars will brings about massive investment to cryptocurrencies.

There is actually a lot of news about famous sports stars and other famous people involved in crypto, and it is good news that crypto brings positive things and can also benefit them. because crypto is good for all misfortunes.
Like the famous football coach Jose Mourinho, who is known to be launching NFT with Mastercard, Mourinho, who is also a global ambassador for Mastercard, will present his digital collection. and NFT is arguably still in its early stages, greater engagement is expected in 2022 as more sports stars, artists and other notable personalities will enter the industry.

A number of sports stars were also interested in Crypto lately, such as Tennis Star Naomi Osaka openly interested in Dogecoin. The famous soccer player, Lionel Messi also received a part of his salary in the form of Crypto, namely the PSG Fansclub token. Previously, the NFL star Russel Okung also chose to receive half his salary at Bitcoin.

I think that it's just a natural reaction after a lot of mass adoption occurs. You have to realise though that some endorsements aren't actually organic - a lot of them are driven by money and sponsorships. Especially for people like Floyd Mayweather, if you see him endorse a certain coin you should probably walk away from it as much as possible.

It’s a natural progression for crypto from a small niche online market to gaining mainstream adoption. We’re not there yet but things are looking good. You will see more & more public figures coming on board over the next couple years.

With the popularity of crypto that continues to increase every year, even this year many large companies have decided to invest in crypto. It makes perfect sense in the end that well-known sportsmen who have big incomes want to enter the crypto world as well. Moreover, crypto has succeeded in proving to everyone that it can generate large profits compared to other assets in a pandemic situation like now. Athletes who have short careers want to plan for the future well, then they think investing in crypto can be a good retirement plan.

quite good in marketing problems, if you use a famous star, but one coin owned by a famous star does not contribute 100%, some are still with price problems and sometimes go up because of the hype of the famous star I'm more enthusiastic about PSG than dogecoin

Lionel Messi is known as the greatest football player in the world today. As we know that every football player belongs to the club he is defending. There are two reasons the club recruits its players, first they want to win trophies and they want to increase their business income. Lionel Messi is currently defending Paris-based club PSG and PSG has its own token in the crypto space. Well, if some of Lionel Messi's salary is received in crypto, then I think that's one way for PSG to promote a token called PSG in the crypto market.

When I see such information, I think that all this is just an advertisement, nothing more. I don't think that athletes or even famous people in sports just suddenly wanted to get cryptocurrency. Probably through them someone is trying to manipulate the market in order to lure new investors into one or another cryptocurrency. But I am glad that crypto platforms for sports have recently begun to appear on the market. This little by little gives hope that cryptocurrencies will nevertheless be tightly integrated into the sports industry and bring success to everyone.

I saw the owner of the PSG club getting a big profit in Messi's recruitment. Messi's presence will bring PSG to a new level from the side of the game and business. In terms of business, PSG is predicted to get far greater income by bringing Messi. PSG can get an increase in sales of merchandise, tickets, and sponsorship income. This is clear opportunities that must be wasted by PSG.

That is very clear and I agree that there are only two goals for every football club to sign players. The first is to get a championship title in every competition that is participated and want the club's income to increase starting from the smallest level, namely the sale of shirts. Especially with the figure of Lionel Messi who was recruited by PSG. Automatically the presence of Messi at the PSG club at this time for me is nothing more to achieve these two goals.

So why don't famous athletes do such a lucrative business? They receive a high salary, they can afford to invest. And getting a salary in part in club tokens is a good move on the part of the club's management. Moreover, the tokenomics is tied entirely around the PSG club. And that says something.

It's a good thing that various sports are drawing a lot of attention to cryptocurrencies through direct or indirect star endorsements. However, no one should lose sight of the fact that most of these sport celebrities supporting cryptocurrencies may not even know how it works. One can rightly and safely say that they're just in it for the trend and for the sake of being in the media space. The public and naive investors shouldn't just follow these celebrities blindly for the sake of following them. I remember what happened with that token Floyd Mayweather supported a few years ago that went rogue – Centra. I lost cash in that one and since then I don't blind follow any more.

The news about several sports stars receiving part of their salary in crypto has actually been heard for a long time and of course it cannot be separated from the club's strategic management as it is currently being reported to the figure of Lionel Messi at his new club, PSG. PSG has tokens, I can assume that if Lionel Messi receives part of his salary in crypto, it will have an impact on increasing the demand for PSG tokens in the market. PSG are now a rich football club, and they certainly do transfers every routine, such as the salaries of the players, which because they are star-studded so they have a large salary, and for effectiveness, of course with crypto it will be more effective to do everything, especially if they have the token itself. if it hasn't been done yet, I don't think they will use it soon

Already long time the field of sports began to develop in the cryptocurrency field, and there is nothing supernatural here, since athletes and companies that are related to the field of sports understand that the cryptocurrency is the future and it is better to start developing in this area as soon as possible, also recently I very often began to see how various sports companies and famous sportsmen are starting to penetrate more and more into the cryptocurrency sphere and this is of course very good for us, since these companies and athletes are very popular in all over the world and thus they advertise cryptocurrencies and this is very good.

It wouldn't be surprising if a world footballer like Lionel Messi received some of his salary in crypto because it was clearly an effort by the management of the club he defended to promote their token in my opinion. For me, it is one of the right steps and can be useful for the crypto world, not only for the PSG club.

It will be a good partnership between the two. We have both also seen there be projects with football sports platforms in cryptocurrency. And that's pretty much it. If the sports industry starts getting into cryptocurrencies this will be even more interesting.
