You seriously want members to download a video of your chat in orser to follow it?
I suggest you make screenhots of your chat and include them in the OP

Shouldn't you upload it somewhere and then paste the link of the pictures of those uploads. Haven't heard of this site before, what do they do as a company, that's a pretty stupid name actually. Also, are you sure that they're not going to pay you and the participants? Did they explicitly said it in the chat logs?

My problem was solved after communicating with them, they said I took too long to followup with them.
