Which alt coin is best investment for long term?

I will suggest the only coins which was launched a long ago like more than 3-5 years and still they are able to keep their position Strong in rank. For example the crypto Queen ETH. And some are Ada, Trx, Ltc, xrp, etc.

A little more are in this list. You should focus and investigate the project before investing imo.

if I personally will invest in Ethereum and Binance for the long term, because in my opinion Ethereum and Binance are blockchain project that will definitely continue to grow and survive at any time, so it is very safe to invest in Ethereum and Binance, especially if you make Ethereum and Binance as a long-term investment, then of course you will definitely get a lot of profit from investing in Ethereum and Binance.

ADA is certainly one that people are very excited about. The two different train of thoughts happen because it is already high and haven't provided anything extra just yet. If it is actually great then it will both do the smart contracts perfectly (haven't done it yet) and go high thanks to both all market going up so ada will go up too, and smart contracts will add some boost, even if it is not at ETH level it could still go up.

This makes it a long term investment, I am not expecting 100x from it, a 5x would be more than enough for me, and that could happen in the long term, like in 5 years, so that's fine by me, I can wait that much and all of this could happen as well. ETH is still great too, it could be second biggest but it has eth 2.0 coming up in a year or two which will make it a great one. UNI seems like it is a great one too, people still use it like crazy even with high fees.

this time for the long term I focus on ETH and BNB. I know they will continue to explode in the future.
some other assets such as COTI, MATIC, and DOT I believe are good for the long term. this year we can see very good market development of some altcoin assets. but mostly there is an increase then quickly immediately corrected again. such assets would be better for short-term trading. because they are moving with BTC and hype in the market.

With such an open question, everybody will list their favourite coins and while there might be some union there will be differences too. While I also regards ETH as a great altcoin to invest besides BTC, SOL as well as Matic seem to be climbing up fast. These tokens strengthen the network, one which has been started to grow as more and more people build on them.

I am not really sure about the long-term investment for altcoins. But at least, I will choose BNB with its good use cases at elastin their exchange. Additionally, I will also look for a new project such as TKO from my local exchange, that is like BNB from Binance. TKO is from Tokocrypto in which Binance also invests in this exchange.
And about other altcoins, hemm I am not sure for the long term. How if taking profits at a certain rate to minimize the risks?

I don't think it's wrong if you choose ethereum for your investment,

Choosing ethereum for long term isn't wrong. People don't like it because of the fees but that's how it is when the price increases.

and don't leave the BNB coin either, because this is also an altcoin with great potential for us to invest in, especially for the long term, bro, because both are coins that are already popular both in the community  as well as in technology.

BNB also a good choice depending on its business and chains that have been doing well with a lot of projects going on with it. As the main business, the exchange keeps going on, the coin remains  good.

Try to look at those most performing altcoins in a day-to-a-week timeframe. It's not easy to just suggest here as we have different strategies and factors when choosing coins. Others are looking for daily to weekly volume when choosing their next coins as those were part of their short-term trades. For holding in the long-term, choose those coins that are already backed by a massive community.

It's tough work to choose promising coins. Trust yourself that you can do it on your own.

But what are you really looking for? Blockchain-based projects? NFT's? DeFi? What do you prefer and requirements to say you might consider investing in it?
You know there is a long list of altcoins right now. We can list anything and you might just shove it off.
IMO, I am mostly looking at blockchain types of projects that will support the gambling and gaming industry for ease in their transactions and other stuffs.
I think most of them will be successful as long as they could provide the needs of the said industry.

The research will be necessary to find what coin we can buy because everyone will have different coins to hold. ETH, BNB, SOL can be good to hold for the long-term investment but you need to determine how long you need to hold and when to sell your coins. If you do not have a target time or price to sell, you will just hold the coins without enjoying your profit. But if that is about BTC, maybe you can easily determine which highest price you want to sell.

I believe it is the best choice for long-term investment. ETH and BNB are assets with great platform development. large community with market confidence no doubt, in the future will be more and more valuable. but it all depends on our ability to manage our investments. because in the long run, there is always a greater risk of making our beliefs and plans fall apart.

The only alternative coin that is going to be difficult to replace from his position is ethereum. But every other alternative coins that we have in the market can easily be replaced by another new alternative coin. We have seen so many cryptocurrencies that we are created as a way to replace ethereum, the all claim to be an improved version and had plans to become the top alternative cryptocurrency in the market but at the end they all failed.

Ethereum has continued to retain its position as the second biggest cryptocurrency that we have in the market and  is undisputable. Even the Solana that you are talking about now, in future it is also going to be replaced by another cryptocurrency that will come out then and start trending.

Ethereum is the biggest altcoin and nobody can deny it. It gets that position in many years. When institutional investors want to invest in crypto market, Bitcoin and Ethereum will be their first assets. Because with Ethereum, they will have less risk than with other altcoins.

At the moment ADA is really not able to surpass ETH in the smart contract field. Ethereum is famous for smart contracts and now it may not be ADA but BSC which will be Ethereum smart contract rival. If ADA creates a smart contract, as you mentioned it is difficult to go beyond the ETH smart contract. But ADA and ETH are altcoins that we can rely on for long-term investments.

It is hard to choose the best alt coin today to invest in, because we don't know which new coins are coming to the market over the next months and years. The best coin today could become unattractive if there is a better coin coming out next year. We also need to decide what does it mean for us to be the best coin. Are we looking for a stable coin to protect our value for the future, or are we looking for a coin with a big upside potential? For me it is more important to have a coin which being used regularly. That is why I choose coins to invest in long term that are already established today. The best two coins in my opinion are ETH and Litecoin, both of them are accepted by many stores around the world, so the chances of losing some money is not so big. Long term these two coins should remain attractive for investors and traders.

I'm very hopeful about Solana and Polkadot in the future. I see both of these projects as promising after doing a detailed research about them. Solana are the better one between them as its price literally flied in only one year from its first release. It is still even in beta and this is really huge for Solana. After the beta phase ends, I expect much bigger successes from Solana.
