Reason why they ask to deposit first is to avoid the sign up bonus being abused. If it's your site and you provide sign up bonus then they withdraw it after getting the bonus. For small time gamblers, credits needed to deposit is a bit high in my opinion. Wonder if it could be changed.

We do understand why they asked players to make a deposit first, but as many have noted, this trick is often used by scam casinos to steal a player's money. This is not a good way to prevent bonuses from being abused.

But, this isn't even the main issue anymore. If you read their last post, they decided to remove the initial signup bonuses and faucet rewards. Worse still, they plan to take away bonuses they have already distributed and reduce balances for any profits derived from the bonus. This is bad news for honest players on their platform and only demonstrates how inexperienced and incompetent they are in the gambling industry.

This would be a stupid move that could backfire on them, as Little Mouse and Saisher have already stated.

They shouldnt have touched that even though there are changes in rates/rules/terms because that will surely backfire on them.

Those affected will have there balances reduced for the exact amount of bonus offered and any profit derived from the bonus.

I imagine that all the people who received the email are people who are cheating, right?

but in that case wouldn't it have been better for you to let the people who managed to make a profit continue with the profit and just change the bonus rules so that in the future this kind of cheating doesn't happen again?

Guys please understand that there is 2 sides to the bonus argument and either way there will be unhappy people.

The move where bonus was removed affected only 8 players who never deposited a single cent and ironically of those affected, many stated that the bonus offering was a scam in the first place but still wanted a chance to get free money - that's really the scam!

So now the site gets punished for 'listening' and 'taking action' on 'player' feedback - ok

Ultimately I'm offering a site where you can gamble your crypto safely, simply and easily. Many complications have been avoided in order to keep things simple.

Some will like it, some won't, however I can assure you that there are people already using the site and not 1 single player has had any issues with deposits or withdrawals.

All players that use the site clearly have a link to this forum on the faqs page.

Anyway on another note, I'm happy in Bitcoins recent performance & crypto on the whole, nice solid ending to the year shaping up - lets hope that prices stay on the up.

It would be better if you have posted more about it instead of posting the site itself so everything would be clear and not suspicious for readers. Trying to reduce the credit that's being needed to deposit before you can withdraw that's what I am saying and nothing about reducing thw bonus that they will give. I also understand that this trick is used to scam honest players since I have gambled in trusted casinos which I received bonus but didn't have to deposit so that I can withdraw the funds instead they asked us to meet the wager requirements before I can withdraw. That also means many people won't be attracted if there are decisions made and then discontinued what has been started because of some issue like that which they shouldn't have done that made it questionable.

Hi, Thanks For hearing us. I think Your logo should be more professional. Your Website background color is white. I think your logo background color should be white so it is mixed up with your website.

The new logo on your website does not look good to me. Here is a screenshot of what your website looks like when viewed from my side.



The logo is barely recognizable and the dimensions are wrong. Also, I do not think it fits well with the color scheme.

While it is good that improvements have been made since the time that your site was first posted here in the forum, I think that you could do better with these aspects you have mentioned that have changed. Just like others, I agree that your logo is one of the things that should be reassessed since this is crucial not just to please the eyes but as the representation of your whole brand.
