IMO, you should hire to design the website and change the layout. The site look likes a free layout and is also one of the indication players will not gonna play because they see the website is not really good. How do they see? one of the indications we can see like on log-in panel the logo image background is not transparent so is not merge with the panel color. That's just from a small detail, just want to share my though ~XD

Yes, that is true. The first time I visited the web site, it took over ten seconds to fully load, and I am using a high speed internet connection. I think that is not good, and the OP should know that anything over a few seconds will result in visitors leaving.

OP, if you are serious about your business then you must hire a professional designer.
I understand that this is a one man business and maybe you have a limited budget (nothing wrong in that) but hiring a designer won't cost you too much and it will pay back in no time. You can post an offer on the services section.
Also, I advise you to rethink your decision regarding removing the sign up bonus.

Yeah  it would really be giving out bad impression once a user would really be having that hard time or bad experience on a site that he do tends to play.

They might really have visited out but for sure they would really be leaving directly without tending to to back again and find another place which

Yes, I am sure we have that experience in the past so we can suggest the website owner fix the problem or give him another suggestion. We want to help the website owner to have a better website that will make their customers comfortable while exploring and playing gambling games because once the customers can get that feeling, they will not move to the other websites. Alright, the website seems back again.

I can scroll the whole website and just as you guys don't like about the simplicity of the website because it looks dull. I do agree that it has to be improved if they want to be an eyecatcher of new customers.

Their navigation pane doesn't even have any other labels on it but only the home. I guess they'll just continue to improve it and we'll see if they'll take on the suggestions seriously.

Regarding the speed - It feels pretty fast when accessing from the UK however I have noticed some heavy images on the site that may be able to compress which may increase user performance. I will work on this soon.

Regarding the design - I am reluctant to over invest at this stage due to a number of reasons:

1. I am am investor - yes I can make a profit from this site however there are greater opportunities with many of my other investments.

2. There has been a lot of hostile feedback and personal attacks for no reason from commenters - this does not give me excitement to invest.

3. Not enough active users on the site yet. Once this grows then there is no doubt that I will re invest back into the business to create a far greater user experience.

4. The navigation page only shows home because you are not logged in. You will have an array of options once logged in.

The design is criticized which is fine. However it was designed to be simple so that people can explore through the site with ease and in a less complicated way than other sites.

Until those commenting actually have a live account and play the games, then they cant give an actual honest review of the site.

For a gambler (which I have been for many years) the site is easy to use, the games are fast, the game play is simple, payouts are instant and withdrawals are fast. Its an easy to use site if you just close your eyes and reset all your negative thoughts about other scam sites that cloud your judgement on this one.

If you cant afford to throw in a few dollars to see for yourself then being on a gambling forum isn't really the place for you in my opinion, better spent time elsewhere.

I really feel that the multiplayer roulette game could offer some great user fun with a chat room which I do have setup just not enabled yet.
