There's actually lots of very reputable online casino you'll find that has their on thread here. I personally like Duelbits and Roobet since these are the casino where I play the most.

He didn't reply to that old thread saying the issue had been resolved though but Stunna and his support came here for him, I will also assume it's solved otherwise he would have to continue complaining about that 4000EUR. I wonder if Stake had given proof of him having multiple accounts too.
For a reason, it's easy to create new accounts in crypto casinos than to recover the password of an account. But using accounts to cheat is another story.
