are there any gamblers who play high limits and always manage to withdraw their winnings from betting crypto sites?
because even reading the A tier I find that often the winnings are not paid and money get blocked and I don't know which one to trust.

Well, there are a lot of gambling sites/platforms today and it's totally OK for one to get confused as to which to trust because many of this  sites are into one form of scam or the other, just like you've said, some don't pay winnings, some don't allow you to withdraw after deposit, some manipulate the game and turn the odds against you so you keep losing no matter how much or frequently you play...

You don't have to be confused there are still a lot of good and reputable gambling sites here there gambling community can and will help you to find them you just have to read and check for the latest news on the top casinos here, you used to have issues with Stake.com but it was fixed, there are still a lot of reputable gambling sites here, just take your time and do your research and you'll be in the right casinos.

I fancy Betcoin.ag a lot. They seem pretty legit. I usually only use their live sportsbook and haven't had any issues when withdrawing from the site. Back in 2014, They also had poker rooms and that's when I have made a lot of money from the site. Now they just have Video Poker, but I don't like it very much. Just try it out and you may like it
