You should be following the steps here written : Support for hacked/lost accounts
If you follow all the steps the recovery Team can help you to get your Account back maybe .
Whats your original Account name by the way ? Would be nice to know and maybe the Account got hacked and is locked for this Reason.
And you should be edit your post and delete your email adress in there , as nobody needs the adress , the only one is the Recovery Team.

just to add that you are also compromising your email address to spammers and scammers. I would also recommend that as much as possible not revealing your real name here in the forum. anyway, just follow what Lafu has said and you'd most likely get a response from the recovery team.

It is bad when you publish your email address. You will be faced with spam or phishing emails. Please edit your post and delete your email address.

Did you sign a message and did you stake it on the forum? You can use it as part of evidence for your ownership and recover your account.

Can you make sure, you tried the forgot password to reset in the right way?

Click forgot password ==> then you will receive an email regarding password change ==> click the link and enter new password ==> then simply enter your username and new password, it will login for sure.

You can reset your password via the email you used when you signed up for an account. There will be a link sent to your email and click on that link and reset your password. Findingnemo already told you the steps, so you just need to get it right. Make sure the email you click is from the bitcointalk.org forum considering you've published your email here, so beware of phishing site.

Since its not against the forum rules, the thread may not be trashed. And its our responsibility to keep our privacy in this case OP missed it again so I guess his account was hacked through phishing attack in someway.

If OP comes online at anytime don't forget to mention your username so we can find someone else is using your account or not?

This was not a legitimate request for help from a clueless user. The OP is not the person named in the post.

It's not the OP who's info was exposed but an innocent and unaware victim. The named person is likely not even a member of BCT.
This the same scam as ordering a pizzas and having them delivered to someone you don't like to harass them.
The only way the name and email will be removed is if the Mods do it.

Edit: a better metaphor might be the toilet stall message "for a good time call [phone number]"

Who knows if anything that is written in the OP is even true!? It could just be someone wasting everyone's time by coming up with that name. Since I was curious, I checked the email on the have i been pwned website and it did find that the address has been leaked in 7 different data breaches. The first one dates back to 2015. Who knows what the goal of OP is...
