Not a hater though, but to anyone who actually watched Logan Paul's  recent exhibition matches which when he boxed against Floyd Mayweather, well, it was actually a shit show, they just hugged each other the whole match and then end up Logan winning the match and I doubt that this is gonna be a good fight as it'll definitely be another fixed match, might as well put your bets on Logan, I am a big fan of Mikey but this is just gonna be rigged, trust me.

I am really surprised to see that Mike Tyson accepted to fight Logan Paul, The Paul brothers are smart enough to come up with exhibition fights that could attract more eyes and this is no exception. It is not a surprise that majority here are backing Mike Tyson to win the fight and only one here is thinking that Logan Paul has a chance to win the fight  .

That's exactly what I have in my mind. What was Mike Tyson even thinking before he accepted to fight Logan Paul ?
Logan Paul is just another nut case who want to gain popularity and doesn't actually knows to have a proper boxing fight.

Logan Paul is lucky he is fighting an old Mike Tyson, if this was prime Tyson that we were talking about I would be against the fight as there would be a very high chance that prime Tyson could kill or seriously injure him in less than a minute as he was incredibly aggressive and fast back in the day.

However even then I am not so sure that I would like the idea of getting in the ring against Mike, if anything the only reason to watch this fight is if you for some reason hate Paul and you want him to get beat by Mike, so I am not sure this is the most attractive fight for Mike as he could be fighting other legends and make more money that way.

Logan Paul is brave, but when it comes to skills and other factors, we all know who will win, and it's obvious. There is a significant difference between them, and I hope that some discussions about how the game will run are held, as this is merely a sporting event that should not be conducted professionally because if it is, someone would most likely be gravely wounded. Well, in the end, it'll be just a money game I guess.

We really have to remind ourselves that Mike Tyson used to dominate the boxing league during his prime. I remember, he used to accept 1-2 fights every month, unlike today's boxing where a fight usually happens once every 1-2 years depending on the boxers involved.

Mike Tyson is not just your regular heavyweight champion. HE IS A MONSTER who dominated and was feared during his career. Logan Paul, on the other hand, while he is considered as a fighter ALSO, he is in no terms equal to the level of Mike Tyson.

Here I agree with you, without exaggerating Mike Tyson is still a death machine, he is a very dangerous boxer, he can kill anyone because for me he has no control of his strength, of his technique and he does not measure much the damage he can do, honestly, no matter how old he is, that boxer will always be for me on another level, perhaps a level that very few can reach, on the other hand Paul is not the right opponent, he does not have that necessary ingredient to face him, it is not for impair his ability, but Tyson will win that fight very easily, and I say this without knowing how much preparation Tyson and Logan have, but it is very easy to predict the result, at least at the moment I see it that way.

Logan Paul might get some lessons from Mayweather how to dodge punches, but that wont help much from the power Mike Tyson has. Paul Logan might try to dodge, absorb, survive and wait till Tyson runs out of stamina, but this is an exhibition fight, not a 12 round fight.
 

I'm not sure if the power of Mike Tyson is still there, he is already old and has not KO a fighter anymore after his retirement in boxing. So if your basis is his record when he was still active, then that's already outdated as he retired a long time ago, IMO, there's no KO in this fight and if one will win by KO, it's likely gonna be Logan Paul.

Maybe yes, but if Tyson got a chance to see a good opening, his strong punch will still triggered to KO Paul. We don't know what the script and how these two gentlemen will act inside the ring, just an exhibition fight that will bring entertainment to the fans and give a good paycheck to both fighters.

I looked around searching on google and found this article. after reading it. it seems that there is still no announcement has been made on what weight class they are going to fight in or when will the fight happen. that being said, the article also said that there is a rumor going around that the fight will happen around February next year.

I don't think that Mike Tyson can go below 210 lbs here, so it's really up to Logan Paul to go up in weight so at least cruiserweight or light heavyweight. And if my memory serves me right, in the Mayweather fight he weight in like a super middleweight.

So good question, maybe weight will not be an issue here, both can come in with their regular weight fight and then make money.

Tyson became an intelligent man, he realized that showmen earn very good money. Definitely, this fight will be held, with only one purpose - to make everyone around to remember Mike and make money on it. But how interesting can this fight be? After all, Mike is no longer young, guys he is 55 years old! How strong is he physically now? That is, it is very difficult to perceive Tyson as a boxer now, because he is a legend that will always be remembered. Mike Tyson will reportedly meet Logan Paul in the ring next February in his second exhibition bout since returning to boxing.

Tyson took out fellow legend Roy Jones Jr last November and has been linked with clashes with old rivals Evander Holyfield and Lennox Lewis.

But it looks like YouTube star Paul, who took on Floyd Mayweather in a similar fight this summer, will be the man in the opposite corner.

I'm not really into exhibition matches because I don't really see the essence of having such game just for the sake of making money. But other people might love it, and I don't judge them for it. An exhibition match is more likely a fan-base match because most people are just watching because of their idols and not really after the thrill of the boxing itself. Although it plays a part too, but I think it's very little since most exhibition matches were usually professional vs. an amateur or a wannabee boxer.

It was said that Tyson was thrilled to fight against any of the Paul brothers and he knew that they are willing to put up a fight against for money, just like what happened during Logan's fight with Mayweather. Logan became instant famous because of that, because imaging a youtuber that has little record on boxing fighting with a title holder.

The fight is expected to commence early quarter of 2022, particularly on the month of February but both parties haven't confirmed it yet. Hopefully they'll give a match worth watching for. Surely, Tyson will exhibit his skills in boxing. Wishing Logan will do the same to make it entertaining and at least thrilling to watch.

Weight is very important (if this would be a real exhibition fight, but not just a show to earn). Tyson can be bulky right now, and cutting weight in his age isn't easy. Logan can gain easily. With a bigger weight, speed, he could really do a lot of harm to an old Mike. Just exploding in first minutes.

Just check how an old Evander Holyfield was smashed by a younger fighter. Of course you can say that his opponent was also a pro fighter, when Logan is an amateur or not fighter at all. But this was also an exhibition fight. Old and reputed athletes does not deserve such brutal beating.

Sure Tyson can try to end the first as early as possible if this is a real fight. But at his age, the knucklebones become very fragile when age hits 40. It's just like you when you get old to 40, you will know to yourself that you are not what you use to be. He may not be able to throw a hard punch because it's like a double edge sword, while he can hurt Logan, it's also going to hurt his hand.

We're still lucky to see Mike do these exhibition fights today but it's not how it used to be back in the 90s where almost the entire world will stop to watch him fight.
