So guys just be careful downloading such files from the mail. Don't be greedy and give your device control to the hackers.
Are you receiving such as mail?
In my case, 90% of such e-mails mostly end up in a spam folder that I sometimes just peek into to see if something that shouldn't have ended up there. Unfortunately, some people are still too curious and unaware of the dangers lurking from such e-mails, but such things are not specific to e-mail, but to all social networks, especially Telegram, which has become the main weapon of scammers.
The thing is simple, you just need to follow a few simple instructions :
- one e-mail for all activities is a very bad option, make one for family and friends, one for work, and one for things like registration and verification.
- don't believe anything that seems too good to be true, especially not if the sender is unknown to you - and even if someone is known, their e-mail account can be hacked and used for malicious purposes.
- use an e-mail that has good spam filters, so most such messages will end up in a spam folder - and don't be lazy to report every such e-mail as spam, because that will help other people not to see such content in their inbox at all.
