Its a market which is active 24/7 so there is not much difference in trading on the weekdays or weekend days but probably there might be a drop in the trading volume which causes less volatile in average but in general it can explode or crash at anytime and that is the beauty of crypto trading.

Another thing is day traders are not profitable in long run as per the stats so try to be avoid such kind of trader.

Trading is the analysis of the trader's foreign exchange market and the conduct of trade transactions for profit you probably heard that a few become traders and no one makes money in the market being a successful businessman is not easy. We have examples of successful people who were able to run their own business there is no difference of days or weeks for trading, the person can trade as he wishes. Having the right idea about the market will be profitable for all kinds of trades or investments in the long run.

This weekend has really been a profitable weekend for those who were holding Shiba Inu as it has reached it all time high this weekend though am not part of those people who are currently smiling at the moment. Not only Shiba Inu that has made significant profit but there are other coins out there doing very well this weekend as compared to what market use to be during the week.

Having the right idea about the market will be profitable for all kinds of trades or investments in the long run.

This is the most important part of trading. Knowing the market gives you confident to understand the direction of market even when volume of trade drops. However I notice that during the weekend the market slows down most of the time which decrease the volume but surprisingly few times it drops or increases like lightening. I also notice that new trend appears after the slide or increase by Sunday night.

im more to momentum one , not really active day trading .. it cost me too much time and i cant really do that , so yeah no matter it's weekend or weekdays .. whenever there is a momentum ... like when i was watching zec since the last fall down to $100 from $170 few months ago  and seeing it as a momentum back in early october when everything goes backup but zec lagging , i knew that the time is coming for zec to bounceback.

since that time my trading hours increased for the whole month minus yeah 7 days to go before october off now. and since that is my principle ... i see not much different both weekend and weekdays trading.

Friday could be a good time to start analysing the market and find if the market can be the time to buy more or sell some because sometimes, the altcoin or even bitcoin can give a sign to buy or sell. But mostly, from Friday, the market can get down for a while, but the next time, the market can get up, so there is no sure about that. But sometimes, the market can move in the middle of the week until the weekend. So once again, it can feel difficult to analyze the market movements.

I try not to to trade on weekends rather,  I think about my week trading and do some post moterm of my strategy. Since I usually document my thought,  action and inaction and the consequences,  I try to see where I have lagged behind and score where I gave done well.  These review  help me to do better next time.  I do not trade on weekends!

Sunday's like today are more analysing days for the week this is because it is the beginning of new trading day that all and sundry gets into business but this is surprisingly so since it is suppose to be 24hours trading but because more traders pull out for weekend break it reduces volatility to a level except there is an important event that pushes the market. Altcoins are hardly volatile during weekends.

In 4 years of my crypto trading, I realized that the best volatile days, on average, are on weekdays, from Monday to Friday. Looking through my statistics, I noticed this for a long time. As for trading on weekends, these days the daily volume very often falls, which is quite high on weekdays.

In general, for those traders who trade every day, I would recommend at least 1 day a week (preferably Saturday or Sunday, of course) to rest and not go to the exchange at all.

We have the same observation. I also observed that weekdays trading would be more profitable since the market situation is better. The volatility of the market is too high during the weekends maybe because traders are more active during these days. I would prefer to take the chance of buying during the weekend dip.

Actually crypto market is active 24/7 but when it comes weekends what I've notice is that market is not so volatile on that days, but unless if you picked a coin that shows breakout or there's an event because surely traders will panic buying to don't missed the opportunity, and for that reason in just short period of time you can obtain good profits, however if there's no such thing perhaps its not worth it, i mean there's a high possibility that the percentage of your loses is higher than your win..

I think that many people take a break during the weekend and as such the markets do not move as strongly as they do during the weekdays, and this means that for many traders this is a reason to take a break themselves, personally I do not see it with bad eyes, there are some traders that say they trade every day for long hours and this does not seem healthy, it is OK to take a break once in a while and the weekend seems like the perfect moment to do so.

Weekend trading gains aren't too bad for now, given that gains in altcoins are also starting to show good signals to take part in the weekend. I have taken a few percent because after all the trading for altcoins will not be as big as when the many memecoins are being pumped but there is exaggerated price manipulation.

They're just the same for me if it's about profitability.

What I do see every weekend is there are some pumps for a few altcoins but I don't ride those observations that I've got. Weekends or not, as long as you do profitable trades.

That would be enough already for you to stay whether you're going to trade or not. The most important thing when we trade is not to forget our profits.

profitable if you enter at the right price and sell it when it is profitable. cryptocurrency never closes and is always open. trade whenever you want depending on the time you need.
Market fluctuations occur every second, and if you trade short-term, of course you must be prepared to make several entries and analyze so that consistent profits can be achieved.

What do you think about Saturday and Sunday trading Huh
I don't trade in these days only, I trade when the day looks good for trading. I sometimes trade in the early of the week, in the middle of the week, or in the weekend. It depends on the market situation and I have enough time for trading. Yes, when you see a chance to take profits, it is time to trade. But don't only focus on the profits only, check carefully how secure you trade at that time. Improve the skills and knowledge in trading, that makes more secure!  Wink

This is what I have noticed in the market during the weekend, the price goes down and I think it isn't good in trading since the potential of gaining profit is on the bullish market.  But I think it depends on you because not all altcoins become pump on weekend, some of them pumped so much when the Bitcoin resistance drop.

Make your own analysis OP is a good answer, and try to observe your strategy if this will work out and then proceed into a new one if this will not work.  Because in trading, you really don't know where the price heading and it's always unpredictable.  It's a perfect way if you will try a little amount this weekend and have a conclusion after next weekend.

Been so long that I always take the weekends as rest for trading and I think most traders do so that's why you won't see much movement on those days. But when the pandemic hits, I think that changed a bit. With many people locked in their home they will tend to just use the spare time to trade  that's why you can see some movements happening.
For me though, the tradition didn't end and I still do rest the Sundays and just a little check on Saturdays.

Weekend is on different days in different countries. In my country weekend is Friday. So on Saturday and Sunday I am busy with my work. I have no special experience of weekend trading. However, I sometimes buy some coins when the market goes dip and sell only when there is a small profit.

Weekend trading can vary depending on how active the markets are. Right now since we broke ATH last week I would be careful about fading any weekend moves. What that means is that say out of the blue we get some large pump, don’t short that pump. Might be a real move.

However usually in the past, especially in the summer we would get some pump or dump on the weekend at a strange hour and usually most of the time the moves would fade. Basically people chased the move and ended up buying the top or selling the bottom and it went back into the range.

Hello friends happy weekend to you all.
Happy Monday already buddy! Time to lock the thread now? Tongue

What do you think about Saturday and Sunday trading
I have found both action and stagnancy. I am of the opinion that weekends would mean lesser activity than general because retail investors rest on these days. But traders maybe dont.

Quote
Considering it with week days which do you see as profitable or they are just the same thing to you.
Profitable is a relative term. If you have both fiat and bitcoin at hand you can go both ways, provided your timing of buying/selling is correct then yes you can see profits.

I like for us to share how we feel about these two trading times, if you make more profit more or loss more on any of week days or weekend trading.
I take more profits when the price rises, simple equation. Grin

Wrong there mate. Trading is a learning experience and it is more than just about making profits, that takes the fun out of it.

I am TA trader I have a strategy based on candlestick formation and Price Action thus I trade based on signals obtained from my strategy, irrespective of the day of the week I usually got signals, however most of my profitable trades are during the week, thus few trades on weekends because many pullbacks or retracement  occurs during the weekends,  today Monday I got some tradeable signals, and I hope it will last all through the week, though I am trying to take a break during the weekends.

Trading during weekends I think is not good. I observe that every weekend cryptocurrencies experiences downfall that's why for me, it's not that good to trade but it's good to buy cryptocurrency I guess. And, I think many people will take a break during weekends since we need also to give some of our time to our family and such market do not move strongly as they do during weekdays and this means that for many traders this is a reason for them to take a break. It's okay to take a break sometimes and I think weekends are perfect moment to do so.

For me, as a trader, it doesn't affect me that much. Since crypto is 24/7 and it never stops, I would always feel that it's best to trade all the time. Whether it's a bullish or a bearish market, exposure within the market is excellent. As long as you have set specific rules and parameters within your strategy, you will be fine, IMO. It's best to test your system live and see if it works or not.

Taking advantage of the 24/7 market open of the crypto market is what makes it fun and profitable. I like trading it with my bot, Gunbot.

You need to be mentally prepared to trade in advance for weekly trading and if you are not mentally prepared, you may face many problems when trading suddenly. And since you are going to manage the weekly trade, you must keep in mind many things. Otherwise, you will lose more than the profit, and the weekly trade relies heavily on previous experience. You can make a good profit if you need to prepare mentally or research the market 1 to 2 weeks in advance to trade weekly.

Base on my experience in trading most of the time the market is volatile for being on weekdays this time the market goes up and down sometimes get a huge increase and then i experience one time on Sundays the market becomes sideways and it does not give a good profit to me not being too much volatile so i make a trade every Monday, Wednesday and Friday it depends on my free time but in weekend i guess not ideal base on my preferences and experience.

Honestly I am not into active trading in cryptocurrencies still I have observed high volatility by weekend; this is especially in bullish trend. In bearish trend by 2018, I could not recall any significant fluctuations by weekend but in 2017 bull run, all Sundays were too exciting for drastic rising (I remember there were many topics on weekend rise in our speculation sub).

Crypto markets are available to trade all 7 days a week and all 24 hours a day (like forex markets) but stocks and all other regulated markets are available only on limited hours and definitely not on weekends. This might be a reason, for an active trader to get engage on cryptocurrenies even on weekend as they might need to feed their trading urge.

If weekend trading are consistent profitable on bullish trend then it will turn more profitable as everyone will schedule a trade on weekend to get easy profits (like it will be a superstition and will spread among all traders).

I have tried recently trading on weekend and based on my experience and based on the advice of many crypto pro trading that weekends are good time to buy token but not most of the time because there are only few token that dip during weekends some token like ETH and BTC sometimes are pumping even weekends. In my own experience I've tried trading this weekend in SOL, buy it at peak then it dip, I have waited for 2 days for SOL to pump again. However, the crypto market is open 24/7 if you are a good trader then trading either weekends and weekdays doesn't matter at all.

What is the difference between weekend and working days trading? Is there a really significant difference? I mean if you trade stocks, then the market is open on working days and specific hours (probably). With cryptocurrency trading it is a non-stop trading. The tiniest difference could be in the number of traders, however, trading volumes are the most important. On person with good budget can do a volume of 10 traders.

There could be such different that during weekend more amateur traders trade. That can be true, people are busy during week, and do some trader on weekend with a cold head. But, you should not rely on them much, hoping that they will login, create an order with minimum price (just to sell quick) and logout. Such "sweet orders" will be intercepted with trading bots and already placed buy orders.

To be honest with you I never trade on the weekends. On Sunday and Saturday I try to spend as much time with friends and family as possible and check my coins very rarely. It would be interesting to know how many of us here on the forum trade actively on the weekends. Maybe you can add a poll to your thread?
In general I would expect less traders to be around on the weekend, which would mean that markets are not as liquid as during the week. This lower liquidity and higher spread between bid and ask prices could be picked off by good traders. But trading everyday of a week without getting some time off can burn us out. Having atleast one day to relax helps me a lot to recharge batteries for the next week.

it's the same with other traders, who think the weekend is the right time to rest, after working on a normal day, they also need time to refresh their minds, so that on Monday they can think clearly to get profit again, and that's also what I do. lower market moves seem less attractive to trade. things like this do not seem trivial, but indirectly as the biggest supporting factor for living a balanced life

There are awesome opportunities lurking around during the weekend.  There are less traders during weekend as many tend to use that period for social functions and other hobbies.  I have come to find out that liquidity are thing price seem to flunctuate strongly and you could really catch good dip.

I believe that the reason you might have chosen to be trading on weekends is because of you are always busy on weekdays from Monday to Friday.  As for which day you should be trading among these two days, I wouldn’t really say that any of them is better than the other, I would suggest that you just trade anytime you have the chance to try it as long as you are going to do good analysis on the market and know the right choice to make and also make use of the right strategy for that moment you’re trading to make profits.

As for me, there isn't really anything like a better day for trading, any day can workout for you as long as you do the right thing.

This is basically what I am doing right now as well, there are many times that I am very very busy during the weekdays, I really have nearly zero minutes left. I can't even play computer games as much as I would like to, I used to play like 20-30 hours per week whenever I want to and when there was a new game I remember playing 100+ hours easily on the first week, but nowadays I barely play 10 hours per month.

So, when will I have time to trade? That is what I do during Sundays, because during Sundays I have more time and I also want to relax and take a break so that I could be having some sort of fun, go out, have a meal somewhere, maybe catch a show, do something that makes me ready for the Monday, or maybe just relax on the couch and watch some netflix, that is good as well, I haven't done that for a while but that is a good thing as well. Sometimes I just trade, it is a fun thing as well, if I am not doing other things, I may end up trading as well.

I don't think there's much difference between the two? There isn't much difference imo, and I've set my Sundays to be my break days when I traded so things might've changed though I highly doubt that. I still think weekdays are the go to days since those days are probably the workdays of daily traders and only those part-time traders would take weekends as their trading days. Though that's probably just in terms of volumes traded in each scenario, as for taking advantage of it to profit, I don't think there's actually much you can make out of it.

I don't know about others but in my initial trading career I used to trade on weekend, particularly More on selling and buy a bulk amount once or twice in the weekdays for my LBC which gave me some profits to be honest. But I quit such kind of trading for years now since I am concentrating more on building my portfolio value instead of short term goals.

I still think weekdays are the go to days since those days are probably the workdays of daily traders and only those part-time traders would take weekends as their trading days.
Yeah, weekend trading must be belonging to part time traders as full time traders may go for break by weekend (we can ignore those who even trade on all 7 days a week to maximize their profitability because must be only 1% everywhere). I am into regular job and if I wish to risk something then only weekends are my appropriate time to check my skill and experience in crypto trading.

I quit such kind of trading for years now since I am concentrating more on building my portfolio value instead of short term goals.
But, I guess when you are profitable with something then I guess you may go for it regardless of where you are focusing right now; still I guess your available and free time must be a constrain here to prioritize what you prefer and need.

What do you think about Saturday and Sunday trading Huh
According to my experience this year, buying on weekdays and selling on weekends can be effective enough to take some profits. I noted some coins often increased their prices on weekends and they decreased again on weekdays. So, I usually bought some coins on Monday - Friday, once there was correction. I choose which coins that were very potential to increase the next weekend. Then, I just sell the coins when it really increased on the weekend.

Weekend is on different days in different countries. In my country weekend is Friday. So on Saturday and Sunday I am busy with my work. I have no special experience of weekend trading. However, I sometimes buy some coins when the market goes dip and sell only when there is a small profit.
Yes, not all countries have the same weekend. All crypto users are spread in all countries of the world. It is not easy to conclude that the weekend is a good day to trade. We only need to analyze the market, buy if there is a decline and sell if it is profitable. Don't make the weekend as the main reference, continue to study the market for the purpose of financial freedom.

Wink

Then you are day trading without rest, even if you do not make a trade during the whole day the fact that you are watching the markets and deciding whether to enter the markets or not counts as trading as you are basically doing all the things that traders are doing anyway with the exception you are not opening a position on the exchange, I really think that people should take a break once in a while from their jobs otherwise they will burn out and their performance will begin to go down and you do not want that to happen to you while you trade.

Maybe its part of an individual's choice whether to trade the whole week or just trade during weekends. But i also agree on you that trading should also depend on the market's situation, and we should trade only when the market is definitely in good condition. Otherwise, you will end up losing your capital.

But trading during weekends is usually i don't do more often. Because i also take my rest day and spend time with my family. It should not be profits all the time, sometimes we also have to think what's best for our health because once our health will give up, then we will not be able to trade again.

Hello friends happy weekend to you all.

What do you think about Saturday and Sunday trading Huh
Honestly, weekend trading is the most difficult thing I can do right now.
Commonly, the weekend market will be very volatile and it is very unpredictable. So, I will prefer not to trade much on the weekend.
Although it depends on our own strategy and tactic, that is me. I always feel difficult to seek for the gap and also to get the chance to take more profits.
Well, maybe the weekend is the right time to refresh our mind and take some rest in order to come back again with better thought and condition  Cheesy

Hello friends happy weekend to you all.

What do you think about Saturday and Sunday trading Huh

Considering it with week days which do you see as profitable or they are just the same thing to you.

I like for us to share how we feel about these two trading times, if you make more profit more or loss more on any of week days or weekend trading.

As we know trading is just about how to make profit.
Weekends are the most volatile and the most riskiest of trading days. But throughout my trading times I came to discover to get a good deal from weekend trade it has to be over the night because that is when the volatility is more intense. It's a time I record more profit than loss not because of my analysis but risk management always using stop losses because of the high level of market volatility

From my own perspective. Weekends are the days I mostly fill-up my bags as market someway, somehow always look pale to me over the weekends.

When I was trading from the past one year, there is no way of getting into the position to know about the market that at which day it will go higher and how much it will go down on which particular day, because the market is completely volatile and can't we say 100% about some coin that it will rise to a level and hence give profit, it's all be done through different predictions.

First off OP, the number of times one stays in the market/trade doesn't determine how successful and profitable one can be. To even be negative about it, one can lose all week days' trading gains by trading on a weekend. But be that as it may, I don't really see any difference in trading into the weekend. The only nag would be that the market won't be as heavy and active as it would ordinarily be during week days because certain traders would want to go on a vacation or simply stay off the market. Remember the saying, all work and no play makes jack a dull boy? Everyone deserves rest. We don't have to be slaves to money. Work a bit and then take a deserving rest. Ordinarily, weekends should be for family and religious activities.

From my own perspective. Weekends are the days I mostly fill-up my bags as market someway, somehow always look pale to me over the weekends.
Yeah, and that's because a lot of traders stay off the market and make it their off days so they can unwind and spend cash made previously on themselves.

in trading in my opinion there are no good days and bad days because all days are the same. the difference is price movements sometimes weekend prices increase, but also decrease. this is very inconsistent and for traders can use any method to still profit from the trade at any time

Indeed, during the working days of the week at least the signals are still relatively telling us the trend but for the weekends, it seems to be a summary report and when summed up, a lot of signals are formed by whales and investors with their own purposes and when the forces begin to rush towards results, our random stumbling blocks relatively infuriate them and we unlucky enough to fall victim to revenge. The excitement should be reserved for the first days of the week, combined with rest during the weekend to relieve pressure in a job with too many thoughts such as trading.

Hmm, which coins are those?

The markets for me feel much slower on the weekends than weekdays... Despite crypto being tradable 24/7 there still seems to be that time down similar to forex trading.

Same with my opinion too. Weekend trading has more unpredictable market crash due to different news that comes in the market and leaves significant dumps. Big whales are more visible to manipulate the market during weekends which leaves the market more risky and certainly not ideal to trade and make profits. So i prefer saturday and sunday as my rest days to refresh and renew my mind so i can think better plans for my weekdays trading. And its a great time really to spend the time for your loved ones as most have become busy during weekdays.

I don't think or have not yet experienced any difference in getting benefits from trading on week days or week ends. Irrespective of days, its the market's move that the profit is depend on. Yes there might be a slight increase in trading volume on week ends, but no coin assures of a huge turn over on week ends or week days. Its a normal flow. So, any day is a good day for trades. Just need to choose the best exchanges.

^ If you have been noticed that weekend is most likely the market is not good for trading, it will usually drop the price, and weekend I think the best is filling up your bag. As you can see many of us here suggest that weekdays are supposedly your day, a family day that there are no traders playing in the market. But you can try, because sometimes weekends have a different flow compared to other weeks, there is no a perfect day on trading, you must observe the market too and analyze how it will move.

Yes its profitable but not really worth the efforts we are giving, still I do sometimes when some of my regular customers ask me to do trades because many of them are deceieved by the p2p traders by chargebacks.

To be honest, i don't see any difference when it comes to trading at weekdays and weekends. I usually trade when i see the market is very positive, and starts to take a break when the market is now at its bearish season. But to answer your question OP, i prefer to make trading when its weekdays since i also considered trading as my job that gives me a decent income. And when it comes to weekends, i rarely do trading these days because i considered them my rest days. But that won't stop me from not seeing the market price movement because i really still do. After all, trading has given me huge profits so i would not want to lose that chances whenever i see good opportunities to trade.

Honestly, it wasn't that good and the market doesn't move fast,  back and forth unlike on weekdays. What I guess is that major traders are doing something different during weekends like spending time with their family or having other stuff.

But for me, I place a buy option on those days as mostly the price is moving down due to low market demand. That actually a good day to start and wait for the price to start picking up during weekdays. That of course, we need to extend our patients as this is very important6 or else, you've got in troubled.

Well, sometimes the price is usually low during weekends but its not really happening all weekends. There is even high manipulation from big whales taking place during weekends that makes the market moves into sideways, in which traders find it hard to perform. So i still prefer trading in weekdays because even though the market seems not in a good position somehow, but still i find more opportunities to trade during weekdays and i'm still making consistent profits. For me, that's not really bad at all as long as i'm not making losses most often.

Many believe market close down and we see the a great picture of the market where we can possibly enter but actually as you said there's no totally difference between this since if we look at the current chart actually we can do trades everyday or depends on our availability since the market moves so fast and we can able to do short trades if we want to do fast trading. And I trade everyday so for me timeline really doesn't matter.

learning through books is indeed more effective, because we can get tricks from people who are truly masters of trading, so this will not plunge us. besides that we also need to discuss with friends who are more senior by learning their experiences that have been experienced so far. that way I think later we will soon get our trading style that we feel most comfortable with

The stock market traders usually have off because the market is closed on weekends and they take a day off from and enjoy their weekend in that period but crypto is always open as no central body is present and the traders can trade all week and considerably there is more rush on the weekends and many prefer to invest in between these times but it's our own preference that whether we want a break or not? But giving your mind rest from all these burdens is also necessary and to have peaceful mind.

It's maybe fit for people who plans their trading style as a long time trading because they will sell their coins after several months or years with decent profits.
So it's okay if only trade at the weekend to analysze which coin that they want to buy.
But don't forget placing a stop loss because the price could be crash anytime in minutes, so it will prevent a big loss eventhough they are not monitoring their trades every time

Sometimes learning through books needs to buy those books, which makes us feel difficult to buy because the book price is sometimes too expensive.
Maybe we can read articles from many websites to not cost anything to our anything to learn to trade.
This weekend, which we do not know where the market will go, we can rest for a while, especially if we do not have a sign to enter the market.
But if we are sure that we can enter the market and have the right coins, we can try to buy and sell and get more profit from trading.

Many people get into trading because they want to obtain money but many others do so because they want to obtain freedom from their regular jobs, and while it is obvious that the longer you can stay in front of the screen the more profits you will get since you will make on average more trades, at the same time what is the point of becoming such a successful trader if you are going to be staring at your screen all the time and you are not going to be able to do anything else but that?

Markets are more volatile during weekdays, but dangerous during weekends. It is not a good idea to touch cryptocurrencies during weekends and it is my personal opinion because traders tend to take their coins out for profits or for their personal use, so a big number of sales can be observed during weekends which will make me depressed as I don't like most of markets to be in red. All the profitable positions sink during weekends and some traders sell under loss too.

Well, you have a point too. Because even myself gets to spend some of my coins for personal use and it mostly took place when there are important events that are mostly happening during weekends. Aside from that, the market tends to move sideways in most weekends so instead of trading, and i think it could mean losses if you are trading even if the market is not in good condition. So i just consider weekends as day to unwind and make it up with my family. Of course, rest days are important too so you can make yourself ready for new trades in weekdays.

honestly there are weekends that are a big headache because there isn't much volatility or because the price is too sideways, I think avoiding trading on weekends is the best advice I can give, especially on Sunday, Sunday Is a rest day and I believe most trades think that way. if people trade every day, then what time will the person rest?

Many people get into trading because they want to obtain money but many others do so because they want to obtain freedom from their regular jobs
In the real sense of it, I think everyone likes freedom. I'm not sure there's anyone who likes a regular job if they could afford money to stay away from that 9am–5pm slavery called a job. Financial freedom is what everyone who goes into trading seeks, nothing else. Money is the name of the game, whether we try to sugarcoat it or not. Financial freedom means having enough cash to make one stay independent and to the best of my perspicacity I think that's the sole aim why people work.

and while it is obvious that the longer you can stay in front of the screen the more profits you will get since you will make on average more trades,
That logic doesn't work that way. What if those many trades one makes on the average are in loss, always? Over trading tends to weary a trader and cause them to lose track and focus on trades.

Sometimes learning through books needs to buy those books, which makes us feel difficult to buy because the book price is sometimes too expensive.

I have a different opinion about crypto trading,  its a kind of trading different from conventional trading of forex, equity or commodity. So fundamentals of conventional trading listed in books don't work for crypto. You can only learn crypto trading with your own experience that help in devising your own strategy.
These are my few satoshi.

To OP question, I think weekends are best for trading for people who have 9 to 5 job. For me day trading is just like gambling and I do it once or twice a month when I have some spare cash. I m a hodler rest of the time.

I think even on holidays we can still trade cryptocurrencies, because it is possible, in contrast to the forex market which will be off on Saturdays and Sundays. on this holiday we can also see the market of some pumped coins, so there are still many opportunities to trade. and that's where the difference from crypto that seems to know no time

I think you are missing the point on the thread topic. It is simply enquiring which is more profitable for trader whether week or weekend trading. Surely as a trader you need to know the days you make more losses or profit, knowing this can help you either to decide being careful or totally staying away from the market. For reasons I don't understand yet for me the mondays are not usually a good day for trading. Therefore I try to be very careful on that day but this is not very determined but if there are no clear entering signal, staying out is better than to go in for regret

If you keep on facing your screen the whole time, i think its not healthy anymore. It won't help you to think positively knowing you are abusing your health already. I suggest maybe take weekend as your rest days. You're right, what's the use of a successful trader if you just focus on it the whole time and you're not making any good things for your own? Take a break, and learn to enjoy other things during your rest days. After all, trading during weekends may not seem so healthy because the market itself is not performing well mostly in weekends.

Our bodies need rest, not because we are obsessed with wanting to make big profits, end up spending time just in front of the screen monitoring
the market. The money we make from trading will be in vain, if in the end it is used for medical expenses because our bodies start to have problems.
All work must have time to rest, so for me, weekends should be used for rest. It's enough for me to trade on weekdays, if I use weekends to rest,
then on weekdays my mind is much fresher. If the trading strategy used is good and effective, there is no need to trade on weekends, we can
still generate large profits.

I treat this normally, many people compare their main activity with trading on the stock exchange and just many weekends these days, for example, I also trade on weekends, on weekdays I do not do it very well, because this also requires a lot time, so the days off always come to the rescue.

I prefer these two days to do on trading , while on Monday I don't even think had a good day for trading, mostly the market has come down more times on Monday as I have seen many times. And here id also depends upon someone own trading capability that how much he is going to trade in the real time situation. But weekend may help the traders a lot.

The difference between week days and weekends isn't much to me since trading is done 24/7. Prices can go down at anytime and rise at anytime too irrespective of whether it's weekend or week day.

Though personally, I've dedicated Sunday as a resting day, I know so many still trade on that day and it's very okay just that everyone should have a day or 2 off screen, it'd help alot.

Okay on the Forex market that looks like no trade on weekends but I don't know if nothing actually happens behind the back on that day only that the platform is not opened for trading but that does not stop currency exchange, movement and policies on them and that is reason the price change during the open early Monday on the platform. There is what the pairs do, they jump from where it ended Friday night  so if you are unfortunate to be in a trade with swap and it the shift goes against you, you wake up to see a lose.  Grin

That logic doesn't work that way. What if those many trades one makes on the average are in loss, always? Over trading tends to weary a trader and cause them to lose track and focus on trades.

I've been like you said. It happens because emotions and desires return losses quickly. Maybe for people who are new to trading controlling emotions is very difficult, even sometimes I am careless and make mistakes.

Weekend trading, maybe some people do that, because he has a basic job every day effective. I do that sometimes, but mostly I do or just look at it every day. Maybe for full traders it is not a problem with the weekend. But I'm sure they need rest, to let go of the saturation.

learning through books is indeed more effective, because we can get tricks from people who are truly masters of trading, so this will not plunge us. besides that we also need to discuss with friends who are more senior by learning their experiences that have been experienced so far. that way I think later we will soon get our trading style that we feel most comfortable with
Learning from the Masters is a good thumb up for beginners traders are those that are already in the game. Trading is never easy, thus we need to ready attend classes to get fit into the market games. The fud will always bring the table to us, but those we are Masters will know how to shake it. Weekend trading in a bit fundamental.

It is good, but you must have your own analysis and not just follow what the Masters suggest because if you do not do that, I am afraid that you will hard to improve your skills and depend on your Master to trade. If you can analyze from the lesson of your Masters, sooner or later, you will have better skills to trade and you do not need to depend on your Masters to analyze the market.

Most people just listen to other people's suggestions and do not want to analyze by themselves because they think that will make them feel comfortable to wait for the next signal from their Master. They will not have a chance to improve their skills.

Weekend trading is very  boring. Market is closed on Friday and Saturday.  So, there is no big movement in these two days. According to my country time, at Sunday evening market opens and a big movement comes. Sometimes it is upward or downward. Monday trading volume is very high.

It is not even just the new people, I still have times when I can't control my emotions at all times. I am not saying that it is impossible, I do control it at most times, but there are still some few rare times when I end up losing to my emotions and that ends up being something that is not really that profitable and makes me lose so much money. Obviously we are going to have a bit of time when we start, at first it will be worse that's true, but that doesn't mean even after 8 years there is zero trades with emotions left, there are still some left.

I have a job that doesn't have "weekend off" type of deal, and I still do during weekends because it is seriously much easier during that period, not just because market is different but because mindset is still different even if you work on weekends. This is why I believe weekend trading volume is "usually" higher, not at all times though.

I still prefer to relax on weekends. But in any case, if there is an opportunity, I can work,
It would be unhealthy if we just keep trading all the week so we should also consider taking rest days so we can have time to relax and unwind. And saturdays and sundays are enough for me to keep myself refresh before i start trading on a new week. And this crypto market are sometimes more unstable during weekends so it would hard for us to make profits knowing the market is in sideways. But in times where i can see good opportunities to trade, i do trading too as much as i want more profits even in times of my rest days. Maybe for some traders they do trade the whole week for the sake of profits but i must say, have time to chill and relax too so you can be more productive the time you come back for trading.

It comes to think that most traders had the same day/s of taking their rest coz on the weekend the market is not so active unlike on the weekdays. Well, of course, it is a need for us to stay healthy and need time for the family which is very important than being focused on money. That some would say it was boring, slow movement, that actually it means that we need to take some pause and get back on the other day.
Maybe we could do other stuff other than trading, we can't be the whole life in trading in the first place.

Cryptocurrency trading is open 24 hours non-stop and non-stop unless there is a disruption that causes trading to stop.
I trade every day at predetermined hours (which are definitely world crypto trading hours). I will only take a day off when the weekend is for the family because it is very important to refresh the brain.
Weekends can be traded depending on the situation and market conditions. If it is required I will take a little time to complete it.

As we know trading is just about how to make profit.

Weekend trading actions are a reference for some traders.

But I noticed that it shouldn't mostly apply to our crypto-trading activities. It was only effective as a reference at fiat or stock trading. That's how volatile crypto is wherein regardless if it's weekdays or weekends, something surprising will happen.

Regardless of when will you trade, just do your usual drill.

Weekend trading actions are a reference for some traders.

But I noticed that it shouldn't mostly apply to our crypto-trading activities. It was only effective as a reference at fiat or stock trading. That's how volatile crypto is wherein regardless its weekdays or weekends, something surprising will happen.

because in crypto, we don't consider much of when to trade, usually, we don't have the concept of weekdays or weekends, because we can trade 24/7 anytime, any day. this i think, is the difference with stock trading.
but for some traders who have other work or other activities during the week, they can focus more on weekend trading. but nevertheless, in this market, there's not much of a difference about the days of the week when it comes to trading.

I like for us to share how we feel about these two trading times, if you make more profit more or loss more on any of week days or weekend trading.
As I am trading from my workplace, I am into only week days trading. I heard and noticed lots of times that weekends are having plenty of movements which must be a preferred one for all types of traders rather than facing a stagnated market conditions. But, honestly I need to work many things to make myself available to trade on weekends as well. I guess I must plan up at least for the current bull rally.

That's how volatile crypto is wherein regardless if it's weekdays or weekends, something surprising will happen.
There were times where crypto was not bothering whether it was week days or weekends but as per recent times,  it seemed that weekend traders are relatively more profitable than others (I am not considering their strategy or experiences but the number of profitable trades).

I am not an expert in crypto trading, but the little experience I have is that, in week days coin normally go up so the profit is higher than in weekends. Sometimes in weekends that's when people have enough time to trade, at that particular time some people will be selling, as a result of that the price fall and the profit become less.

But what I feel is the current bull rally is complete different from what we had in previous cycles of bitcoin market. This time we are not having any significant price movement on weekend but what I have observed is Monday and Tuesday are having some significant price movement and it can be either positive or bearish movements. I guess you already doing perfect and in my opinion you can continue what you are doing already; no changes needed in your trade timing.

The current market situation is not suitable for any short term trading with bitcoin hence you can simply go for long term holding which is known for getting us profits in passive manner so do not bother about current market scenarios for your trading methods.

Crypto volatility knows no day and time, the crypto market never sleeps as most exchanges accept global customers. There are some people who make trading as a side profession who may choose the weekend as a trading opportunity. On the other hand, some active traders also choose those days where they have to take a vacation to refresh their minds.

So it's your right to want the best days and hours. Anyway, my weekend is a relaxing day. No trade executions will be made on that day. Just checking whether the order is filled or not (and even then via android).

Yes, I never seen a difference between trading on weekends and on weekdays. Its 24/7, traders from all over the world pitch in at their own time zone or at what ever time they are comfortable with. The trading volume as well, have never been significantly high or low on particular day/time. Besides exchange, its the coin which brings in traders and trading volumes. So any day, any time trading can be done.

If you do P2P, the best days are Friday and Saturday ... for any other type of trade and in the particular case of those who do trade as their profession, any day is always good, you have to have 24/7 availability that is why it is so difficult And if you are going to rest programs some orders to be executed, I clarify that trading is not my profession, nor is it my main income, but when I try I assume it with a high degree of commitment, I think that in the long run it is what is really important.

It may be your calculation is good about rise or price but generally on weekdays this going down as well because volume goes down just because of this not good activity just panic sellers or peoples with nothing serious in trading having something.

Traders with good funds and having good work all weekdays mostly have off day because It's also very important for them to have some other activity or done some off field activities which help them for having fresh mind and better results doing trading all days without off having very bad impact on many which bring big loses or many other issues with health as well.

usually weekend trading not a good idea, low volume, even a few speculant says , weekend trading doesn't count to dialy chart. but if there are a coins which have major event like listing or mainnet, etc after weekend , it's a good one to place long position, or scalp.

Personally, I think that weekend trading in is the same as trading on weekdays. But the thing here is that for some people, since they have to work on weekdays, it’s usually difficult for them to concentrate on their day-trading when it comes to Monday to Friday. But on Saturdays, since you have nothing doing you can be able to have full concentration on your trading and be able to achieve more success than weekdays that your mind is not fully concentrating on what you are doing.

So, I would say that for traders who have other jobs that they’re doing on weekdays, weekends are going to have a better advantage for them to trade. As for people who are full-time day traders, they would prefer to use weekends to have some time off and freshen up. You can’t get stuck in front of your screen all day, all week.

So weekend trading is good for placing long positions?! And that can work, right? People can trade like that and make a profit if they do it properly! It's trading, after all, each of us can find the strategy that suits them! Of course, people who trade long positions only on weekends will miss this and that, but it does not matter, playing on safe can be less profitable, but at least it's not a loss!
I think in trading many things can work if you have a good approach, do your research, be patient, check your orders from time to time (on weekends)... and if it's profitable just continue with that! If not, change it!

Always bad. Im always closing out positions at those days to avoid losses. I dont know exactly why but at Saturday, its always bearish and continuing up to Sunday. Bullish starts on monday giving signs of life and that whole week would be bull given that no fud spreads. So keep out of it. Just do one during weekdays.

IMO trading on weekends is as bad or risky as on any working days. Trading on weekend is suited for people who are in trading market for all the time. You cant just jump in the market on weekends and make profit.

Crypto trading works only on hit and trail basis. You need to lose something to learn this art. Though there are fundamentals like TA/FA and Charts, but what matters the most is your strategy and that only comes from your own knowledge and experience.

I always feel good about weekend trading because weekend are the only free days I have to study more, get more informations or chance to watch market full. But it all depends on your strategy because everybody have their own preterm of trading. So I believe so much in weekend because mostly I make my good profit doing weekend but this weekend it  was so rough for me.

End of the week exchanging is the way you can get to lists and digital currency markets on a Saturday and Sunday This implies for instance that assuming you thought Brexit news planned to break on a Saturday which would make the FTSE 100 move you presently don't need to delay until business sectors open on Monday to exchange
The weekend costs for lists are cited independently to their work day partners, in light of our perspective on the possibilities for that market given customer business and news stream. Therefore you can utilize these business sectors to fence against hazard on your work day positions. End of the week records positions will rollover into customary work day positions in the event that they are kept open after the Sunday close with any stops or cutoff points staying set up.

Cryptocurrency trading is open 24 hours non-stop and non-stop unless there is a disruption that causes trading to stop.
Trading at weekends is not something most full time traders do. Simple because they too need a break and weekends are best for that because friends and family outside crypto will also have the time.

The main bonus of crypto is that indeed the markets are open 24/7 and many can trade non-stop, some are but I see a lot of people which unless something massive is happening in the markets they're happy to take some time off to recharge. Weekends can sometimes feel a little slow also

Weekdays and weekends influence the market. On weekdays for some reason the price of coins usually tends to increase. But on the other hand, on weekends the price of coins usually drops... This is what I often observe and feel for myself. Therefore, on weekends you can relax a bit but you have to be careful. It's also a good idea to take advantage of this situation by buying coins on weekends and selling them back on weekdays when the price goes up.

Well as I read in most comments since I was here, most likely they spend their time with their family during weekends.
I think on weekends most traders were on break and it will back on the weekdays. Some of them sell their coins for fiat and relax together with their family.
But there are sometimes that in a weekend the market price dropped perhaps because most of them selling their assets and yes that is a good time to reinvest and hold.

Based on my trading experience, usually the trading volume on the exchanges that I usually use will decrease on weekends. Maybe because many
people spend time doing activities with their families on the weekends, so fewer people trade on the weekends. So if we pay attention on weekends,
the price of some coins is often lower, when entering weekdays the price starts to rise again. I also prefer trading on weekdays, besides I think it is
more difficult to make profit on weekends. I am also a married person and have children, so I prefer to spend time with my family instead of having
to trade on weekends.

Although I am not an experienced trader, I sometimes trade everything. It is best to trade on weekdays, especially in the evening from 20:00 to 00.00 during these hours, the traffic on the stock exchange is particularly high and therefore high volatility in the market. On weekends, as in principle at any job, the bulk of traders can be on vacation, but trading is tiring.

I try to buy some top coins in weekend and i think its almost 90% work for me. I hold till Wednesday and made some profit from here.
Most traders does not like to trade Saturday and sunday and we know top traders always put their portfolio in top coins. When monday start they start trading and price gradually rise and small trader like books profit.

That is the story of the pandemic, weekends can no longer gather with friends at restaurants or amusement parks, vacations can only be postponed due to international traffic closures, even within the same country, the pandemic conditions between regions are also red zones, very few green areas, so it's not too strange that the trading volume in these years and previous years has not decreased, almost stable. However, the weekend is not a happy trading session, intuition as well as reality are proving that red and more negativity appear more at the end of the week, a lot of harassment for the trader's mood

I think when it comes to trading cryptocurrencies most people prefer them to be volatile and if we compare which time periods are the most busiest it will show that the week days  have the most activity  than the weekend which turns out to be less volatile. And for people trading stocks i think they are used not trading on the weekends as markets are closed despite crypto having them open, hence the trend just continues .

Is there really any difference between trading on the weekends and trading on Mondays to Fridays? You’re still going to be getting the same result. The day you’re trading doesn’t change anything at all. If you don’t know how to trade, you’re always going to lose, it doesn’t matter the day that you choose to be trading.

The days are nothing to count at all, because there are people who trade on weekends because they don’t have the chance to be trading working days, because they have other things that they are doing on those days. What you need to be bothered about is learning the skills and being so good at it, that’s the only thing you should be worried about.

According to my experience trading during weekend is most unstable. During saturday and sunday you will be making profit hardly. The price fluctuating highly no one has surety of what to do. Lots of individuals are losing their money in weekend trading. The market is at dip so i think that buying of coin is profitable during these days instead of selling.

It is mostly a dump that happens during the weekend as most of the traders are taking a break (as I usually did). That is why I don't make trading as well and I set those days for my family. We can't be a whole life in trading, that was the fact. By simply giving time to rest and spend time with our family is a healthy lifestyle that I think, we all needed.
Anyways, 2 days are good enough while having a huge load during weekdays.

From the trading that I've done, I conclude that on weekends, the price usually tends to fall, although not always, this often happens to me. While on weekdays the price of coins can usually go up again. So usually I will buy coins on weekends and sell them on weekdays. This can be used as a strategy for short term trading. You can earn once a week using a method like this.

Base on my experience weekdays trading is better especially during midnight till late in the morning. Maybe because of the time zone although trading is 24hours , their are times that  fewer trader in the market. Sometimes market in weekend are not good maybe because people are resting or taking a break. But sometimes depends on a type of coin you trade because other coins has a good market movement even weekend.

there is no influence about any day to trade bro, I think all days are the same.  what I think is that we are only required to be smart to take opportunities in trading on any day.  it's better than having to believe in one thing to trade on a certain day

I agree with you. At least one day a week we should take a break from each trade. Other platforms have Holiday but crypto does not have that opportunity. So you have to take this leave yourself. I think it's better if you give this time somewhere else. Moreover, I have noticed that the trade volume on Sunday is lower than on other days. So I think everyone should follow a set of rules.

I feel in weekend btc trading volume is very low. The reason is that markets of different countries are closed. So, that why volume in crypto market is very low. Only some exchanges are running but overall market is closed. And best days of trading are Monday and Tuesday. In these days market reopens and a big fluctuation comes.

According to my experienced in doing trade activity I observed that most of the my earnings in the trading got from week days trading not for weekend, instead, it is very seldom happen to get profit in the weekend. Though, I never loss, if the price turn down, were the only things I did was to wait until the price resume to spike again.

Trading is full time job. You cant earn profit just by sitting on your computer on sat/sun. Just like you saying you do it on every day for complete week. I don't understand what you mean that you never loss? What you do when price of your coin go down and never come up for weeks and months? Do you wait? If so then its HODLing not trading.

short term trading means we take the risk, lose or profit. even those two things often happen, because no trader can analyze correctly for each transaction, so doing a cutloss is a common thing, not if the analysis is wrong then we become holders of daily trading, but of course the accumulated profit will be greater than the loss

Short term trading with proper stoploss may help still you must need strong technical analysis. But, planning up short term trading only by weekend may not help because, in my experiences, you need to be a full time trader if you target short term trading. For long term trading you can be an occasional trader.

Trading usually requires lots of dedication and when you are able to provide that then we can go for weekend trading still you must need to prepare in weekdays so that you can execute all preparation and plans on weekends.

It actually time-consuming and that it needs if we wanted to claim our goal. May we can choose this as a side hustle but can just say it works well, as it is pretty much more on losses and bad results.
Well, anyways, trading during the weekend has no changes at all, the prices and trade volume are down which eventually affects our trades. That is why I came not to do it but rather to take a rest and get back on the work after. It probably it gives us some time to take a break, as this is become addicted once you already have that momentum and when you fully understand how it works.

I personally have bad experience whwn trading in weekens moreover in Future market.
Commonly the price liquidity and volatility are very high.
The price commonly will drop. I have also a bad experience of buying on Friday and hope to sell higher in Saturday but in fact, the proce kept down and I must wair until the weekday starts.
I think we need more carefullness and analysis when trading weekend.

but indeed sometimes if you think about holidays where there should be more transactions that will occur compared to weekdays because more people have the opportunity, but with what you say it is the opposite because where on holidays trade does not guarantee that it will be able to raise prices but it is more be down.

so if it remains that weekdays will always make people more active in trade so expect an increase in weekdays instead of before and holidays, of course this is a very confusing thing too, but it's real.

Every traders should know that weekend trading shouldn't be employed.
It is more of a personal choice. One certain Saturday morning this month, the market crashed to 45k from 55k and that is what started the current bearish trends. So would that not have been a good point to have bought some coins at the low?

A weekend does not necessarily mean you should not trade, it is your money and it is your choice. I am always supportive of the fact that every person needs some recreation time and if trading is a big part of your life, then you should take time out one certain days. The weekend can be just that.

Again someone might argue that opportunities should not be let gone off - but living a life without regret is also important. So trade if you wish to but it not a rule or an axiom to assume that on weekends the might might be more stagnant or sideways and not worth trading on.

weekly trading is actually quite good too but sometimes the trader may miss a good day to sell or buy.

I prefer to be a more flexible trader, daily or weekly it's the same, the important thing is to keep selling or buying at the right price!

For people who get pleasure from day commerce however don't seem to be notably dedicated to commerce stocks or futures, weekend commerce for monetary markets could also be a viable possibility. Weekend commerce victimization monetary exchanges permits traders to trade up to seven days a weekend. With the markets gap early across the weekend and shutting late on Sunday and Mon there square measure uncountable choices for those trying to form cash this manner.

Most traders can value more highly to trade stocks outside traditional hours so as to cut back the chance of emotional involvement or mistakes throughout commerce sessions. If you're inexperienced and solely have expertise in tiny cap stocks then it's simple to induce engulfed and build mistakes throughout your trades. It's exhausting to inform what the market can do once you are not there to observe it. However, if you are taking advantage of commerce outside market hours, you'll have a additional stable

I am not a daily trader I am a long-term trader so for me weekdays and weekends days are the same. These are holidays so I think we should break 2 days from trading and give time to ourselves and our family.

I like for us to share how we feel about these two trading times, if you make more profit more or loss more on any of week days or weekend trading.

As we know trading is just about how to make profit.
Weekly trading is not bad, because it can give you the opportunity to finish other activities...

I'm doing weekly trading, I really like it more than having to do daily trading, besides that I can have the opportunity to take care of work at home. The pressure I feel is very small when trading weekly so I can make decisions patiently instead of having to do daily trading.

BIG WINNER!

I think its not about the days but its about how good or how bad you are at trading. If you are really good at trading, why will you limit your self trading only on Saturday on Sunday when you can just trade every single day and earn huge? But, except maybe if you are a busy person that has a life outside.

You need to prioritize it first if you think they are more important than trading and as long as you can still earn an income with them why not? Doing less trades can also bring some benefits like less pressure in your head, less chance of losing. Trading is not only about how to make a profit mate but trading is a very risky activity and you can lose too.

I think nowadays there are more people who trade no matter what day is, so we can enjoy to trading because of high volume. Really different with past when every weekend usually market volume not like usual, and not only about days, there are slighty difference about volume trading when in noon or night, but that is what i feel.

I try not to to trade on weekends rather,  I think about my week trading and do some post mortem of my strategy. Since I usually document my thought,  action and inaction and the consequences,  I try to see where I have lagged behind and score where I gave done well.  These review  help me to do better next time.  I do not trade on weekends

Usually weekend is the rest day like most of the traders have a chill day also some of them make a withdrawal with their assets because they already got profit on their trades. I don't usually open a position every weekend because the market is not quite active, well in stocks it took time but in the crypto market still, there's volatility but you cant feel in those days.  Also the time zone matters it depends on the time of the active whales.

Trading is a lot of patience for traders and you may have heard of the trades that have to be conducted for profit in the analysis of the foreign exchange market.  If so, it will be seen that he will be able to make all kinds of investments profitable in the long run and if he has no idea, he will not be able to make any profit

Trading is indeed looking for profit, but if it is not equipped with good trading knowledge, everything will be in vain. Patience is the next factor to take when entering and starting to trade or invest.

If you are just relying on luck without any solid basis of why you are trading a specific coin, failure is very imminent and you will just be wasting your time and money. This needs patience, skill and experience to survive. Because not every time that you will gain, even if we say you already gained those skills and experience, still a potential loss will be on your way. But if you will not give up, later on, you can recover those losses. That's why patience is needed if you want to succeed in this area.

In trading, knowledge should come first, then patience follow and then luck will follow. Some people don't have the knowledge and they are not also patience and they will jump into trading and loss.

When it comes to the crypto market, I think the weekend trading is when a lots of things use to go wrong. The fall of the crypto market most occurs doing the weekend and I don't think it's the best time to trade becuase a lots of usual things used to happen on weekend days. Every traders should know that weekend trading shouldn't be employed.

Weekend is not for trading  than to use it to settle down to view the crypto market very well to know which coin to invest on that will bring a good income in the future. Many investors used weekend as an opportunity to study the crypto market very well and not to trade but to know when to start trading to make a good profit. Those that employed trading during the weekend always find it difficult to make a passive income from their trading because many things used to turn negatively to affect the traders in the crypto market. Many traders have learnt lesson from those traders that experienced failure in their weekend trading that affected them massively or reduced them to zero level in the community.

I feel like weekend is the greatest time to really work. Not the type of work where you sit in an office and spend maybe 2-3 hours at most "working" and then rest of the time trying to kill time in order to go back home. You may not be like that but majority of the world is like that. Most people go to their works, hate their jobs, spend a little time actually working, there are periods where they need to work really hard but it is not a constant thing and only a temporary thing.

So, when we are in the weekend, you have all the time in the world to do the work you may want to do, it could be anything, painting, trading, reading, you can turn ANYTHING into a work. If you like painting, paint and try to sell it, if you like reading, read a book then write it in your book blog, if you like trading, trade and earn money. You could do anything during the weekend, it is your time.

I don't consider trading to be a job but a side hobby and thus I don't see the importance of keeping a lid on it during the weekend. Taking a break is fine and important too but making trading your job is a wrong step in my opinion.

Trading is a speculative process and the weekend might see that specific price that you had been waiting for. Would you stop to place th order then or rather seize the opportunity?

Still spending time with friends and family has its own importance on your mental well being and their health too. So keep that in mind.

you are absolutely right, but trading as a job is somehow ok because it gives one better opportunity to concentrate on the trading, and making one not to be side tracted at all.
It also gives one the opportunity to concentrate  and be focus on when market prices increase and when it falls making one invest at the right time.

Although crypto market works 24x7 there are times when the market has high volumes on weekdays and low volumes on weekends.
May be this is due to the working days of Monday to Friday or something else but many times people don't prefer to trade on the weekends.
I generally buy/sell coins whenever I like and don't put much importance on what day it is.
Even today is a weekend and I just bought some ADA since the market seems like having a correction which is a good time to buy.

Weekend are the most volatile days to trade the best time both to make profit and to lose. Except for those trading less volatile coin but for Bitcoin pairs it's only for the experienced as volatility could be deceptive atimes and same way retracement candles can stand very long making a confusing analysis if the trend isn't well analyzed

According to my experience on every weekend market looks in consolidation zone and a little or big dump happen on weekends mostly so we need to be careful on weekends or try to close trades

This will be an assumption you have. Are there facts to prove this? I have not seen big dumps happening on weekends repeatedly. It can happen in a while just like it also happens on Monday to Friday. It is coincidence. I do not trade much these days but I know of traders who trade weekends mostly and they make great gains doing that. Maybe trading at the weekend is the only time and opportunity they have away from work. The important thing is to know when to make trades and not to limit it to week days. Trade any day you want.

well, trading only on saturdays and sundays is great. well, it's all holidays and trading. Unfortunately, it's not that simple, because we also need to consider what was happening in the market at that time. Well, you can buy or sell on Saturdays or Sundays, but what if the big price hikes happen on Wednesdays, or while you're at work. Well, at the very least, when you do monitoring and analysis on Saturdays and Sundays, you also need to check every day the activity that occurs in the market, because it could be a dump price far away, or a pump high, but we missed that.
I am not so sure. I mean I am not a big trader, and usually buy for the long term. However if you only trade on weekends, then aren't you just leaving a whole 5 day of the week aside where you are missing out on opportunities? In a market that is as volatile as crypto, it feels like there is a good case to be made that 5 days is a long time to not look at the market or make any trades.

I am not saying that you should be at work and stop working and start trading, focus on your work so you do not get fired since that would be even worse, but after that when you come home and have a bit of free time, it is certainly better to spend your time trying to earn money than just watching some netflix shows or something like that.

Although there's no way to figure out which day is the most volatile day to trade. From the experience, it's really likely that during weekends, we may have come to see the bloodiest days of the week.
It can be like that if we're going to compare the whole week, weekends and weekdays. But in reality, it varies and changing and we don't know if there's really a certainty for it.

As we know trading is just about how to make profit.
Hello Guys I had some investments at the beginning of the week which I am currently facing a lot more losses. I invested in some new projects which made me face losses instead of profits. This weekend is not going well for me but I am hopeful that the market will grow again very soon.

In stock market trading, there are beliefs that weekend trading is not good. But I don't apply it on crypto as everything is volatile here.

Weekends, weekdays, etc. Expect lots of trading actions. Crypto is volatile to the point that we can expect unexpected things to happen at any time.

While moving up, we just have to used on it.

Although I have a job that I do, most of my trades are still usually on Monday to Friday, and sometimes I trade on Saturday, while I take Sunday as a day to rest and not engage in any working activity at all, except maybe it is something that’s very important or maybe I feel like doing some research or I just want to analyse the market and find opportunities for Monday trades.

Personally, I have noticed that there is usually a bigger market swing on the weekends. Some people have said that the reason for this happening is because the large holders who are always cashing in on the weekends. But all those things really don’t bother, you can make profit, it doesn’t matter the day. As long as you know what you’re doing.

Bruh, it’s all just trading. What matters is that you have the skills, anyone with good trading skills will always be able to make profit in the market, even if they decide to trade on the weekends. If you don’t have the skills, it doesn’t matter when you decide to trade, you’re always going to keep on losing money in the market. So, the most important thing here is to learn how to trade and you’re good. Although the market can be different on the weekends as there would be lesser trade activities, and people will mostly be offloading, but same opportunity.

Weekend trading is for those who are always busy by week days and are not always chanced to follow up the trading, they are only chanced by weekend to do something beneficial.

Just that weekend trading has some disadvantages, and those disadvantages has to do with the amount of money you will loose. But nevertheless, most people prefer that one and saving the job they are doing, than working every day without a tangible job.

Any holiday on the crypto market is very making me happy because a lot movement there because many people got free time in holiday, I won't say I will get guaranteed profits when trading on holiday but at least I can choose my next decision from my coins that I hold. I feel like on holiday the crypto market is always in bull condition and it's not always about making a profit but the decision on the next act.

trading must be done with a calm mind and many traders i know don't have much time to do daily trading so they choose to become weekly or even monthly traders.  busyness in the real world is very unpredictable....don't force yourself to be a day trader if you can't do that, weekly traders are very standard.

based on my experience doing weekend trading, we really have to be able to choose what coins have good prospects in the short term. It's not an easy thing to do because we are like being chased by time, where we only rely on skill and luck. weekend trading will be profitable if we are smart in choosing coins and the strategy is also good. so it all depends on each individual to do weekend trades or not according to their respective knowledge and skills. In my opinion weekend trading is suitable for people who don't want to be complicated and want a quick profit even if a little bit

Weekend trading is sometime beneficial to buy some coins as the price is low but selling at these days does not sounds good you can buy some coin at weekend and keep them holding for sometimes so it can give you big profit. Trading needs sharp mind to handle the things so it is necessary that you must learn each and every thing about it so it will be easy to get income.
