I'm in agreement with the fact that community of a project are of immense importance to the survival or death of the project. The community determines the support that the project gets and thus the project developers needs to be mindful of the roles that are played by the community members.

Its common if anyone don't believe or unable to judge any unknown currency what would do well in long term cause similar currency already disappointed so many time. But I can't deny the importance of community but a project also need to be well concepted, try to do something what community likes, otherwise community won't accept them. I follow you with that, instead of taking your time finding meme project better to aim for good project that have community support, the people who are backing the project due to the purpose of its creation. It will be a good long-term asset instead of trying to play with hypes. If you will spend your time and your money, it's best to pick a solid project that already established community support. Yes as we ve seen with dog coin and shiba inu their large community brought in a lot of publicity to them and ever since then the activities of their community to make both coins remain in the top 10 have been seen on various platforms. Community means a lot and contributes largely to the success of a project but one thing that makes the coin value remain in good shape in the continuous development and improvement, this will help the community effort to showcase the many underlying benefits of such coins.

The community is everything, you can easily tell the status of the project based on how active the community is, but the community will not be active and interact if the developers will not give updates on the development of the project.
The community can only give feedback based on what the developers are feeding them, the community should be real people and investors I have seen community created by bots this is a useless community, this is the kind of project that investors should not invest their time and money

In the short run, the market is a voting machine. But in the long run it's a weighing machine.

Only projects with viable technology will survive the weighing machine of the markets in the long run. Projects that are solely driven by community hype will indeed be absolutely doomed to fail, just like what happened to DOGE and Shiba (if you bought at the top).

Despite if that crypto project doesn’t have real use cases and fundamentals, it really matters that there’s a strong community supporting it without being “forced” in doing so. No matter which project you have that is in great quality, but it would be nothing without the real (not fake or bot) community.

This reminds me of myself in my journey of building a community.

I have my own local crypto community back then in the city. I’ve held countless crypto educational events without much sponsors (mostly coming from out of my pocket and didn’t charge a single dime to attendees) trying to build up my brand.

However, the local community of mine didn’t last long. They were mostly influenced by those big influencers who are giving away tons of money for joining events, in which something I didn’t have as I’m not earning much.

Now I’m back from scratch again. As in zero. But the difference is that I am more knowledgeable and equipped than before.

Because of the evolution of play-to-earn, NFT, metaverse, etc., it is now expandable into different areas. So it’s not too late for me to rebuild my community again. Rome wasn’t built in a day.

Will we see anything beautiful after the bull run ends? So don't just look at the project surviving during the bullrun, but we also need to talk about it after the bullrun ends. Dogecoin was not present during the good times of the crypto market, but Dogecoin has held up well even at low prices. We also need to see the Shiba Inu will do the same.

Community can only drive the project for sometime not the long run. For the long run proper development must be going on in the background with the original vision of the project. Sadly most projects dont end up doing this but get sidetracked to something that is more popular but less profitable, ultimately going away from what the project was supposed to be.

The importance of community is there. But having a red-pilled minion squad will only drive a cancel culture not a healthy development. But a old point remains same, the ones who are in it for the quick cashgrab dont bother, they will sell and leave.

Yes, of course it is very true with what you say that a community can affect the integrity of an altcoin, we have seen together, believe it or not that shiba inu survives in the market and increases in price even has a good rating in Cmc too because it is supported by a great community . I would say that just because something has a community doesn't mean it is a good project to put money into. I get that many people think of it that way, but that doesn't change the fact that all those memecoins have high community numbers and engagement because of their meme power, not because of the crypto itself.

Look at APE coin recently, had a huge following and went crazy for just a few hours and then it ended up being super low right now, why? Because it is not a real project, it is just for having fun and that's it. So, when you are investing, make sure they have a community of investors and serious money, not people who are there for memes.

All these people who claim that community is the one that makes a project, will always end up investing into a shitcoin.

I have seen plenty of projects with low community for the longest time, like for a whole year after release, but they did not stop and they kept on improving and eventually became better. ADA may look worse right now compared to last year for example, but look at 4 years ago and how little it was.

It didn't have a proper community, it didn't have any hype, it didn't had anything and they still didn't stop and became a lot bigger. They are still failing to deliver that good smart contract network they promised but they are at least bigger than what they started with, which was nearly no community and just kept on consistently improving.

This statement is particularly valid more for a shitcoin projects. Shitcoins need the hype that the community will provide. That's exactly what worked for Shiba. Usages is the very common thing that investors look at the project, even there's active community without any usages there's no interest that will catch the eyes of investors and traders, maybe some will be hype up and gain momentum but after that it will fall and will die naturally, there are many projects that being hypes and turned out to be scammed.

Those kinds of projects also have active communities, but scammers manage to steal money out from those people. It's always right
to sort and pick the project that has end users and usable offers.

project success or failed depend on community response, and their response based on how developers team build project well and communicate to them. if dev team could did it well, i am believe community will give them best to this project and naturally price will rise.
