This is not really a scam accusation, but since there is no sub-forum called "Idiot Accusations" I will post it here.

I have signed up for DuckDice about 20 days ago. I have played a few times there and even got an award called "The Riskiest Duck In The Town", which is won if a single bet is over 1000 USD. My previous withdrawals are processed without issues, so it's not the problem here.

Yesterday, I have made a small withdrawal request to Monero of about 0.1 XMR which is 26-27 USD...nothing important. But I have received notification that for security reasons my withdrawal went to some security review or something like that. Who cares... I have logged off.

Today, I logged in and I have noticed that I have a new messages.

They are accusing me that I'm a paedophile and that I'm "fucking children".

What could be the reason? I don't think that they want to scam me for 0.1 XMR, but IPs or something else (browser fingerint?) match, because I used Tor and the other user (who is probably a troll, but I don't know) must have used Tor. There can't be any other match, except maybe we signed up under the same referrer...I don't know to be honest if I had a referrer and who was he. But it was not this guy, because he signed up after me and I had no referrals, so... It has to be Tor.

If you have a piece of evidence that he is really into CP then so be it, but you should return the money to the player so it will not look like that you are making accusations so you can justify not approving his withdrawal, part of his post is you did not allow him to withdraw his earnings which he deserves, if you want to prove that he is into CP then it's up for you to proceed but it will leak his important info and we don't like that.

I am going to stay neutral on this one but your trust page doesn't look good at all.

OP is daring Duckdice to show proof, so why not show him your findings accusing one a pedophile when he's not is a serious one, if he is not guilty and denies it then Duckdice should show their findings because it can happen to anybody, being accused of something that they have not done, right now it's your words against his words.

it's my first time hearing someone selling CP on a gambling site too. on this forum on the other hand I've reported an account advertising a(maybe his) website selling CP and other illegal stuff which got the account immediately nuked.

Although it will expose vital information, like what I posted OP is daring Duckdice to bring it on, the weight now is on Duckdice if he failed to show up a piece of concrete evidence, people will just consider it as making false accusations even if they returned the money and I read that OP did not want the money he is just after the proof of the accusation or if they cannot they should make a public apology.

As OP had implied, there is a significantly high probability that any casino who allows registrations through Tor will get IP addresses of (random) people linked to child abuse.

So you should definitely consider banning registration from Tor IP addresses if you don't want to deal with a bunch of false flag cases like this one.
Also by jumping to conclusions without evidence, your administrator is not displaying professional behavior expected from staff of that rank.

Hahaha. Can't stop laughing. What a title man. But this accusation is about something serious. This is completely unprofessional from the DuckDice Admin panel. If they don't have a valid proof of the accusation. They should not talk to someone that way. If they had doubts, they could gently ask him if it is his account or someone from his household. DD Admin panel should be more professional about handling such a sensitive case. Since OP was Rejected to get paid and he still doesn't want to receive the withdrawal anymore, also he Suggested donating that amount to charity. DD could multiply the amount if they want and donate to the charity on OP's Suggestion.

i can see you are defending duckdice.io even in such cases as well,
how a user can't get accused by then for something els when theyy can accuse with such scary blams, to confiscate someones money this is not the way,

I just came across this thread and wanted to repost the images in order for them to display in the thread without using external links.

Reading the replies from the DuckDice.io account is contradicting what was written by DuckDice in the chat. Here they say "if" but in the chat they are effectively accusing him. I have to say, there is no chance the OP is the only who uses/used Tor to access their website for anonymity therefore this probably cannot be the only case where they made accusations.

Their level of professionalism towards customers in this case is basically at the lower end of the spectrum. Making huge accusation and stating it is a matter of fact is not acceptable.
