But in many TOS of gambling sites I found the site forbids users to use VPN although some customers so far have had no problem with the habit. I just want to know if using a vpn or tor is something that can violate the TOS even though a gambler has been betting on the site for a long time? If the site pays small wins, will they also pay big wins ^{[if the site detect the user is using vpn or tor].}

Every gambling site have got its own terms of service. It is a must to follow the tos and spend, because there occurs a scenario of withdrawal under hold. When we request support we'll get notified to read the tos, and indicate that we've violated the tos.

There are sites that provide the users with mirror URL with which we can enter the gambling platform when access is denied. This support facility is available with specific gambling platforms. Here there is no need of vpn to enter the platform when we're using the mirror URL.

It is possible to see lots and lots of scam accusation against different gambling platforms. Majority of the accusations were of withdrawal hold. In this case we can't get to conclusion. Because the user demands withdrawal, stating previously he had been withdrawing the funds and why now my fund is under hold. It happens, because the platforms allow small fund withdrawal. When the amount is big, they use it a way to keep the fund under hold and make his spend it.

If you're using VPN or TOR and such things forbidden in some gambling site they can use it in case of some disputes between you and site. Noone will block you just for using VPN, because there a lot of gambling sites and not so much users who gamble on them. So site is interested to keep you as long as it can. But if you hit jackpot, in that case i think they try to use their ToS against you.

So use canvas blocker + VPN, in that case site will don't know that you're using VPN (for honest, there still ways to catch you on using VPN). With TOR it's a lot more complicated, because it's protocol is visible to any site.

I am using VPN for some casinos, but only when I want to play Pragmatic slots! I am using some free one, and I am turning it on and off, sometimes it can be very slow, or will not load the slot page at all... I guess it's because of the bad free VPN, or maybe it's the casino, I really can't tell! I never tried some good VPN, I had the desire to pay for it, but then I found fun in some other providers and I just moved that to some other time!

I quoted this part for a reason... My deposits/withdrawals are in hundreds of dollars, maybe I had a few withdrawals over $1k, and I never had problems with any casino where I am using VPN! But I can't claim that in a case of some big win (if that happens at all?!) they will not use some ToS rule and say how I can't get a prize because of this...

Unfortunately, violation of any regulations may have consequences. It probably depends on the owner how restrictive he is when checking such details. If the casino wants to take advantage of the law guaranteed by the regulations, I am affraid that there is a high risk that you will lose money.
In my opinion, it's better not to risk unnecessarily. At the moment, there are a lot of casinos on the market and you can certainly find one whose regulations allow players from a given country.

Violation would always be a violation and that would be having corresponding consequences on that one one the casino had seen out that you are violating the terms and conditions but as mentioned above that there were users are still playing without any problems despite of using VPN which i could say that
the time might not be now but once you had won something big then this  is where problems might rise or would be possibly dig up and since you do
know that you had violated on the first poace then you wouldnt really make any complaints  for sure.

So it's true that even I did something like this in the TOS rules saying it's forbidden to use a VPN but I used and made small deposits/withdrawals it's fine there is no problem even though it's prohibited in the TOS and the team is like letting small users do VPN or TOR.
On the other hand, I have never won over $1000 when using a VPN and of course I will know the consequences by blocking the account and withholding the funds won, but it is still a risk where when you are very lucky when using a VPN you may have to give up the funds on hold. by the team because it will be checked further.

If a website is restricting a certain country you cannot expect them to pay you when you play and win big using a proxy, it will be against their policy even though you are a long term user. If a site is not forcing you to undergo mandatory KYC then you can overcome these restriction by purchasing a dedicated IP rather than using a random VPN or proxy that provides you with dynamic IP whenever you log in.

I live in a country where all gambling activities are banned and I have been using a VPN for a long time to play on my favorite gambling site
and so far I haven't had any major problems using a VPN even when I won thousands of dollars from the jackpot

but I don't know if those who win over $10k will get in trouble for using a VPN or not!

I understand your eagerness to gamble but to take such risk is not worth it for sure especially if you are going to gamble with huge money so cracking the system will never make you safe. Why not look for a gambling site that is available in your country to avoid any problem in the future, restrictions are always there you just need to find a good site that will work for you.

You don’t have any legal battle if you win big on that casinos and still using VPN because in the first place, that is the rules and you break that rules. There’s too much risk on VPN, this is not worth it and I’ll not do this if ever I gamble with big money, the casino can freeze any time your account especially if you violated their ToS.

Some don't have the problem of using VPN yet because maybe they are winning small amount of money, but when you win big, that's when most casinos will manually check your account and find reasons not to pay your winnings. And most of the time, if you are using VPN and it is against their rules, they have very good reason to freeze your funds. You will not win on this case, even if we say, they accepted your deposit knowing you are using VPN, because they are holding your funds. The least thing they can do is maybe return your initial deposit and not your winnings, and then, block your account. But don't expect that every casino will return your initial deposit. Because there are some conditions that they have all the right to confiscate your funds if you violated their ToS. So for me, just don't play on casinos with restrictions on this matter.

Because I never heard a gambling site that their user it allow using VPN and TOR. Tor or  Vpn is something that is prohibited on some sites and its normal that you would be following it.

If you use a VPN and the site that you play at states on their terms of services that you can't use VPN, then they have the right to confiscate your funds and close your account. Now you are going to say "why did they let me play? Why are they blocking me after winning?". They can't check each and every user and know if they are breaking their terms or not. Lots of people play and register and once, but only few tries to withdraw. Some withdrawals go through manual check (if you are unlucky) and that's how they find out if you broke their ToS or not. Even if you don't get caught, once you get flagged for KYC, you won't be able to pass and you will lose your funds. But if you are at profit, most casino will allow you to withdraw your deposit.

You must be very careful on using VPN and make sure not to put huge money on that because the casinos might caught you and you might be required by other requirements to get back your account. That's why gambling sites have it on their Terms of Service (TOS), they are doing business so they are also complying with the government, they will not sacrifice their business for the short term, that's why I hate those people who are crying after their funds locked to the platform because they violate some terms from the platform.

No excuses. If there's a term about using VPN is prohibited, that was violating a Terms of Service. In the case a gambler is betting on it for a long time and has not detected yet that the user is using a VPN, then the site is free to use by them until noticed.

In the event they got detected, being a long-time gambler on that site can't be applied.
