Is that the Casino obligation? I don't think all casinos provide KYC obligations if in the end many of us are still playing without needing to complete all the data. You are missing the point. The player that won that amount is clearly extremely lucky and is part of the minority who actually manage to win against the house edge while the majority lose against the house edge in the long-term for obvious reasons.

You need to realise the fact that most crypto investors like me detest KYC and avoid it completely unless absolutely necessary.
