As far as I know, Binance no longer requires a listing fee. At the same time, listing on this exchange is still an elusive goal for many other more popular gambling projects. Can not agree with you. Fairspin has all the licenses, but does not consider going to Binance right now. So for us their requirements are not important.

I guess there would be no need to concern about this casino because they are not new on this industry anymore so they know what are the do's and don'ts when it comes to creating a promotion.
