Polygon (MATIC) to $20?

Lets not fall into Greed reality mate  because this will surely made us loser or at least frustrated .. If you are going to expect a decent return for your investment then you should learn how  to keep holding for long term.
and that is what we need to achieve in MATIC investing.
I Myself is interested in this currency but till now has no chance to purchase because My holdings are enough for me to spend the amount i can risk.

The frustration that the coin you wanted to see at a certain level didn't reach that level does change a lot of our perspective to the market. We could be too greedy in our minds and sometimes that blocks us from seeing the reality.

I am not saying that it shouldn't be going up, whatever you bought hopefully goes up, but if you see it stuck somewhere, do not have some dreams that it will be insanely higher. I mean when something is 2 bucks at the best time ,and you hope for 20 bucks, that is not realistic and you are going to end up being upset about it as well. This is why I believe we should be focusing on a bit of real prices that could be achieved.

That's because everything is down its not indicative of what the price might be one day.  I'm actually impressed at where it's at right now.  I think this might be a good opportunity to load up on matic.  Seems more and more people are using it everyday.  Beats the hell out of eth right now.

This is crypto world almost everything is insane.  Price surge and crash for no reason sometimes.  So seeing MATIC reach $20 is not impossible.  It may not reach its value this year but the project is in for a long haul.  Who knows maybe in the next 5 years MATIC price rallies and even breaks the $20 barrier.  Who thinks that BTC will be worth $30k during 2013?  Most people that predicted BTC going more than 10k that year are being treated as crazy or lunatics.  I am not saying Matic is like Bitcoin but a 20x price growth isn't impossible at all.  It may not happen now but we never tell what the future can.

Polygon is one of the chains where have the possibility to get maximum benefit. If you trade in this chain you will get the differentiation. The demand for this coin is increasing day by day. Last year it was priced at 2.88 as ATH. Hopefully next bull run we can see it $7-9 and next few years later we will get it more then $15.

I think the reason is that the Total Supply Coin Polygon Network (MATIC) is rather big compared to similar chains like Binance and Ethereum, Binance has a big Total Supply but it burns tokens periodically and this causes the number of tokens to decrease and the demand and price increase, I think Polygon should do The same thing, because with Total Supply 10 billion tokens, it is unlikely that we will see the price at $20 because in this case we will get a huge market value of the token that does not match the market situation.

Matic is one of the  currency that i Shows interest since last year and yes I bought some of these and keeps Holding till now.

But reaching 20$? i don't think this is possible for now , or maybe in coming months , but if we are talking long term?
then of course Polygon will bring smiles to the supporters in the long run .

So best to Buy and Hold , but not to day trade.

But, we didn't say that matic will have the same value as bnb and eth. We still set a realistic amount here for this coin and what about other junk coins that have a massive supply? If they can be able to jump high then why not this one, matic, when in fact this coin is much more useful and popular than them?

It's possible in my own opinion. Binance coin has burning capabilities but I think other coins have this feature too and if not then I think they can always add it or they can also do a manual burning. There are still lots of ways to up the price of the coin but I don't know why the people behind this coin haven't made that move yet.

That is the thing about the crypto investors, they could have something that will do 2x in their hands and they could be upset about it. I know it makes no sense and I know that we should all be happy about it but we are spoiled by all the 10x we have seen so far that everyone expect things to go up like that. Hell if you consider the fact that we were around 4k during march 2020 and then 68k at October 2021, you could see how much we went up during that period as well just with bitcoin which is the top coin.

If the top coin can do that, many people believe that lower level coins like matic should be able to earn more than 10x to them as well and they are not happy about 2x increases.

$20 may seem heavy for matic to reach it. Matic is an amazing project, I still really believe in this project, because their background is very good,
used to be Matic was just Matic, but now Matic is the most highly developed project in the crypto world,

it could be $20 because another factor driving the MATIC price is the increase in active digital wallet users.  The number of Polygon wallets experienced significant growth throughout 2021.The reason is, Polygon wallet users have increased rapidly to reach 282,760.  It seems that the Polygon network can be another alternative form for Ethereum network users.  Because every transaction on the Ethereum network is often subject to high gas fees.

It's still experiencing a sizable decline right now so it's still going to look difficult for the Matic to improve, and if it's still taking a very long time for everyone holding the Matic to wait, then it's still an uncertain thing to happen because this isn't going to happen. not only about its potential, but also about the market which is still volatile on an irregular basis.

Defi and NFT are losing their momentum in our time now , I'm afraid if Matic will even touch 5 dollars any time soon and what more that 20$? if this going to happen means the ATH last year will be x10 as it only reaches more than 2$ in this All Time High?

I stopped Holding Defi and NFT coins , instead i now invested in top 3 currency in the market.

This is a good idea, investing into BTC, ETH, BNB would mean that you are invested in things that will survive no matter what happens in the market. We could see some hype around one thing and losing hype on another thing but these three things will survive.

and that is a safest investment , imagine 3 biggest currencies and most supported ? why need to risk in a Hyped currencies that in the end will go down deeply when we an choose something that will bring us more income in safer way.

Defi already lost so much support that we are talking about TVL being like 10% of what it used to be during the peak times, which is proof enough that it is losing value. NFT as well, which is losing google trends, the valuations, and many other things during this period as well. It just needs to be explained carefully to people that just because you are invested in them, doesn't mean you need to stay invested.

It is not about how we think but it is depend On how we help the coin . most peoplr here expect an increase in the prices but ask them if they are investing? then the answer is just the amount they keep on Holding and not extending their support specially in market like now..
Try to Buy coin first and then decide.
not to expect too much but to wait for the increase to come while we are investing on that coin.

I have said several times in several threads that burning is not a mechanism that works. BNB and even CAKE and all the related altcoins have huge burning mechanisms and activities that keep reducing the supply but price almost never works as it is supposed to.

My favorite example is supermarket loyalty points. You can burn as much as you want but because there never really was a mining cost to it,,, the value is never going up.
