Polygon is so cheap and fast to use for "De-Fi". The sidechain has so much potential to take the world by storm. By taking the security of the main ETH blockchain, Polygon becomes a better choice than competing platforms like Binance Chain and Solana. Yet, the coin (MATIC) is trading below the double-digits. That's surprising to me, considering that the sidechain is quite convenient for day-to-day payments. If you compare fees on Polygon vs Binance Chain, you'll notice the former has the lowest gas fees. All Polygon needs is hype (mainstream demand) and it could soar all the way to the moon.

Matic is such a popular because of its utility, and market has not fully exploited the full potential of Matic when we look at its growth and development it has achieved during the past years. Current bear market is good opportunity to buy & it stake on any well reputed DEFI is where you can enjoy staking rewards and book profit by selling it on high price when market gets bullish. I think it can comfortably hit $10 in the next bull run.

Polygon have great partnerships, solid foundation and great community as well that's why we should not sleep on MATIC.

MATIC is one of the most promising project I ever hold , till now I am still accumulating this coin as long as i have extra fund.

never lose hope for this those 20$ seems to be coming for the next 5-10 years

I think hitting $20 is possible in the long term but it won't be easy because its supply in circulation is around 8.7 Billion and maximum supply is 10 Billion which is huge. Matic at $20 means its marketcap 200 Billion dollars which can only happen if total  coinmarketcap reaches 10 Trillion or Matic team come up with burning mechanism (to burn small portion of Matic with every transaction) to reduce its supply to push up its price.

matic platform (Polygon)A very well-known and trusted platform these days. If Metic is $20 there is definitely a chance it will be $50 because it has become so popular in such a short time. And it needs more investors. But Matic has a lot of time ahead and investors have a lot of time to invest. But its future has a long way to go.

though Matic is a good project but i believe that there are many things to consider first before this hits that high.

Did you think about Bitcoin some years ago? I'm not comparing Matic with Bitcoin but it is crypto market and anything is possible. Matic has a good number of community support and some positive news can pump the price of Matic hugely. But still it is far away from $20 and it will take more times to reach this mark.

Lol I never said that this is forever not hitting that if you understand my post correctly , I said this needs time to consider reaching that , I believe in Matic of course but I knew that it will be for long to hit that 20$.

You are right, in the next 5 years , Matic may hit $20, because its team is committed to make Matic network ,most efficient and economical for traders and developers.

I always trusted the professional skills  of Matic team who has done great job by making it so competitive. It is my preferred coin for trading as well as for long term investment. It always rewarded me with good profit and hope huge returns in the long term.

If Ethereum became a deflationary cryptocurrency, it's likely Polygon (MATIC) will do the same sometime in the future. Such change would require the approval of the community to go through. As much as I'd want MATIC to go all the way to the moon, it's best for the supply to remain as is to help keep network fees as low as possible. Otherwise, a high-priced MATIC could put some pain on users' wallets when performing a transaction on chain.

The Polygon network is being adopted by major companies in the mainstream world, so it's likely it will stay with us for a pretty long time. Who knows if it lives alongside ETH for generations? Just my thoughts

if we look at ATH $ 2.92 then even if later the bull market comes or after the halving period, it is likely that it will be achieved only 3x from ATH and it is very difficult to reach $ 20 and there is very little chance that it will happen.
but I agree with friends above, there are many options that Matic can do to achieve that. apart from the effect of increasing Bitcoin, of course, as you said, by burning some of the existing supply, or there are other innovations.
it is possible that if it continues to survive it could be that after the next halving period it will be fulfilled so maybe around 2028 and not in the next 5 years.

to reach that $20 price actually depended on the Polygon development team.
if the dev team is able to come up with something that can push up the price of Polygon when the bullish time comes, I think it could happen.
as some people said above by burning a portion of the supply and after that it was supported by the bulls arriving and being pushed by the increasing price of bitcoin.

Far from now, but who knows, the market is still down and the current value is way far from that huge target. The important thing for now is the development and how the team is still working with the usages.

The more established the project, the better for the future. The actual value will be realized
once the usages are being maximized and with how the team will market the project to

Yes I totally agree with you that the supply of Polygon or Matic is very high and for that I also said that it can go to a good position in the long run.And  Yes it is true that if the next bull run is in 2024 then I think it will go close to $20 if not.  Because if we follow last previous year's pumping system then we will get idea easily.

We can't tell or measure the time frame for this coin, only if there's a huge demand then maybe this project will reach $20, still depends on how investors and traders will support this asset.

Maybe by the time Bitcoin hit 1 million dollars and that is said to happen by 2030 so we need to wait for 8 years before we saw matic hovering around that price level. I think matic isn't that solid enough because there are some issues that this coin had experienced and maybe that was the reason why its value hardly moves but let's see if there's something that matic devs can do about it.

If they still want their coin to succeed then they will try their best to improve the coin so that it will run well since there were so many people who expects a lot from this coin as it is known to be an alternative to ETH. If not then BSC/BNB can take the lead and maybe followed by SOL.
