Real Properties sold for crypto

So may mga nakita akong posts sa isang crypto group na nagbebenta ng mga Real Properties (presumably personal) in exchange for crypto. Hindi naman sa hindi kapani-paniwala pero natuwa lang ako na merong ganun na din dito sa Pinas. I'm not sure kung attempt ito na habulin pa yung speculation na last leg ng bullrun this cycle pero sana naman hindi dahil mukhang risky na. Meron din kasi ako nabasa dati back in 2018 na nagbenta ng mamahaling sasakyan para bumili ng BTC around $3K at ibang top alts at floor prices.

Sa mga naghahanap ng condo o house and lot dyan, baka may nakita na din kayo ganitong option sa mga ahente.

Most probably familiar sa Crypto ang owner nyan kaya willing mag accept ng crypto as mode of payment. Maganda ito dahil unti-unti na nagaadopt ang nga kababayan naten. Though personally kung may ganito man akong amount na crypto siguro hold lang muna kase mas masakit pag tumaas lalo yung price ng holdings mo baka dalawang island panang mabili mo.

Magandang investment ang beachline properties lalo kung may enough funds pa further development ng property. Siguro yung owner e familiar sa crypto, and if hindi na niya need yung property, or thought na mas magandang investment ang crypto, mas madali na yung open na yung option na yun para di niya rin siya mahirapan sa pag-acquire ng crypto.

Hindi na bago satin na makakita ng mga properties for sale in exchange of crypto, pero this one takes it up on another level

Sigurado meron talagang transactions na nagaganap na gumagamit ng crypto(mostly BTC/ETH), hindi lang talaga na ppublicize lagi(for security reasons, see: $5 wrench attack[1]). Pero pag low-cap altcoin ang ginamit sa transaction na pinublicize? Di ko sinasabing fake, pero parang sketchy agad.

Pamilyar nga malamang dahil yung myembro ng grupo ay investors ng stocks na nag-transition to crypto from 2018 kung hindi ako nagkakamali. Meron pa din naman mga crypto newbies na pumasok lang dahil nabalitaan malakas ang crypto kahit pandemic.

~ Baka holder lang din yung owner niyan pero siguro kung may bibili nyan, yung mga real estate giant companies bibili nyan tapos cash basis. Pero sana crypto owner din ang makabili nyan tapos maging crypto transaction o kung hindi man full crypto, may half portion o quarter part.

Mix of traders, holders, at newbies yung group eh at ang common sentiment dun (ayon sa aking nababasa) ay magsisibentahan din bago matapos bullrun.

Hindi ko alam kung na-post din nila yan sa iba pero tingin ko galing din dun sa grupo mga bibili. Parang marami din kasi bigatin eh.

Yup, medyo magdududa ka nga sa unang tingin. Mukhang capable din naman mga tao doon. Nagtataka nga lang din ako sa choice nila as payment pero nasa kanila yun.

Mga altcoins ba talaga yung accepted payment? Hindi bago yung pagbebenta ng mga ari-arian kapalit ng crypto pero talagang this is my first time seeing na pati real estates ay sinusubukan na rin ng iba.

I think nasa sa seller na yung pag handle ng risks kung sakali mang gusto nila itong ibenta kapalit ng crypto, it's totally subjective kung ako yung tatanungin, baka gusto lang din nila mag hold for years. I guess mga recent offers lang ito, kasi kung makikita sa pangalawang image sa OP may "5h" doon, just my wild guess. Right @Bttzed03?

I'm familiar with that place. Kaputian, Samal Island consists mostly of beach resorts, swerte makabili nyan kung sakali; but, the question is if the property is sold, will the previous owner be taxed?
Malaking halaga din yan and I'm sure the Government would want a piece of that transaction  
Unless na 'lang siguro if the previous owner would not convert his crypto payment into fiat (PHP), tama? I'm unfamiliar with tax laws dito sa 'Pinas.

For me, in buyer's perspective, this is a good catch. Samal Island is one of the most beautiful tourist spot in Davao, and you could make a lot of money if you're gonna put some business in here. However, in seller's perspective, selling real estate is nothing compare on having Bitcoins that could give you a lot of profits every time it hits new ATH. Well, this is a win win situation for both parties. Both are good investment in my opinion.

Nagtataka nga lang din ako sa choice nila as payment pero nasa kanila yun.

Doon sa huling screenshot, parang may BTC hashtag din, pero weird tlga pag ibang cryptocurrency ang naka lista sa mga ganyan posts!

Ayos to ah maganda din yung part na yun kasi mostly pag malalaking halaga ung transfer masyadong maraming problem at hassle but with the cryptocurrency payment is madali mo nalang i sesend kaso ayun nga risk naman is yung market volatility pero mukhang aware naman yung seller regarding dito at para sakin magandang investment tong beach pwede pag kakitaan din at the same time is medyo chill kapa kasi maganda yung view kung may budget lang kahit puno lang mabili ko dyan lol.
