No way, there's no way they are really partnership with bitcointalk and reddit. At least, in bitcointalk a mod will announce it as clarification, but there's nothing. High possibility that what they mean by here is that they have thread in bitcointalk, but partnership? It is not. So the team should not mislead people here. They are only using the platforms of bitcointalk and reddit to spread the information about their project but partnership per se? I don't think so. They should remove the logo of bitcointalk in their list of partners if they are only listing this project on this forum, why they put this forum as partner.
