The bank doesn't care where you will use the loan. It's not how a banking loan works. As long as the user complies with all the requirements, they can issue the money right away without the users being asked where they will use it. It's a private matter. If you see in the loan form that it's asking for purposes, it's just for a professional approach but users can always select General use.

That's the only good way for the OP to get the funding but of course, the approved amount will depend on a certain tier.  OP can also seek help from his close friends or just save money coming from his financial source and just come back here after gaining enough funds to run and operate a gambling site.

What I can suggest is you take a loan from your bank with some collateral you have to create a new gambling site or modify from scratch and launch it. After it is launched, you need to gain trust from people and when you can do that, I am sure you can find the investors because they see you have a committee working with your project and they will invest in your project. While you can earn revenue from your gambling site, you can pay the loan to your bank and you will also have a chance to grow your site.

I already got interested investors who contacted me via DM / Discord. If someone has that budget and is serious about getting into the crypto casino world he will surely give a DM to know more.

Actually discussion about investment should be done privately since there are some information that needs to be non-disclose once you enter on investment plan. It's up to investor if they will be interested to the devs offer privately or not.

@OP, you need to have a guarantor to here for the funds that you will ask for investment to protect your investors if you are really serious about this. I give you the benefit of the doubt here before I judge you but you should prove first how trustworthy you are before you ask money here. Atleast make some effort to create a detailed proposal for your planned casino and discuss privately the investment terms.

No one will be interested to him and probably receive a negative tag from DT members especially he doesn't give enough information about his "casino" people sometimes wants to discuss it publicly but that doesn't necessarily share all information here. Just some enough information that would make the investors interested on investing in your gambling casino.

This is a bad strategy. Why would anyone go to talk to you in private messages if there's no way to know how serious you are, what you're capable of, what's your true goal etc? Of course, something might not be disclosed, but at least the general ideas could surely by shared. But even if you shared the data, it would be very hard to find an investor, let alone when you're just a newbie who doesn't even want to share information.
There are tons of casinos here. The vast majority are not that bad, but they aren't anything special either, so they fail very fast because they cannot compete with well-known casinos that worked hard on their reputation over the years. So even if you actually build the casino, there's no reason to believe it will be profitable, and obviously, potential investors are aware of that.

i don't think he can get serious investors here. there may be individuals who sent him a dm to express interest but when it comes to spending the money, they may think twice as they have no assurance that their money will be well spent. the OP has no proven track record here, so high likely that who will send him DM are also beginners. he may even encounter scammers.
if the OP is pretty serious with his business, he will look for private backers in his own circle or in his area. hard to approach stranger these days as you dont know their real motives.

Great plans needs a great investors and I understand your eagerness to find partners but for me it will be hard to find one because its too risky and we’re talking about money here, we can’t invest on something that we are not sure about. Just like what other says here, better to look for someone that can trust you within your country, they should be the first one to understand such thing especially your friends or even your relatives. ^ That is right, it hard for now people on the internet which is whom you don't know. If you have hard looking for the right investor try it into your local which is personally meet your business partner. Pretty sure he had his fair share of scammers. If it's from some trusted/ reputable member, he's gonna be pretty transparent instead. Imagine the potential trust issues. Not to say it's bad, but imagine pitching your idea and in the end the investor just steals it and proceeds without you; it does happen.

A few years back, I got "invited" to be part of the moderator team by some guy that's planning to develop his own casino. Things were quiet until out of the blue, he requested for some advanced payment. By then I knew it was some shady shit so I refused after he pestered a few times.

Seeing on that post above then its clear that he do still needs investor and as you had mentioned that he's willing to have some face to face transactions which could be somewhat safe but this would only

be possible into those people who do reside on the same country on where op lived but speaking with other countries or places then it couldnt really be possible thats why it would be good if he would
be focusing more on finding local people to have those proposition rather than on this online forum which he couldnt really assure that he could able to get one.
