Of all the coins you mentioned I only believe it lasts for the next 5 years, namely ETH, cardano and pkadot because for now the coin has been much in demand by many investors so that in the future the coin will experience a big increase, so investing in the coin is very suitable, but for terra luna, thera and avax I am less sure about the coin so we do not know it will last long, And for now there are still many other coins that have high potential will last a long time.

Even if I dislike them I think you have a point when you say that meme coins have a future and we are always going to have some of them as people are going to try to earn some quick money with them, however that does not means that it is a good idea to invest in them for the long term, as if you do then you are taking an enormous risk, because we know that the price of those coins is based on hype and if you cannot enter the market at the right time and the market crashes you will probably have to hold your coins for years just to breakeven.

Try paying attention to ADA mate  Cardano is one of the most potentially and promising currency for long term and if EThereum network not work about the High gas fees then this will be overtaken by at least Binance or Cardano in the next years.
so expect something bad about ETH if they fail in delivering the best result of ETH 2.0

IMO, yes. all of this coins will survive in the future. Btw, ADA is my favorite.
One of the benefits of Cardano as a hodler is that you can stake your coins in your own wallet and earn a passive income. I've been a Cardano gatherer for 3 years and now average about 40 Cardano a week from staking.

ETH still best from your list, but you may think about MATIC, their network will grow up perfectly in three or five years from this moment IMHO.
MATIC is one from some solution regarding high gas fee in the blockchain, like what BSC did and also SOLANA with his own network.
