Since this coin is a popular project already judging from the numbers of listed exchanges I think it's already too late to mine it no single mining calculators have ton on the list of profitable coins to mine right now not even whattomine.com

Well judging by profitability, with 4gb gpus like rx 580, is a bit more profitable than ravencoin and ravencoin is halving next month, yeah hype got into this coin right now, so it's profitability will keep crashing I guess.

The only good thing about this coin is that it uses less electricity than ravencoin given the settings, profitability is same as ravencoin.
Hi sir metroid, would you mine this instead of Ethereum? The less electricity consumption point you referring to is only about ravencoin and we all know that ravencoin takes more electricity than other algo already so what about ton Vs ETH mining?

Usually in the past people would mine this unknown coin because they would think it would grow very fast and they would make a lot more money than to mine popular coins, this is not the case, so at the moment, still better to mine eth. This coin can also be bought, so it defeats the hype value of it and profitability wise it crashed a lot past 2 days, so don't bother.

Do you guys have idea of how much ton coins can mine 1080ti and 1070? I mean the hashrate?

Solving blocks can't be solved without my rigs.

On these cards, I would recommend mining Ethereum now, and then buying Toncoin. Use the polygon network to receive payments and send coins to the exchange to buy other coins.
If you don't want to check personally:)

is this rx580 of yours is 4gb or 8gb?

Just found danila miner recently added on hiveos that is why im currious and maybe it will be more profitable to mine than mining eth.

all 8GB 580s, lolminer just released a TON miner as well. The little I tested on lolminer saw a increase in total rig speed, it pushed my 5700s over 1GH and slightly pulled back on my other 580s. would have to do some more testing when I have the time.

I have no idea how you got to 1.2gh on a rx580, maximum I got with a rx580 was 900 mh, well core was low at 1200mhz, did not try 1450mhz but even if got as high as 1450mhs that 1.2gh would also be impossible in my calculations. 900 to 1200 is 30% increase, that also would mean 30% increase in clocks or even more than that, meaning 1200mhz + 30% would be at least 1600mhz and a rx580 is impossible to get to that.

It's funny, your rx590 got as high as 622 mh and your rx580 got as high as 1.2 gh which is double of that of a rx590 hehe, what the hell happened there? hehe

I couldnt tell you at all lol! just used my normal eth clocks. 1200/2200, -ref 30 on the xfx, 1250/2250, -ref 250 on the sapphires. The 590 has always been weird.. cant get it above 31 on eth. never liked it. Have any suggested clocks for the 590 on ETH or TON?

lolminer is giving me problems i cant get it to connect to pplns.toncoinpool.io:443/stratum on HiveOS. Only TON_Stratum_Miner_HiveOS (c) v.2.1.1 connects to that pool.

try my old rx 550 s with 2gb memory. Just give s me about 180 hash with the danila miner and 193 with other miners.
How is 300 hash possible ? any tips ?

yeah lolminer gives around 196 .. a bit better but still not the 300 hash  Wink...
Seems like that the miner use online the half of the GPU . Got 196 hash with 26 watts  but i know that the rx 550 can handle 45 -50 watts..

Guys is ton now a better option over ravencoin, ergo and conflux? Which graphic card is the most profitable for Ton mining? I will like to go deep into this coin since its new, glad to see new PoW coins now that ETH wants to abandon PoW algorithm

This coin is not worth it at all. I mined on a 6900xt. It runs twice as hot as eth. I would make 20 cents a day.
I was getting speed of 4800 as well.  No thanks.

4800 speed, real around 4000 would give around 5 usd per day, that is not 20 cents and right now would be better than even eth which is at $3 per day, long term and added heat is not worth if cooling is not up for it but if you optimize it might be a good choice right now, you trolls complain too much.

When i say trolls I say that in general, is not to disrespect you or anybody, we are all trolls, hope you understand what I mean. Anyway, next time calculate it, you can do it here https://minerstat.com/coin/ton

What Metroid is trying to said, it is that it could not be the sweet post of Watts/Mhs. If you have free electricity and a good cooling it perfect. For example here is one user getting 5.2Ghs... Cost perfomance 290W (compared to a 3090 is the same)...

Check out the table for the link in this post.

For new video cards, Toncoin looks more profitable today and miner developers will probably still be able to increase the hash rate. But video cards get hotter.
