I received an offer from a friend of $5000 some time ago to invest with a profit-sharing agreement, but I turned it down simply because I don't want to risk other people's money even though I'm sure there are plenty of crypto that still have the potential to drive up the price.

I'm still very confident about bitcoin's ATH potential in the next 1 to 2 month, but lately I'm starting to have doubt about it given that FUD continues to grow. There is a risk involved when borrowed money is used to invest because basically the borrower just wants to make a profit without being responsible for losses due to market volatility. I won't be doing it anytime soon, but will consider it in the future and maybe before the next halving. There is no certainty in this investment, especially if we do not do it in the long term and the average borrower cant provide loans without real results within 5 to 1 year of loan time.

I think this is too risky for such an investment because we all know that crypto is a volatile market and we don't know when we're gonna get our profit from investing our our money. We may have the chance to get profit but the chance of losing the money we borrow is too hard to get back. Investment is only for people who has extra money who are willing to lose it in an instant.

What you said will be underlying in the situation of "what if". It's a good plan but only if things will go directly the way you want. I won't contradict or stop if someone wants to make a loan to take advantage of the price dip. People themselves know their financial capability and ability to pay those loans compare to us. If you think you can handle the risks and you are well-prepared to deal with any future problems, it's your decision.

Yes sure try it once and the market will teach you the Lesson to take this excessive leverage. Never ever try to gamble in this market, it's a very risky market that really has the potential to dismantle your whole life if you don't play it intelligently. You are saying that it might reach an all-time high but there are good chances that the market might move south altogether and you might face huge loss and eventually, you are stuck in a debt trap when the market becomes bearish even metaverse or web 3.0 tokens aren't really able to do anything they will go from $10 to $2 and then to $6 claiming a 3x return but eventually you still are 40% down.

Taking out loans, selling your apartments in order to invest in cryptocurrency is a bad idea.  I think it is worth investing in coins only the money that you do not mind throwing out the window at the moment.  This will help you maintain your mental health in case of failure.  I know a lot of sad stories of people in 2018, when they took out loans secured by an apartment.  Everyone knows how it ended.  It is not worth investing more than you can afford.  If you are unlucky enough to get rich, you will still have to pay back your debts.

Well, the last decision will still be in your own hands. But knowing that this market is very much unpredictable, taking loans to invest is never a good idea as it will only make your life miserable paying your debt because there is not fixed month or year when you will make profits. I know this is a great time to invest in crypto but invest on your extra money that you can afford to lose. In times like this where the market is constantly dumping, the scenario just looks the same with gambling as you really don't know when to make profits, and better prepare for losses once you start panic selling.

I do even see my neighbor on selling their livestocks like carabaos,cows and other farm animals for them to invest on crypto? I have seen it on early 2018

It would be the same for me. If I was a business owner and I was getting a loan just to expand my business with the hopes of a bigger return then I would definitely do it. Loans are a natural part of a business owners life cycle and you need to keep being in debt to keep growing your company constantly, if you are not taking any loans then you are not growing at good enough pace.

Every single major company in the world has debt, or at least almost all of them, why? Because it is wiser to be debt now and grow your company, then wait to collect enough cash to grow. In the end when you take out a  3-5 year loan, by the time you finish paying, it will be small change for you if you used it smartly. However, if you do it on investment, you need to keep paying that debt from the investment sell offs and that will never be a great one unless you got super lucky.

Exactly. Borrowing money is not always a good option because it will only give us burden in the latter part knowing there is no fixed income in crypto and there's no even fixed dates when to make profits. So never invest if you just take loans, only invest on the amount you can afford to lose. The market is definitely a good time to invest but since its always unpredictable, so there will be no guarantees that we will make profits right after we invest. The market is never stable which means you might borrow and the trend reverses against you which still means you have to wait for a pullback before you can withdraw to payback. I have since repented from borrowing money to invest in crypto. I borrowed money in 2018 to invest in crypto, I almost got into depression because of bad debt. If you really want to, you could take out some loan and put it on staking or something like that and hope that it will pay you back, but most people forget that the returns of that is not equal to your debt so you will pay more monthly in that way and end up with a loss unless whatever you are staking increases as well. It is a very difficult position to be in and I highly doubt that people would be able to find anything that would make it more profitable that way.

When you taken up some loan and made out some investments and tending to wait up for some bull run in price before you do harvest out profits then it would really be a bad idea and as mentioned on where monthly interest of your taken loan would swell up and if you dont have various sources for it to be paid then that would really be a big problem thats why there would really be lots of reconsideration first before making step specially in talking about loans and this is something
a crucial thing to be done if you do have doubts on repaying those in the right time then better not to do it.
