This information seems a bit strange to me. I don't know exactly the law in Gibraltar, but it seems to me that if any company presented the government false documents allowing it to operate, it wouldn't just get a warning. Such a company would be closed immediately in every country.

You cannot trust a casino that is not honest on the most important feature of a casino, I don't think it's worth playing here since uploading a fake document from one government agency can get you taken down, I am not familiar with this casino, I visited the casino and there's no mention that they are accepting Cryptocurrency but it's good that OP posted it here for reference, it's risky playing here now.

The thing is that they operate online, so it's hard to closed them down because you don't know where the operator or even the servers actually resides physically.

And that's why they are issuing this kind of warnings to everyone not to fall for this Luckywins casino because there is a chance that they people behind are fraudsters because of the fake license and fake bonus offerings.

Thank you for your the info anyway. You should withdraw all of your money for people who still have a balance on that site before it is too late to realize that they are run with your money. It is better to use the other crypto gambling site before we risk playing on that site.

Hopefully, no bad things happen to the members so they can withdraw their money. Related to those already doing KYC on that site, you can not do anything as your identity is with them and you can only hope they do not use it for the wrong thing.

I am trying to jog my memory on where I found the name of this gambling site. Perhaps, the little advertisements that was input in different articles that I have visited. It's a good thing there's a Gibraltar gaming division that checks on this kind of operations or else victims will just pile up without even knowing the reason behind it.
Quote
Gaming Division reported that the casino wrongly used the logo of the government of Gibraltar and even placed a false license number from GB on its footer.
Wrongly used the logo of the government.  Grin Whoever did it is a newbie in underground jobs.
Quote
the casino encouraged its players to upload documents that confirmed their identity to a totally different website.
KYC in a different way. Wow! Unique but not safe. That's a red flag already if you are the one sending the documents.

It would make sense.
But if they presented the documents to an office in Gibraltar, then they are registered there. And if they are registered there, it means they must have an address there.
Unless it's really, all fake, and they lie with a drink on a beach in the tropics.

I agree with you, and Luckywins is dishonest if they really presented a false license and false bonuses, this sounds so bad... Like you, I am not familiar with this casino as well, I never heard about them before, I can't remember I saw them here on the forum! I wonder are there any victims of this casino... when they have a false license and bonuses I can only guess that some of their games are probably rigged, and who knows what else they could do to the players who won something there?!
Did anyone from here try this casino?

So they faked everything, including government documents such as a casino license and only got a warning? Gibraltar is really lenient huh? That sounds a bit unbelievable. However if you have proof about their suspicious activities you should post this in scam accusations sub-forum rather than in gambling discussion. That seems like something that everyone should be aware of, so they can stay away from Luckywins...

It's better to have one here and another one in the scam section because many players seldom visit the scam section, and besides it's a warning to all players, I am not aware of the existence of that casino because they do not have a thread here, but now they do as a casino to bookmark not to play.

I can't remember if I ever heard of them or not really. A casino that has faked their license, they have probably planned it all along to issue to their players that fake license.
Well, good that the Gibraltar government has issued a warning on this and they don't want users to be a victim of their shady activity of stealing their users identities.

Makes sense. It was probably a planned long con.

If a casino can lie about something like this, there is a good chance that they are going to rob their customers and disappear when the time is "right". So I don't know if this casino is functions but if any of you have any funds there, it is probably a wise idea to move them out now before they go "poof".
Yeah, better to withdraw any amount that people got before they fade to black completely. They're likely to rob not just the identities but any amount that their customers got in deposit.
They've already shown dishonesty for faking the license so there's no sense of trusting them anymore. There might be some players that would still trust them because they're paying them but for the whole, better get out.

It's just right here since they aren't scamming yet but they are already suspicious since they faked their license in able to operate. It might be a long con since they aren't legal although as a precaution people should stop using the casino since they were suspicious from the start and there's a huge possiblity that they are going to scam those people in the future. The casino should be closed already if they have a fake license and not just a warning so people could stop visiting the site.
