Of a very important note, this thread can serve as a useful reference when it comes to getting information and ideas about our investment plan, has a lot of benefits that we stand to gain when we make investment decisions based on those who already have experience in how to channel it and the direction to take.

We definitely need a strategy to keep Bitcoin investment for a long time, every Bitcoin investor can take the opportunity to buy Bitcoin but very few people can keep Bitcoin investment for a long time. So we have to move forward towards the future by adopting a plan on how to easily hold Bitcoin investment in the future days.
Because with our strong wallet and strong plan and if we adopt it, we will definitely be able to invest in Bitcoin and hold it in the future days.

It becomes easier for us to also have similar results when we follow the lights of those who are getting it right in Bitcoin investment, it makes our way easier and shorter to achieve our aim to make a profit after investing in our assets, which is all the more reason why we need those who are more experienced in the field and we learn from them.

If we look at experienced individuals or countries and their Bitcoin holding is going forward with a very good and strong plan, it is the country of El Salvador and the MSTR company led by Michael Saylor. If you see the secret of buying Bitcoin and holding it in the future days of these two individuals, Nayib Bukele of the government of El Salvador and Michael Saylor, CEO of the MSTR company, then you can definitely consider yourself even luckier.
Because they have been buying Bitcoin for a long time and holding it for the future, and by following the DCA method, they have been able to hold it for a long time simply.

A person can start investing only if he has basic knowledge about Bitcoin and if he is able to find a source of discretionary income. A person does not need to have researched or understood the benefits of Bitcoin to start investing. Whenever you wait to start investing to gain knowledge, you will miss out on many buying opportunities and waste time. Whenever a person is able to find a discretionary income, he can start investing and after starting investing, he can continue investing and gaining knowledge or research in parallel.
These two things are the most important things that must be possessed by everyone or any party who wants to invest in Bitcoin because there are many reasons why they must do it if they don't have these two things. So what is said in this topic may be something very appropriate to learn for those who are sometimes not fully understood, or those who are still hesitant about investing. So with a statement like this, it can be a lesson or notification for them so that when starting to invest first, they first understand what is meant in this statement. With the aim that when they invest, they will no longer experience problems that they have to experience even though they have just started but have already experienced the risks they must bear.

There is no need for anyone in investing to delay because this often happens with the excuse of waiting for the right time to make a Bitcoin purchase and this is very clearly wrong if someone still follows a method like this because someone who often loses opportunities just by delaying making a purchase so what they do in such a way is too waste of time and opportunities so what they need to understand is that in investing there is no need to wait for the time to start buying Bitcon with the excuse of wasting the opportunity to collect the number of Bitcoins so that the right thing is to just continue after having a little knowledge about Bitcon without understanding too deeply to respond to how to buy Bitcon, the need is only two first understanding about Bitcoin and the second having a source of income and income does not have to be large or small.

What a person is earning shouldn't be what pushes their investment, someone can be earning big but is also spending big at the same time, in a situation like this it's more likely for someone who isn't earning as much but is generating more discretionary income to invest in bitcoin because at the end of the day they person is generating discretionary income from his smaller earning while the person earning more might not be getting any discretionary income, it might not seem likely but it is what's happening, different people have different discretionary incomes, some more than others.
What I think is more important is figuring out your discretionary income to invest with, because since it's what we invest with, it should be what we should be focusing on. If we feels that our discretionary income is too small, and because of that our Bitcoin accumulation will be slow, what we should be doing is looking for and additional source of discretionary income, so that the size of our accumulation will increase, since we will have more money to invest with, but it's very important that no matter what, we should not be tempted to go beyond our discretionary income for any reason, because that is the only way your Bitcoin investment will start facing problems that wouldn't have been in the first place.
There is nothing wrong with starting small. Those that have small amounts of discretionary income shouldn't allow this to stop them from  investing in bitcoin . They can be buying bitcoin using DCA strategy to do so and if they are consistent with the bitcoin accumulation they will be able to build up a good portfolio in bitcoin. It is still possible for those with low discretionary income to work on there source of income and then eventually increase there discretionary income.

There are people who don't understand this you are saying, that is why they have not started their Bitcoin investment because they think and feel they won't be able to accumulate a good portion of Bitcoin but they also forget that they don't really need to buy a large portion of Bitcoin at a time but rather it can be grow gradually using the DCA method. How small discretionary income is should not stop or make someone feel less or not to invest because everyone started small.
The main issue some of the people are facing is that immediately they hear about the price of Bitcoin at that particular time they attend to give up because the amount look huge to them, they don't know that there is any strategy to even starts with and some of them actually knew about the strategy but they feel that they are late and they can't meet up, teaching that is something that will finish, but to me is a very wrong ideology. DCA strategy is actually the best method for any beginner when it comes to bitcoin investment, if really they can be able to realize their discretionary income from his actual income.

I agree with your opinion @ZerovinsonN. From what I have seen in real life, a person earning $10.000 and saving $1.000 every month can end up accumulating more Bitcoin than someone earning $50,000 but spending almost everything.

For me, Bitcoin accumulation is not really about how much a person earns, but about how much discretionary income he or she can consistently set aside. Someone  with smaller income with good money management can go further than someone who earn bigger income  but with poor spending habits.
Well, You are very much on point infact you just said something that people should know, I have seen on many occasions where most people here emphasize on stabe in income and source of income as if it guarantees anything, I think with what you said, those that think that they major thing about Bitcoin investment is how much someone earns and how stable ones income is, I don't know if maybe I have mentioned this before, Bitcoin investment is just common sense, the amount you earn is not what matters rather the major thing is being able to apply financial management very well, no matter the amount we earn, our discreationary income is what we should be looking for to invest in Bitcoin and once that is not properly figured out, it means such person has no place in Bitcoin investment.

Frontloading a bitcoin investment is not necessarily about trying to catch the dip.

Instead the idea of frontloading is to try to put a lot of money into bitcoin towards the beginning of the investment with a purpose of not necessarily needing to invest as much later down the road, and guys do not necessarily need to consider the dip in terms of when and/or how to frontload.

Let's say that a guy had been investing in other assets (not bitcoin) for more than 10 years prior to deciding to invest into bitcoin, and let's say that he had put something like 1.2x of his yearly salary into the other investment and it had grown to 3x of his annual salary.  So maybe when he comes to bitcoin, he might want to reallocate 1/3 of that outside investment into bitcoin, which would be 1 year of his annual salary.  He could choose to buy right away, DCA and/or buy the dip.  Trying to buy the dip may well not be a good idea, even though he could choose to allocate some of that bitcoin authorized money for buying the dip, if he wanted to do so.. but yeah, might not be a great idea if the dip that he expects does not end up coming..

You make an excellent point, I think some investors who starts investing in bitcoin at a particular time might be feeling like they’ve been late in starting to invest in bitcoin at some point I personally felt that way and that made me more aggressive in my bitcoin accumulation journey, which is why I feel those investors who falls under this category of investors feeling they’re late in bitcoin investment might feel that they have to front load their portfolio, and keep buying bitcoin in a more aggressive manner. It’s not ideal to wait for a dip before an investor can front load their portfolio if they want too, because there is DCA and you can always make your perfect decision when you have a DCA technique to invest in bitcoin.

Front loading have to do with having a good opportunity of having more availability of discretionary income before making such a decision to front load immediately they start investing in bitcoin.
The idea of front loading is actually a good one and is meant to act as a booster for your accumulation journey. However, this should always be done within one’s means.
My concern is that Some persons because they want to front load their bitcoin can go take loans or even go over aggressive beyond their discretionary, or even delay buying while waiting for the perfect dip price, this is where I don’t feel comfortable encouraging people to front load unless they’re 100% capable of doing it responsibly like the example JJG gave.
The truth is that Some people can take your advice and go the extreme which most times is not good.
Bitcoin should be bought with discretionary funds only, no matter the strategy one is using, trying to go beyond this is also putting your investment and finances at risk.
Front loading can be beneficial but financial sustainability is more important.

Every year investors financial situation do differs and it is a good idea if everyone should invest in bitcoin according to financial situation. For this reason it won't be good idea for someone that wants to front load there bitcoin investment shouldn't do so beyond there financial situation. People shouldn't put themselves into unnecessary pressure because they want to frontload there investment like taking loan to do so especially when they have no other means of paying back aside there bitcoin investment. Being aggressive isn't a bad idea but being over aggressive to the point that we have to used money that isn't our discretionary for this purpose isn't a good idea. Also for those without emergency funds it won't be a good to be aggressive with bitcoin accumulation because they are supposed to be setting up an emergency funds using some percentage of there discretionary income instead using it all to accumulate bitcoin.

When I was about to start accumulating Bitcoin I use to have this thought and mentality that Bitcoin is too high and big for me to use a little amount to buy infact I thought it was impossible for me to buy with a small amount of money but I understood better now.

You understood better now because you are open to learn more about it and even keep on learning, many people left only at glance without getting to know and learn things they should have, I can say that you are not the only one who felt that bitcoin is too expensive and more like something that is not for you at the initial time but with studying have got to know better, alot of people are missed informed and didn't make out time to source for good information and why they still consider Bitcoin as being expensive on getting to hear about the price.

Some people are never open to learning or never ready to lean, and the irony to this is that they feel they have known enough, not knowing that they are far behind. In the forum here, if we must grow, we must learn, and not just here, I think it's applicable everywhere in life discipline. Reading and devotion to read has always proven to yield an increased knowledge.

The feeling has always been natural. At first, you get afraid that you may not do it well or you may not know how best to go about it. You might as well think that your little amount may not be enough to accumulate Bitcoin. But as time goes on,  if we remain ready to learn and committed, you will understand that accumulating Bitcoin depends on how consistent you can be and gradually you can grow your portfolio

Those who think that they are later they can’t meet up in Bitcoin investments is just they never ready to invest. Because Bitcoin investments is open at anytime, but some peoples still don’t believe that they can get returns from their investments that’s why they feel it’s too late to invest; honestly ever since the DCA method has been introduced even those that don’t have much interest in Bitcoin where now realize that the DCA is a best strategies which can help beginners to grow their investments without having any financial inception.

1 Bitcoin is divisible into 100,000,000 Satoshi's..And so Bitcoin could actually allow participation regardless of ones income level...it is very much possible for even the the poor folks to kickstart their investments with little amounts, as soon as their discretionary income becomes available..Also whenever folks are investing in Bitcoin, one's priority shouldn't be on chasing overnight wealth... Thefocus should instead be in folks gradually building your potfolio...

Anyone you see that is thinking that the he is late to Bitcoin or that the price is too high for them to buy now, please encourage them to start small what they have and grow it with time. Make them to understand that Bitcoin is just getting started and has so much potential in the future. As long as they are willing to give Bitcoin the amount of time they will be willing to give to other investment such as real estate, then they will surely benefit something huge from Bitcoin. When some people buy land like in an undeveloped area an hoping that the land will appreciate in the future, they are willing to give it 5 to 10 years. If they do the same with Bitcoin, then they will surely be rewarded for their trust and patient. We know that Bitcoin have done this consistently in the past so it will always do it again.

Buying dips with extra funds is still a form of market timing. You're deciding that the current price is low enough to put in extra money, instead of spreading it out. It might feel right but it can backfire if the dip keeps dipping or you hesitate while waiting for a better entry.
Even with extra cash, the cleanest approach is to stick to consistent DCA or increasing the regular amount you put in (when you have surplus) without trying to time the dips. It keeps things simple and removes emotion.
Cash flow has the power to influence what folks can do, but pure discipline usually wins in the long run.
I disagree with some of things which you’re saying here.

While I don’t support or encourage waiting for the dip or increasing aggressiveness based on price dip, buying with reserves at times of dip is still a thing and can be a reasonable plan.
Even if the price dips further after you buy, you’ve still accumulated bitcoin at a cheaper rate than before and if you continue with your regular DCA you’ll still grab the opportunity of the next dip, thereby accumulating more bitcoin.

The key is that your DCA remains intact and you’re not trying to predict the market or delaying buying in hopes of future dip prices.
As a long term holder of bitcoin you shouldn’t measure your holdings in terms of dollars but in the amount of bitcoin accumulated.

That makes sense. When investing in Bitcoin, we should adopt a more practical Buy method without having to monitor Price fluctuations.

I agree that we can reach the peak of our investment confidence by aggressively buying once a month while also implementing weekly DCA purchases. This way, we buy five times a month, four times DCA and one time aggressively.

This method isn't yet routinely implemented by every investor, But if we can implement it, we can reach our Bitcoin accumulation target faster than we planned.

People who hear about the price of Bitcoin and tend to give up are the ones that don't have the basic knowledge about Bitcoin because the value of Bitcoin is nothing now compare to what it will become or the height it will get to in the future.

For a start you cannot expect to learn or know everything about bitcoin, but at least just a basic knowledge of it is enough for someone who’s truly desirous to invest in bitcoin. If an investor is able to know that he needs just a discretionary income to use and buy bitcoin then I don’t see anything stopping such person not to get started, investing your discretionary income should be able to put you in a position whereby a downturn in price of bitcoin wouldn’t cause you much panic because the cash you invested with is a discretionary income that you won’t be needing anytime soon and you’re willing to hold for long and only to release when you’re in a much better position because one thing is for sure that the price of bitcoin will always continue to go up even though it is down at some point in time. Being fixated on the high price of bitcoin will only make us not invest at all, whereas with the DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) strategy it makes it easier for anyone who wants to start investing because this is done according to our own abilities with the amount as well as the time of purchase we can determine for ourselves, but what must be considered is that this is better done consistently.

One only needs to have discretionary income to get started and using this strategy will help them to do so, don't be afraid to start by looking at prices that look high DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) is a workable strategy because it is basically done without being affected by prices.

I understand your point because many people see the price of one Bitcoin and immediately think they have missed the opportunity. The truth when you  start accumulating bitcoin and start understanding Bitcoin changes your mindset. Once you know that you don't need to buy a whole Bitcoin before getting started, things become clearer.

At the same time, knowledge alone is not enough. A person's financial situation also matters. Someone may understand Bitcoin very well but still need to start with small amounts because that's what their finances can comfortably allow. What matters is not how much you start with, but being consistent and accumulating within your means. Small amounts added over time can still make a difference in the long run.

Bitcoin investment is not a competition, everyone has a target concerning their investment so they should know the amount they can comfortably allocate from their income for discretionary funds, do not forget that we all have our different responsibilities too which can never be same, someone earning more income might even have more important responsibilities to handle than a person earning lesser.

That's why everyone should invest according to their income and most especially according to what's left after sorting out necessities, i don't expect that one should invest beyond the limit of the cash flow for discretionary cause someone else is investing with a certain amount higher than theirs whereas the person has more responsibility than the other.
I think you misunderstood my point @princessleah. My point was never that bitcoin accumulation is a competition. Because everyone has different responsibilities, expenses, and financial goals.

What I was trying to highlight is that income alone does not tell the full story. Two people can earn the same amount, yet one is able to invest consistently because he manages his money well and creates discretionary income, while the other struggles to do so. At the end of the day, what matters is not how much a person earns, but how much he can comfortably set aside for Bitcoin after taking care of his necessary expenses.

...
This momentum can be felt by all parties because a price drop like this is the right step for anyone with sufficient financial means to make purchases with the aim of increasing the amount of BTC which will become an asset for the future for those who don't waste the current opportunity.

DCA is a step that should be used by everyone because this strategy is the best way to buy Bitcoin. However we must consider our cash flow. When investing it's best not to force yourself to do so as it could become a serious problem. Therefore it's better to make purchases based on your income and within your means.

I say this because the DCA strategy doesn't require large sums. The consequences are clear everyone's income is different but the situation is unique. Some people may make purchases without considering their needs. Ultimately when something unexpected happens they may have to sell back their impressive investment or even half of what they've accumulated. Therefore it's not that you can't invest large sums but you should be mindful and avoid overextending yourself with large sums because we still have responsibilities to fulfill.
Well, it’s certainly a given that this price drop is an opportunity that should be taken advantage of such as by making a purchase but before doing so, we also need to consider other factors, particularly regarding cash flow or finances. We shouldn’t go so far as to invest all our savings, even though we have the right to do so personally, I don’t recommend making such a decision. What you mentioned is exactly what needs to be avoided. Some people might do this by pooling all their money when they feel the timing is right like during a price drop but that approach causes other things to be neglected, such as basic needs that must be met. And when something unexpected happens, this forces them to sell their Bitcoin. This means that money management is also something that must be paid attention to.
There are many things we have to look at so that when we do Bitcoin accumulation at the moment of price decline so that what we do will not cause problems that we will face because sometimes there are also those who are fooled by the price decline so they immediately do it in the most impressive way possible without seeing other things that are our responsibility for example the need for goods for our daily lives is no longer there but we are because we are in happiness about the price decline to want to accumulate so that the most important thing we immediately leave is also not good even though our goal is to take advantage of the momentum of the price decline because the priority remains while the momentum to increase the number of BTC is also not wasted so with such thinking I think we are safer in doing anything so that our goals are easier to achieve at the point we want.

When price of bitcoin decline, investors tends to buy more, and that is very obvious. But while taking advantage of bitcoin market dip or decline, we should understand that investing all your money in this very moment is very risky. The reason why it is risky is because, bitcoin is not a get rich quick investment, so if you invest all your money thinking you want to take advantage of the market, you will be left with nothing, and taking care of other responsibilities will become very difficult for you. So, if you are wise, the right thing to do is to allocate part of your income either weekly or monthly to purchase bitcoin, with this, buying Bitcoin will be less stressful for you. There has never been a time where investing all your money in bitcoin is advisable, and not even in other investment, this idea is for the safety of the investor, because you are not too sure how the investment will end up.

I don't think it's necessary to invest the entire amount because as you stated Bitcoin isn't a money-making investment. However I think even if it doesn't make you rich there's nothing wrong with investing right now. Just don't invest too much in Bitcoin which doesn't allow for any savings for essential expenses.

I also understand your point about investing in Bitcoin but don't place all your hopes on it. Because Bitcoin is always subject to change and may not meet your expectations the only way is to invest half of your earnings and consider this investment as a form of savings to be acquired or owned in the future even if it's in the form of BTC. Because in investing we are more directed to not rush so if there are parties who do it in a way that is completely direct in investing of course this will experience something that cannot be said to be impossible because there is no setting aside even the slightest bit of the results obtained for needs that's why I say that investing in Bitcoin is not recommended with a pattern that is too impressive or rushed.
