Memecoins like these come out every day. Most of the times, they only start at very small exchanges so if you get in early, you can get very lucky. Impossible to predict which will the next DOGE or SHIB.
If you have money that you are willing too loose and like some risks, than you can try and find the next gem. Chances you get lucky are very very low, but you never know that you can get a x100 or more.

I feel something contradictory in your post. You said meme coins are risky, but why you are asking us about the next Doge or SHIB? 
In my opinion, all meme coins are the same, they have the same scheme to pump or dump. If you want to know which meme coins to be worthy of, follow their social media and find out which coins to have good news in the near future. When there is positive news such as listing on top exchanges, the price of the coin is probably to increase gradually. But before you buy the coin, make sure you know when the best time for entry and exit.

I would have Elon or people like Elon on follow. It is because meme coins need meme people's support nowadays. Doge was always famous even before Elon but Elon made it super famous. I am not sure about it but Elon must have tweeted about a coin named, "cumrocket". I can't exactly remember though. Maybe CumRocket can be the next big thing.

It sounds like you at least know the risks that come with investing in meme coins. I wouldn't say they're all worthless, though. Elon Musk just announced that Tesla would accept DOGE as payment for merchandise and Shiba Inu had recent news announced that Travala would begin accepting them for hotel/airline bookings, a SHIB game is coming and a whale recently bought 50 billion SHIB valued at $1.8 million. So, I guess you can't really say all meme coins are worthless - not to at least some companies and whales.

Aside from those two, I personally think Floki Inu could gain some more momentum. Recent news was announced that one $DOGE millionaire recently purchased 500 million Floki. Another meme token that had some decent growth before the downtrend was Dogelon. It still has over 100,000 holders and is ranked in the top 125 on CoinMarketCap. As always, do your own research! But, these are two that I think might be worth looking into a little more..

I guess many meme coins want to be the next Dogecoin and Shiba Inu but the problem is we will feel difficult to find the other as the other meme coins will give you promises that they are the next of Dogecoin and Shiba. Maybe you can check Safemoon as the price now is at the very lowest price so you can buy with $10 to have a big amount of Safemoon. But I suggest you select the other coins rather than playing with meme coins because trends can end at any time. Before the trend ends, you should get out of the market and save your profit.

There is no idea about which will be the next one but i have the idea that we have to avoid this as you have already said that we may loose our fund .However we have seen lots people who even don't know that Doge and shiba could give you this huge amount of return they are actually lucky people to get this return .I don't try to research to find the meme coin cause i don't wanna to put my capital on the dark fond .Most of the new trader fall into the FOMO and lost their fund think about to them who have bough Shiba and Doge on high price .Do you think they can recover? If there's someone who could predict the future then i wont really ever tell the public on  what would be the next big thing on meme coins.No one can

assure on what projects will really be following into those paths that had been taken by SHIB and DOGE.We cant really deny nor ignore to say that it
