Bitstarz Need help getting my deposit back/credited

If they had done some research first then they might have able to avoid on being scammed or facing up some headaches due to those kind of issues and its true that Bitstarz does have lots of issues back in the past on where a simple research would really able to tell you this and if you have able to read up then its just common sense that you would really avoid it and find another one which is more reputable and been trusted into this market.

That being said, it is vital then to spread the information regarding the operations of Bitstarz, such as this. I am thinking that there could be more people who have fallen for this, other than OP, and those who are planning to transact with this casino must be warned and informed. Research could indeed help, but sometimes people doesn’t pay much attention unless it is clearly obvious, like right in front of their faces.

I am not expert in regards with transactions but I think they have some kind of minimum deposit and also with withdrawal. Before, I experienced this on 1xbit since they have minimum deposit before but the contact said I just need to fulfill the remaining of the minimum deposit to reflect it on my balance.

It really depends on the rules of each Casino, unfortunately this is the fault of the player and the Casino cannot be blamed, it is in the Bitstarz FAQ.

So OP has lost the money, it will never credited.
That's why it's important to read the FAQ at the Casino, especially if it's the first time playing and making a deposit otherwise something like this will happen.

Yeah, imho OP should have been more careful.

It's not the casino's fault that they have listed the minimum deposit amount clearly and OP chose to ignore it actively.

But at the same time, perhaps some negotiations with the casino support could get your balance credited? It's just that moving around small amounts of ETH is probably just not feasible for them financially.

I couldn’t agree more with you. Doing some background research on any site that a user, especially newbies, should be really a protocol so concerned party can practice due diligence in protecting themselves from getting scammed. No matter how much fund we send to an address it will be credited to the address where we sent it but as per the terms they won't accept any deposits which is lower than the minimum acceptable limit so yes its OP's mistake and he should be careful about this in any casino if he is going to try a new one. Anyway the above links proves that they are already having accusations against them so OP actually lost less than how much he supposed to do if he followed the ToS.

You must have the idea now on what has happened and it's better to just accept the fact that you've made a mistake on choosing that casino to deposit.

Lucky you if they would consider on making such step considering that its your own fault then they dont have any obligation on giving it back since its your fault but showing off some ethical ways on dealing with players

@OP is not coming back here and explaining the current situation for his case, so I think he forgot about this or is desperate to wait for his refund money from Bitstarz. But I do not think Bitstarz will solve the issue but we do not know as we do not follow what @OP did. Who knows, Bitstarz will refund the money. But we already got a suggestion from other members to double check the minimum deposit to avoid the same case as @OP had. It is a lesson for us always to ensure everything before we click the Send button.

He was online two days ago and his last post was on December 19 which was telling everyone that he's taking it as a lost already. I guess it's already solved on his own note.
And just as he's telling, this thread should be good to be closed already as he had already accepted the lost that he had made on this casino.

It's baffling to me why people are playing on these casinos when they are not sure of the legitimacy and trustworthiness. There are 10s of decent casinos & sportsbooks I can recommend right away but is there a reason why people are falling to scams?

Do not get me wrong, I understand that the OP is the one in the wrong here as the rules of the casino seem to be very clear about this, however at the same time we need to think about this from a business perspective, whatever money they keep is going to be very low and it is obvious that if someone lost their money that way then from that moment on they will avoid that casino, so what will bring more profits over the long term? To keep the deposit or to give it back and keep the client? And I think it is obvious the latter will give more profits to the casino.

Exactly, we are free not to like a rule in the TOS of the casino, but when you create an account at any casino you are agreeing that you have read their TOS and that you will follow it, so it is obvious that if you do not follow that rule then the casino is simply going to enforce it and think of that small deposit as being forfeited on their favor, now some casinos may be cooperative and try to give you that deposit back while others will simply take a look at their TOS, see that you are wrong, point it this fact and will consider the issue to be over.

People do always have that habit on checking out or ticking that check box whenever they do make out some account on a gambling site and even myself is having that kind of behavior.

Once you have done it then it do automatically means that you are really that agreeing with their terms and they do have the full rights on banning/excluding/blocking on users account.

You dont have the right to whine if you are the ones who do violate their TOS but if theres something which you could explain off or valid argument then you could really able to do so.
