You're too late to say this. You should say this when the price of bitcoin was around 50k sub but this has been going to the the below 48k. None know for sure whethe rbitcoin has been reaching the bottom level or not. The bearish trend already happened and so many altcoins have been losing around 50% from their ATH. Don't you see it as a proof if the bearish trend already started since last month?

Whales already sell-off and the only thing keep the price changing right now are retail investors that keep buying and selling. No one will gonna sell off more since the majority of holders are institutional investors and most them are still accumulating and don't have plan to sell for a break even. They are just waiting for a more perfect opportunity to buy more and this whales will once again ride the waves to reach that new ATH. The price looks not good but this major retracement always happened when Bitcoin reach ATH. Still all good.

You are probably new to the crypto market. This is how it has always been. The price starts to rise, be stable for a while and then drops. The falling of the price is actually the correction phase. Happens when the price goes up very fast. And it doesn't always goes lower. Why just look at the last month price? How about going back few years and then compare the price? You will see that the price went up a lot. Zoom out the charts even more, and you will see that from few dollars, bitcoin now worth thousands of dollars. I doubt any massive sell out is going to happen anytime soon. The price is already down to $45k while it was above $60k few months ago. Invest now and maximize your profit.

But maybe you forgot that winter won't come and stay forever. It may be people are selling off their Bitcoin this time for the Christmas celebration and it was just fine, in fact, the price of Bitcoin remains $45k- $50k, ain't that affecting much unless if we fall down below $40k. That is why I would say that I'd never see winter tell now, the market is still strong and bullish for me (it is a different look that you've seen).

Just after the peak at $69,000, Bitcoin went bearish at least for the short term and went down to its 21 Weekly MA and that is a sign of weakness. Though within the last 24 hours, Bitcoin has went up $2,000 already from $46,000 to $48,000. This might be a sign that bulls might be in control again but too early because many want to see Bitcoin go above and close the 21 Weekly MA.

I do however believe that we have been seeing some correction in the market may be triggered by FUD or other news but I don't think the bear market is here. Earlier I was already seeing so many people who were saying that the market would drop below this when the bear market starts. Some of them even went as far as saying that it would drop to $20,000.

Whether we like it or not, the bearish season will come as even if we never wish for it. buying back a bit is also recommended because the price support seem so strong and it has a chance to bounce and end the bear season, this year has many suprises since the new all time high at the early quarter then market crashed, people think there will be a long bearish after crash but suddenly months after it created new all time high which is never happen before in history.
So i think preparing for buyback is also recommended in this currenct condition since we don't know when the bear is over.

I think crypto winter is already upon us, no matter how BTC proofs to be stronger it always goes lower since last month, it's getting more harder to retrace old ATH even while institutions are adopting the coin, I believe that massive sell off will happen soon which will unlock the door for the bears

did you not notice before, this has been happening for a while, maybe soon we will see a lot of crypto prices get better and the trend will change soon. what we see today I think is a strategy that many investors use to make the price of digital currency grow better.

This is not new as it happens every year during the year-end but if bitcoin survives to stay above $45k by the end of December we don't have to worry about anything, but only if it drops down further then we are in bear market for sure, there are two possibilities if bitcoin drops below $45k. Either it will recover once we pass through the new year phase or else we will see bear market once again which we can use to accumulate promising crytpo.

Not on my watch, if BTC can hold 45k into January 2022 this doesn't mean it won't fall further after new year festival, bull market have managed to stay around for more than a year already I don't know why anyone would be so greedy enough to keep expecting bulls to stay forever

@adzina I agree with your statement. This thing happened earlier in 2017-2018. But many crypto holders panicked that time and sold their bitcoins. But there were some who started hedging.

I do not think that it would be too harder for bitcoin market to scale the old ATH when institutional investors are getting back to their business. At the same time. bears may come into action as profit booking must be the trigger for opening door for bears which may get intensified when more people start believing about upcoming massive selloff still these are all just part of bitcoin market but in long run bitcoin is always good to invest for the targets of new ATH.

yeah, only impractical bitcoiners must be expecting bulls to be in action forever but over experiences people will understand about both bulls and bears as part of market and will come into action alternatively.
