Hi, how to solve this I just registered here but email confirmation is not working for me like in the screenshot above is there any other way to confirm?
I tried to contact the live chat unfortunately it's only available if my account is logged in I also replied via email, still no response  
I don't know what the problem but It would be nice if you made it easier for new users.

The problem seems to be on their end. I am getting the same error.
It appears that their subdomain "https://url5575.betgalaxy.io/" is not correctly configured and therefore email confirmation does not work. I have tried using different browsers and the problem persists.

Well at least I know this happens to all new users, admin has also explained the cause I think this is not a serious problem that should be fixed as soon as possible

BetGalaxy is a centralized casino that has it's own utility token, it does not run on any one specific blockchain.

Totally agree, this is a bad first impression for them because they failed to provide all the necessary information there is to make sure that the users or potential clients wouldn't be confused or think that the site is broken. Maybe they'll solve the issue at the very least and if they want to mitigate the problem, they might even give a bonus for the inconvenience.

1) While the site is LIVE, betting will not begin immediately. The dev team needs some time to roll back the test balances from the past 2 days of testing. This shouldn't take too terribly long, but the dev team asks for up to a few hours just incase the process is slower than anticipated. Of course should it finish early, we will pin a 15 minute notice here that betting will be enabled early.

2) Withdraws will not be instant immediately, we will be processing very fast though. Once div pool balance for coins increases we will go ahead and set that currency to automatic. Our 24 hour window still applies should we need to investigate any withdraws that appear potentially off.

3) Should you have any issues, please let us know.

4) While we were online for 6~ months prior to this, this is still a very major overall change and new model. We have been meticulous throughout development but there is always the chance of some bug or issue. Should this happen: do not be alarmed, everything is correctable should any issue arise, and we will certainly make any corrections that are needed.
