Regarding withdraws:

We are still working through a few issues here and there, specifically with DOGE and BTC. All other currencies are processed relatively quickly.

We have completely disabled BTC deposits to mitigate the issues with that one, while we are actively working on fixing DOGE permanently. Since there are current users with DOGE on their balance and they are using it for play, we have left that currency enabled while we troubleshoot and fix the withdraw problems for it.
